本发明公开了一种简便型防松螺母。它为设有内锥状的凹腔螺母和与之配套使用设有外锥状的凸台螺母,将所述配套螺母的锥状部位设置为相匹配的螺旋渐进式锁紧结构,在所述外锥状螺母的凸台部位置设开口式通槽,所形成的断续环状渐进锁紧结构,使螺母凸台部分能够随着与凹腔螺母的锁合动作变形而锁固螺栓,或锁紧致与螺栓的齿牙形成间断咬合状增强对螺栓的锁止效能;它由双螺母和所设锥环状渐紧结构多重均匀受力保障整体功效可靠性,且以不损害螺栓正常特性达到螺母锁紧就不会松动的预期目标。

技术领域
本发明涉及通常使用螺栓螺母中需要防止松动的领域,尤其是涉及一种简便型防松螺母。
背景技术
目前,公知的在人们日常生活和工作中,各种螺栓螺母应用可谓是随处可见,它们在各种设备中是最常用、最普通的坚固用零件,螺丝还被称之为为工业之米,虽然表面上看似较显微小,但其实际作用却绝不渺小,特别是在某些涉及安全的重要场合,包括各种高科技含量的物体上,螺栓螺母的可靠性尤为不容忽视,一旦发生松动或掉落,可能会对设备造成致命的损坏;如何切实可靠有效的防止螺栓螺母松动,是我们经常需要认真面对的具体问题,现成可供选用的产品和现有技术方案不能算少,可是,由于不同应用场合在需求上存有较大差异,各种现有的防止松动螺栓螺母和技术方案也各有所长,如日本哈德洛克的“永不松动的螺母”,网上评述其“所谓的哈德洛克紧固件其实是靠两个螺母一起工作的,其中第二个螺母依靠偏心的压力来锁紧第一个螺母,以达到防松的目的。但相信有经验的工程师能够第一时间发现问题所在:在施加偏心的压力时,螺母和螺栓的螺纹咬合必然会偏向一边,螺纹受力不均匀。同时,螺栓在使用时除了正常的拉应力外又附加了弯曲应力,这将严重地影响紧固件的疲劳强度,即在受到交变力下长期工作的能力,必然使螺栓的疲劳寿命下降。比如,在发动机内的联杆,缸盖,飞轮等关键部位,都对疲劳强度有很高的要求。哈德洛克紧固件是不能在这些关键部位使用的”,这也就促使大家有必要用心努力,不断充实完善并提升一些高可靠且通用性强的不会松动螺母技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术防止螺母松动存在的不足问题,提供一种合理可靠易行通用性强的简便型防松螺母。
为了实现上述目的,本发明主要通过如下的技术方案得以解决:一种简便型防松螺母,它为设有内锥状的凹腔螺母和与之配套使用设有外锥状的凸台螺母,将所述配套螺母的锥状部位设置为相匹配的螺旋渐进式锁紧结构,在所述外锥状螺母的凸台部位置设开口式通槽,所形成的断续环状渐进锁紧结构,使螺母凸台部分能够随着与凹腔螺母的锁合动作变形而锁固螺栓,或锁紧致与螺栓的齿牙形成间断咬合状增强对螺栓的锁止效能;它由双螺母和所设锥环状渐紧结构多重均匀受力保障整体功效可靠性,且以不损害螺栓正常特性达到螺母锁紧就不会松动的预期目标;
进而,在所述配套使用螺母的分合面上,设置相匹配的环形凸凹状压合式加固筋,用以增强双螺母锁止的可靠牢固度。
其中,所述配套使用双螺母锥状凹腔和凸台的锥度,它能够以满足所述螺旋渐进锁紧结构选取;所述的螺旋渐进式锁紧结构,它根据螺母大小和应用场合不同,能够设置为锥形螺纹式渐紧,或是断续环状均布的渐进凸轮结构;所述的开口式通槽,它能够根据螺母大小和应用场合不同设置合理数量及形状尺寸,等分式布设利于对螺栓形成均衡锁合力;所述的环形凸凹状压合式加固筋,能够根据螺母大小和应用场合不同设置为便于加工的梯形、半圆形或是三角形,它包括在凸台螺母上设置由其凸台同一锥度延伸而成的环形加固筋凹腔,以及在凹腔螺母上设置的与环形加固筋凹腔相匹配的环形凸状加固筋,以增加有效锁合压紧面和凹腔螺母强度及锁紧可靠性;应用中没有强度方面要求或采用法兰式结构的螺母,能够将所述螺母凹腔和凸台的锥状改为柱形设计。
