Abstract
本发明公开了一种高吸水性片材复合材料及其制备方法和应用。该片材按重量份数计,包括如下原料组份:聚乙烯醇100份;增塑剂25‑60份;葡甘聚糖0.5‑2份;卡拉胶0.3‑1份;高吸水性树脂10‑50份;分散剂0.5‑1份;粉体辅助分散剂0.5‑1份;爽滑剂0.5‑1份。各组份原料经分别计量后,加入密炼机料仓中,开机并加热升温共混至聚乙烯醇完全塑化,出料进入单螺杆挤出机经模头挤出成片,然后经过三辊压延成型,冷却定型,裁边,收卷即为高吸水性复合片材成品。该高吸水性片材复合材料,不但具有较高的吸收生理盐水倍率,而且保有生理盐水倍率也表现非常优异;可应用于卫生护理、农业、林业、土木建筑、石油化工等领域。

技术领域
本发明属于功能型复合材料制备领域,特别涉及一种高吸水性片材复合材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
吸水性材料作为一种功能性材料,它具有可以吸收自身重量几十到上千倍水的特性,并具有较强的保水和持水能力,在受外力情况下也不产生脱水或脱水很少,所以被广泛应用于卫生护理、农业、林业、园艺、医药卫生、土木建筑、石油化工等领域。
吸水性材料由其生产方法和工艺可知,通常其产品的形态是粉体,所以在应用领域中一般都需要与其他材料复合或组合成型来使用,以达到其有效、简单、便利等应用,如在卫生护理领域中应用的卫生巾、纸尿裤、卫生护理护垫等产品,一般会设计成渗透面层、吸收层(吸水功能)和阻隔渗漏底层组合,在吸收层中才大量使用高吸水性材料(SAP),而由于吸水材料的形态通常为粉体,所以在吸收层中的分散情况、以及吸水后都是以独立的颗粒存在,很容易在受外力作用下产生移动、聚集、粘连等而导致吸收层整体材料层不稳定、变形、外溢等缺陷,最终使吸收层出现多次吸水的不均一以及性能效率下降,甚至出现液体测漏和渗漏等;在其他领域的使用也同样会出现上述的缺陷和不足。导致其出现这些缺陷和不足的原因来源于吸水性材料的形态都是独立的较小的粉体颗粒,其粉体颗粒形态虽可发挥其比表面积大容易和快速吸收水的优点,但同时也由于独立颗粒形态容易出现流动而产生以上的不足和缺陷。
所以,一般吸水材料应用于产品时不会简单、单独使用,都会用组合或复合其他辅助材料进行赋型后才使用,如中国专利公开文本CN1386484A、CN1205747A、CN207842207U、CN105013012A、CN104761889A、CN104324693A、CN103747810A、CN101484193、CN101395315、CN1317062、CN101812240A、CN207822008U、CN206880779U、CN107280864A、CN107106382A、CN106821601A、CN205494178U、CN105683226A、CN103747810A、CN103221009A、CN102462586A、CN101543443A、CN1758889A、CN1826174A、CN2210642A、CN2237435A、CN2426732A、CN2430969A、CN202637279U、CN102793610A、CN102858295A、CN109528395A等等都是通过与其他辅助材料进行化学或物理组合、复合的方法进行赋型后才得以实现其应用。这些辅助材料一般是(木浆、棉浆)绒毛纤维、网状纤维(无纺布、无尘纸等)、以及高分子发泡材料等,也就是作为吸水粉体材料的固定骨架或固定层面材料把吸水材料固定起来。吸水粉体材料被这些骨架结构材料赋型后,不但保持了吸水材料的吸水特性,而且可以使吸水后的颗粒材料不容易产生位移以保障产品的稳定性和持久性。