背景技术
电动车通过使用储存在作为电源的电池中的电能而被驱动。为了对电池充电,车辆具有充电器(charger)入口,而充电站具有充电器出口或插头。当充电时,出口联接至入口。韩国专利公开10-2016-0000285和日本专利公开2011-229268公开了相关技术。

发明内容
本公开的一方面提供了用于电动车的电池充电入口的紧急断开装置,用于紧急断开联接至入口的出口。
根据本公开的一个方面的用于电动车的电池充电入口的紧急断开装置包括:壳体;手柄,安装在壳体中,并且手柄能通过利用形成于所述壳体的一侧的凹槽部分地暴露而旋转;以及紧急断开缆绳,该紧急断开缆绳具有与手柄连接的一侧,并具有与紧急断开杆连接的另一侧,紧急断开杆设置于安装在用于对电动车进行充电的入口上的入口驱动器中。

参考图1和图2,为了提供入口与出口之间联接的稳定性,可在其中设置如图1和图2所示的紧固锁定装置。
出口或者充电插头20具有形成在其上的锁定端21。入口或充电入口30具有锁定突出物31,使得锁定端21和锁定突出物31被锁定或接合到一起,以便当出口20被紧固至入口30或与入口接合时,阻止出口在回撤方向上缩回。此外,为了提供其物理安全性,驱动器销11向下突出以通过设置在入口30中的入口驱动器10的操作而按压出口20的锁定端21。
当和锁定端21形成整体的出口断开杆22被按压以便断开出口20的联接时,锁定端21通过围绕旋转轴线旋转向上推动驱动器销11以允许出口20从入口缩回。

根据本公开的用于电动车的电池充电入口的紧急断开装置是用于在这样的状态下紧急断开联接的装置,即在该状态下,用于充电的被构造在电动车中的入口30和出口20已经连接。
入口30和出口20联接以便彼此电连接,并且在紧固或接合之后,形成在出口20上的锁定端21通过形成在入口30上的锁定突出物31锁定,以阻止充电插头20沿回撤方向移动。
此外,为了其物理安全性,驱动器销11向下突出以通过操作设置在入口30中的入口驱动器10来按压出口20的锁定端21而锁定。
在实施例中,当与锁定端21形成整体的出口断开杆22被按压以便断开出口20的联接时,锁定端21通过围绕旋转轴线旋转向上推动驱动器销11以使出口20回撤。
在实施例中,紧急断开杆12设置在入口驱动器10中,以用于紧急断开出口20和入口30,如图2所示。当紧急断开杆12如图3旋转时,驱动器销11移动以便不再按压出口20的锁定端21。
紧急断开杆12的旋转操作通过拉动与其相连的紧急断开缆绳140来操作,并且手柄120被设置用于拉动紧急断开缆绳140。
参考图4至图6,本公开的用于电动车的电池充电入口的紧急断开装置的手柄120联接至壳体110,并包括片弹簧或者螺旋扭力弹簧(比如发条)130、紧急断开缆绳140和用于覆盖和保护紧急断开缆绳140的缆绳管150。
如图4所示出的,在实施例中,壳体110包括两个被构造为分开且可装配的零件并具有手柄安装部件111,手柄安装部件以直径小于手柄120直径的框架形状突出,形成于一侧的壳体的腔内,并且手柄120被插入到手柄安装部件111中并可在手柄安装部件111内旋转。
另一侧的壳体具有用于使手柄120突出到壳体外侧的孔。
在实施例中,片弹簧固定凹槽112形成在手柄安装部件111上,使得片弹簧130的一侧插入并固定在片弹簧固定凹槽112中。

在实施例中,车辆包括与电池充电插头接合的电池充电入口。锁定机构设置为固定入口和插头的接合。针对紧急情况,入口包括断开触发机构。在实施例中,入口包括含有驱动器销的驱动器,驱动器销能够朝向锁定机构移动,以便固定出口或插头与入口的接合。入口进一步包括杆、缆绳和手柄,它们是断开触发机构的部件。缆绳的一端和杆联接,另一端和手柄联接。手柄连同用于向手柄施加弹力的弹簧一起被保持在壳体里。当手柄旋转时,缆绳被拉动,从而杆旋转以移动驱动器销。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于电动车的电池充电入口的紧急断开装置,包括:
壳体;
手柄,安装在所述壳体中,并且所述手柄能通过利用形成于所述壳体的一侧的孔部分地暴露而旋转;以及
紧急断开缆绳,具有与所述手柄连接的第一端部并具有与紧急断开杆连接的第二端部,所述紧急断开杆设置于安装在所述电池充电入口上的入口驱动器中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电动车的电池充电入口的紧急断开装置,
其中,所述手柄被构造为旋转并与所述紧急断开缆绳连接,使得当所述手柄旋转时,所述紧急断开缆绳被拉动,并且所述紧急断开缆绳使所述紧急断开杆旋转以释放出口与所述电池充电入口之间的锁定。

8.一种车辆的充电入口,包括根据权利要求1所述的用于电动车的电池充电入口的紧急断开装置。
