The water-vanishing ink used in this example was made of the following components: 20 parts of glycerol, 20 parts of polyisocyanate glycerol, 20 parts of lemon yellow, 10 parts of butyl acrylate, and tribenzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether: 12 parts, 5 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5 parts of sodium acetate, 6 parts of polyacrylate and 2 parts of glutaraldehyde.
The prepared water-eliminating ink has a micro-nano coarse structure on the surface after condensation, the contact angle to water in the air is 4 degrees, the adhesion force is 1 level, and the permeability of the water-eliminating ink on the paper is 88-93 percent.
The pigment used in this example was made up of 10 parts of metallic pigment, 8 parts of silica sol, 12 parts of acrylic resin, 15 parts of modified acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of polyacrylate, 30 parts of epoxy resin, and 5 parts of cyanoacetoxy type wet adhesion promoter.
Example four:
and (3) evaluating color fastness:
9 completely identical white shirts were taken, 3 pieces were divided into one group, each group was carried out according to examples 1 to 3, and the white shirts obtained in each group were soaked in water (50L) at 0 ℃, 20 ℃ and 40 ℃, respectively, the chromaticity of the soaking water was measured at regular times using international standard ISO7887-1985 "examination and measurement of water color", and the chromaticity of the soaking water at 0min, 5min, 10min, 30min and 60min was measured, respectively, whereby the color fastness of the hand-drawn pattern on the white shirts was estimated, and the results of the measurements are shown in table 1.

As is clear from table 1, the color change of the soaking water was small when the shirts produced in examples 1 to 3 were soaked in water (50L) at 0 ℃, 20 ℃ and 40 ℃ for 0min, 5min, 10min, 30min and 60min, and it is presumed that the degree of color fading of the hand-drawn patterns on the white shirts was not high and the color fastness of the hand-drawn patterns on the white shirts was good.

the test results of examples 1-3 were obtained according to the method of GB/T3920-.

As can be seen from Table 2, examples 1-3 performed better in terms of dry and wet crockfastness.

Claims (5)

1. The method for manufacturing the hand-painted clothes is characterized by sequentially comprising the following steps of:
step 1: acquiring a hand-drawn sketch image, and overlaying paper on the hand-drawn sketch image to fix the paper; the transparency of the paper is 85-95%, the tensile index is 32.3-40.8 N.m/g, the thickness is 0.04-0.06 mm, and the basis weight is 24.5g/m2~31.1g/m2The surface roughness of the paper is 10-30 μm; the paper is formed by uniformly coating paper pulp on a supporting plate and drying, wherein the paper pulp is prepared from the following components: 15-40 parts of celastrus orbiculatus pulp, 2-10 parts of liquid silicon dioxide, 2-3 parts of ethyl cellulose, 8-30 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 20-40 parts of cellulose nano-fiber, 0.5-2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 10-30 parts of castor oil-based waterborne polyurethane, 2-5 parts of paraffin and 10-20 parts of vinyl trimethoxy silane;
step 2: filling water erasing ink into the copying pen, copying the pattern contour of the sketch image on the paper by a copying means, and taking down the paper;
and step 3: printing the paper on the clothes, tensioning and fixing the paper, and transferring the pattern contour on the paper to the clothes by using water to eliminate ink; the water eliminating ink is prepared from the following components: 10-30 parts of glycerol, 10-30 parts of polyisocyanate glycerol, 10-20 parts of water-soluble colorant, 10-30 parts of butyl acrylate, and tribenzylphenol polyoxyethylene ether: 5-15 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 4-10 parts of sodium acetate, 5-10 parts of polyacrylate and 2-6 parts of glutaraldehyde;
and 4, step 4: taking down the paper on the clothes, filling or drawing the outline of the pattern on the clothes with pigment, covering water with the pigment to eliminate ink, and obtaining the hand-painted pattern of the clothes; the pigment is prepared from the following components: 10-30 parts of metal pigment, 5-15 parts of silica sol, 10-13 parts of acrylic resin, and modified acrylic emulsion: 10-20 parts of polyacrylate, 12-25 parts of epoxy resin, and 3-5 parts of cyanoacetoxy wet adhesion promoter;
and 5: drying the hand painted patterns of the clothes to attach the pigments to the clothes.
2. The method for manufacturing the hand-painted garment as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the steps 1 and 3, four corners of the paper are fixed through textured adhesive films.
3. The method for making hand-painted apparel according to claim 1, wherein the hand-painted sketch image is obtained through an electronic screen or drawing in step 1.
4. The method for making hand-painted apparel according to claim 1, wherein the drying temperature in step 5 is 0 ℃ to 50 ℃.

The method for manufacturing the hand-painted garment according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the condensed water-washed ink-removed garment is of a micro-nano coarse structure, the contact angle of the condensed water-washed ink-removed garment to water in the air is 1-4 degrees, and the adhesive force of the condensed water-washed ink-removed garment to water is 2-3 levels.