但,这些辅助材料在组合和复合吸水性粉体材料时需要占用较大的空间和使用量,所以往往会是赋型后的吸水材料体积和厚度增加,使其应用的产品出现较臃肿如早期的卫生巾、纸尿裤等产品,由于其吸收层的厚度增大,会使产品在应用时产生不舒适、不透气等缺陷,所以开发超薄、柔软、舒适透气的吸水层材料是一次性卫生护理产品的发展趋势和要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种高吸水性片材复合材料。该高吸水性片材复合材料是通过使用环境友好型材料聚乙烯醇为主要原料,辅以增塑、加工等助剂,与高吸水性树脂粉体进行共混、挤出压延成型而成。其制备原理就是以高吸水性树脂粉体作为复合材料中的分散相,经过共混加工被均匀的分散在连续相的主材聚乙烯醇中,并经过挤出压延成型使高吸水性树脂赋型为片状材料,使其成为具有高吸水性的复合片材材料。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述高吸水性片材复合材料的制备方法。
本发明再一目的在于提供上述高吸水性片材复合材料在卫生护理领域(如卫生巾、纸尿裤等的制备)、医药卫生领域(如医用(液体、血液等)吸收垫片的制备)、农业、林业、园艺等领域(如吸水保水功能材料、缓释肥料、缓释农药等载体材料的制备)中应用等等。
本发明的目的通过下述方案实现:
一种高吸水性片材复合材料,以重量份数计,至少包括如下组分:
所述的聚乙烯醇PVA为醇解度85%-99%;聚合度300-2600的聚乙烯醇;所述聚乙烯醇的型号优选为PVA-0385、PVA-0585、PVA-1085、PVA-1385、PVA-1585、PVA-1785、PVA-2085、PVA-2285、PVA-2485、PVA-0395、PVA-0595、PVA-1095、PVA-1395、PVA-1595、PVA-1795、PVA-2095、PVA-2295、PVA-2495、PVA-2695、PVA-0388、PVA-0588、PVA-1088、PVA-1388、PVA-1588、PVA-1788、PVA-2088、PVA-2288、PVA-2488、PVA-0399、PVA-0599、PVA-1099、PVA-1399、PVA-1599、PVA-1799、PVA-2099、PVA-2299及PVA-2499等中的一种以上。
所述的增塑剂为一类经过羧基改性的多元醇衍生物,所述增塑剂的数均分子量为800-3000的聚醚多元醇(或者聚酯多元醇)经羧基改性后的阴离子型衍生物;所述增塑剂优选为广州市万容材料科技有限公司生产的K-203PE、K-205PE、K-208PE、K-212PE、Na-203PE、Na-205PE、Na-208PE、Na-212PE等中的至少一种。
所述的葡甘聚糖是一种可溶性半纤维素(非离子多糖),其分子中含有大量羟基、羰基等亲水性基团,它能结合大量水分,通过氢键、分子偶极、诱导偶极、瞬间偶极等作用力与水分子结合形成难于自由运动的巨大分子,不但具有很高的吸水性,同时也具有很高的持水性,即保水性,与高吸水性树脂可以形成协同作用,增强高吸水性片材复合材料的吸水持水稳定性。优选的,本发明所述的葡甘聚糖为魔芋葡甘聚糖,又称KGM。
所述的卡拉胶是一种是由半乳糖及脱水半乳糖所组成的多糖类硫酸酯的钙、钾、钠、铵盐。吸水后可以形成吸水溶胀凝胶,特别是与葡甘聚糖复配可以形成具有极强韧性的溶胀凝胶,以保持高吸水性片材在使用中的形态稳定性,优选的,本发明所述的卡拉胶为κ型和ι型的钠盐中的至少一种。
所述的高吸水性树脂是一种含有强亲水性基团并具有一定交联度的功能性高分子材料。包括淀粉系的接枝淀粉、羧甲基化淀粉、磷酸酯化淀粉、淀粉黄原酸盐等;纤维素的接枝纤维素、羧甲基化纤维素、羟丙基化纤维素、黄原酸化纤维素等;合成树脂的聚丙烯酸盐类、聚乙烯醇类、聚氧化烷烃类、无机聚合物类等;蛋白质系的大豆蛋白类、丝蛋白类、谷蛋白类等;其他天然物及其衍生物系的果胶、藻酸、壳聚糖、肝素等;以及共混物及复合物系的高吸水性树脂的共混、高吸水性树脂与无机物凝胶的复合物、高吸水性树脂与有机物的复合物等。优选的,包括德国巴斯夫产POLYMEY-SP306、SP401、SP601、SH-SAP-216;日本住友精化产的AQUA KEEPR SA60S、SA60N TYPEⅡ、台塑台速保NB283FAN、SK273等中的至少一种。该高吸水性树脂粉体经低温磨粉至细度≥200目。