作为优选,能够将所述成对配套使用双螺母选取的锥形螺旋式渐紧或断续环状均布的渐进凸轮结构,以消除螺母与螺栓齿牙间隙为设计的修正偏差值 ,使它们在锁止后能够增大接触面的可靠锁固螺栓,且更利于形成咬合状。
作为优选,能够将所述的环形压合式凸凹状加固筋,在凸台螺母上设置由其凸台同一锥度延伸而成的环形加固筋凹腔,在凹腔螺母上设置与之相匹配的环形凸状加固筋,以利于增加有效锁合压紧面和凹腔螺母强度及锁紧可靠性。
作为优选,能够将所述的环形压合式凸凹状加固筋,设置为下底角为园R的斜梯形楔状,以利于增加螺母的有效锁合面和保障凹腔螺母强度的提升锁紧可靠性。
作为优选,能够将所述配套使用双螺母锁合的背平面,或是选它们中一只的背平面设置为单向止退防松结构形状,以利于增强螺母的防松功效。
作为优选,能够在所述设置有单向止退防松结构螺母的下面,增设一只与其单向止退防松结构相匹配的止退状防松弹性垫圈,以利于增强螺母的防松功效更可靠。
本发明抓住了解决问题的关键要点,以合理简便可靠易行的结构形式,通过以双螺母螺旋渐进结构从多方面环扣互补的锁固螺栓,使之避免螺母拧紧后应力大多集中在第一、二个齿牙上的传统紧固件的缺失,充分增加了对螺栓的有效锁合面积和锁止效用,并能够根据不同情形按需要分步骤落实到位或区别处置以供灵活选择,具体更体现在,整体方案以锁合受力均匀且高度可靠为主要特征,且是在不损害螺栓正常性能情况下,实现螺母拧紧后就不会松动的切实功效,明显不同于哈德洛克螺母的“偏心”结构,不存在“偏心”螺母对螺栓所形成的强扭和效用全集中在其相对扭线上等问题,也就使得适用范围大为扩大。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:通过找准解决问题的有效方法和抓住解决问题的实质要点,以合理简单且易于施行的结构特征,通过螺旋渐进锁紧结构从多方面环扣互补的锁固螺栓,并在不损害螺栓正常性能情况下达到螺母不会松动的切实可靠功效。

一种简便型防松螺母,下面结合示意图做些进一步描述。
实施例:如图1所示的一种简便型防松螺母,它为设有内锥状的凹腔螺母1和与之配套使用设有外锥状的凸台螺母2,将所述配套螺母的锥状部位设置为相匹配的螺旋渐进式锁紧结构,在所述外锥状螺母2的凸台部位置设开口式通槽,所形成的断续环状渐进锁紧结构,使螺母凸台部分能够随着与凹腔螺母1的锁合动作变形而锁固螺栓3,或锁紧致与螺栓3的齿牙形成间断咬合状增强对螺栓3的锁止效能;它由双螺母和所设锥环状渐紧结构多重均匀受力保障整体功效可靠性,且以不损害螺栓3正常特性达到螺母锁紧就不会松动的预期目标;进而,在所述配套使用螺母1和2的分合面部位,设置相匹配的环形凸凹状压合式加固筋,用以增强双螺母1和2锁止的可靠牢固度;其中,所述配套双螺母1和2锥状的锥度根据莫氏锥度选用,并在凹腔螺母1和凸台螺母2间采用了0.5度齿牙间隙的锥度偏差修正值,选取锥螺纹渐进式锁紧结构;所述的开口式通槽,在此选用了对半等分的2条1毫米宽开口通槽;所述的环形压合式凸凹状加固筋,在此选取了在凸台螺母2上设置由其凸台同一锥度延伸而成的环状带小R斜梯形加固筋凹腔,在凹腔螺母1上设置与之相匹配的环状带小R斜梯形凸状加固筋;本发明所列的各主要特征和作为优选,仅仅是本发明解决技术问题的框架表述,它们能够在施行中根据具体情况进行适当调整取舍并充实提升以更满足现实中的不同需求;如为使本发明在应用中更加可靠,能够在所述的开口式通槽上加置单一的楔形结构件,或是根据开口通槽数量特制一环状连体的楔形结构件,以利于增强对螺栓3的锁止效果;或者为利于螺母1和2对螺栓形成咬合状和增加自锁,能够在所述螺母1和2的螺纹齿牙尖部增设一个斜面结构;楔式锁紧部分能够在螺纹或均布凸轮间根据需要选取。

