本发明涉及机械技术领域,具体涉及一种组合衬套。
背景技术
组合衬套是机械技术领域常用的结构,一般包括内衬套、外衬套,外衬套套合在内衬套上。现有组合衬套的主要缺陷在于:组合衬套的外衬套轴向长度是固定的,无法根据需要进行调节。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能根据需要进行调节外衬套轴向长度的高润滑外衬套可调式组合衬套。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高润滑外衬套可调式组合衬套,包括内衬套、外衬套;所述外衬套间隙配合套装在内衬套上;其改进之处在于:所述外衬套由自上而下叠装的上外衬套、中间外衬套和下外衬套组成;所述上外衬套、中间外衬套和下外衬套通过螺钉固定连接。
上述结构中,所述中间外衬套为自带润滑功能材料制成的衬套。
上述结构中,所述内衬套为组合式衬套,包括上内衬套、下内衬套和若干中间内衬套;所述上外衬套设有上小下大的止口孔;所述上内衬套外壁上端设有轴肩;所述外衬套上端止口卡套在上内衬套外壁上端轴肩上;所述下外衬套下端设有止口孔;所述下内衬套下部设有外翻法兰边,所述下内衬套下部外翻法兰边嵌装在下外衬套下端止口孔中,并固定连接。
上述结构中,所述中间内衬套为自带润滑功能材料制成的衬套。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.外衬套由自上而下叠装的上外衬套、中间外衬套和下外衬套组成;上外衬套、中间外衬套和下外衬套通过螺钉固定连接,这样,能根据需要进行调节外衬套轴向长度。
2.中间外衬套为自带润滑功能材料制成的衬套,使得外衬套实现包括润滑在内的多种功能。

中间内衬套1.2为自带润滑功能材料制成的衬套。
