Abstract

Test effects
To verify the effectiveness of the modular fermentation vessel of the present invention, comparative tests were conducted. The test is brewed according to the method, the manual cellar-out efficiency and the quality of the brewed product are evaluated and measured after the cellar pool is started to distill grains, the occupied area required by the unit fermentation volume is calculated, and the results are shown in the following table under the condition of stacking 4 boxes:
the table shows that the combined fermentation container of the invention reduces the high-intensity labor of manual work for discharging and entering the cellar, and improves the working efficiency; the fermentation is not influenced by the number of stacked layers, and the occupied area required by the fermentation volume of the unit can be reduced, so that the construction cost of a factory building is reduced.