1.一种简便型防松螺母,其特征在于,它为设有内锥状的凹腔螺母和与之配套使用设有外锥状的凸台螺母,将所述配套螺母的锥状部位设置为相匹配的螺旋渐进式锁紧结构,在所述外锥状螺母的凸台部位置设开口式通槽,所形成的断续环状渐进锁紧结构,使螺母凸台部分能够随着与凹腔螺母的锁合动作变形而锁固螺栓,或锁紧致与螺栓的齿牙形成间断咬合状增强对螺栓的锁止效能;它由双螺母和所设锥环状渐紧结构多重均匀受力保障整体功效可靠性,且以不损害螺栓正常特性达到螺母锁紧就不会松动的预期目标;
进而,在所述配套使用的内锥状凹腔螺母和外锥状凸台螺母的分合面上,设置相匹配的环形凸凹状压合式加固筋,用以增强双螺母锁止的可靠牢固度;
其中,所述配套使用的内锥状凹腔螺母和外锥状凸台螺母的锥状凹腔和凸台的锥度,能够根据螺母大小和应用场合不同在自锁角度前提下再增加一个安全系数选取;所述的开口式通槽,它能够根据螺母大小和应用场合不同设置合理数量及形状尺寸,并以等分式布设从而利于对螺栓形成均衡锁合力;所述的环形凸凹状压合式加固筋,能够根据螺母大小和应用场合不同设置为便于加工的梯形、半圆形或是三角形 ,它包括在凸台螺母上设置由其凸台同一锥度延伸而成的环形加固筋凹腔,以及在凹腔螺母上设置的与环形加固筋凹腔相匹配的环形凸状加固筋,以增加有效锁合压紧面和凹腔螺母强度及锁紧可靠性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简便型防松螺母,其特征在于,能够在所述配套使用的内锥状凹腔螺母和外锥状凸台螺母的锥状凹腔和凸台的锥度上,设置一个消除螺母与螺栓齿牙间隙的锥度偏差修正值,以使它们在锁止后能够更紧密可靠的锁牢螺栓,并更利于形成咬合状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简便型防松螺母,其特征在于,能够将所述的环形凸凹状压合式加固筋,设置为下底角为圆R的斜梯形楔状 ,以利于增加螺母的有效锁合面和保障加固筋强度的提升,并提高锁紧可靠性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种简便型防松螺母,其特征在于,能够将所述配套使用的内锥状凹腔螺母和外锥状凸台螺母的锁合背平面,或是选它们中一只的背平面设置为单向止退防松结构,以利于增强螺母的防松功效。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种简便型防松螺母,其特征在于,能够在设置有单向止退防松结构螺母的下面,增设一只与其单向止退防松结构相匹配的止退状防松弹性垫圈,以利于增强螺母的防松功效。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种简便型防松螺母,其特征在于,能够在螺母所述的开口式通槽上加置单一的楔形结构件,或是根据开口通槽数量特制一环状连体的楔形结构件,以利于增强对螺栓的锁止效果。