所述的分散剂是一种能够降低固体物料的表面能,改善固液表面湿润、渗透、扩散性的表面活性剂,包括上海桑井化工有限公司生产的EASYTECH ST-5000、EASYTECH ST-5020、EASYTECH ST-5100、EASYTECHST-5030、EASYTECH ST-5040及EASYTECH ST-5060中的至少一种。
所述的粉体辅助分散剂是一种具有化学惰性的无机粉体,包括粘土、高岭土、硅藻土、硅钙粉、滑石粉、氧化铝、氧化锌、白炭黑、硫酸钡、轻质碳酸钙及重质碳酸钙中的至少一种;所述粉体辅助分散剂的细度≥5000目。
所述的爽滑剂是一种饱和或不饱和脂肪酰胺类物质,包括硬脂酰胺、油酰胺、芥酸酰胺等中的至少一种。
一种上述的高吸水性片材复合材料的制备方法,其制备工艺如图1所示,具体包括以下步骤:
将各组分原料经分别计量后,加入密炼机料仓中,开启密炼机并加热升温,经密炼机共混至聚乙烯醇完全塑化,出料进入单螺杆挤出机经模头挤出成片(粗片),然后经过三辊压延成型,冷却定型,裁边,收卷即为高吸水性复合片材成品。
所述的开启密炼机并加热升温的温度为120-160℃;
所述的单螺杆挤出机温度为6区控温:100/120/140/160/160/150℃;
所述的压延温度三辊分别为:140/150/130℃;所述的定型辊定型温度为25℃。
所述的压延复合片材厚度为85-500μm。
上述的高吸水性片材复合材料在卫生护理、农业、林业、园艺、医药卫生、土木建筑、石油化工等领域中的应用,尤其是在制备卫生巾、纸尿裤等中的应用。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下的优点及有益效果:
1、被赋型成片后的高吸水性树脂具有薄片的物理属性;不但厚度大幅降低,而且高吸水性树脂在片材中分散均匀;
2、高吸水性片材复合材料具有柔软特征,具体表现在片材具有较大的伸长率;为下一步与其他材料组合和复合提供了良好的物理性能和技术要求,比如制备卫生巾、纸尿裤等吸水芯体材料等;
3、聚乙烯醇作为一种极性极强和水溶性高分子材料,本发明通过对聚乙烯醇聚合度、醇解度等选择,可以任意调节高吸水性复合片材材料的水溶性,可以控制聚乙烯醇材料在40-90℃之间只具有吸水溶胀而不水溶,这样就可以适用不同的技术要求;
4、由于高吸水性树脂粉体材料在复合片材材料中的均匀分散,片材吸水后溶胀的吸水性树脂粉体颗粒被均匀的固定在复合片材中,而不容易产生位移,保障了吸水材料的稳定性和外溢,此时吸水后的聚乙烯醇片材材料也因吸水出现同步溶胀而给吸水性树脂颗粒提供足够空间,不至于因吸水性树脂颗粒吸水后体积的增大而破坏复合片材材料;
5、大幅提高吸水性材料的保水和持水性;
6、高吸水性片材复合材料可以对吸水性能和技术要求进行不同的调节和设计,即通过调节片材复合材料中的厚度和高吸水性树脂粉体材料的细度、比例来设计和调节该高吸水性片材复合材料的吸水速度(渗透性和扩散性等)、吸水倍率等;
7、该高吸水性片材复合材料很容易与其他材料进行进一步组合和复合来实现在不同领域的应用。

实施例中若有未特别详细说明之过程,均是本领域技术人员可参照现有技术实现或理解的。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,视为可以通过市售购买得到的常规产品。
实施例所用到的重量(质量)份数,作为举例,重量单位可以为克、千克等,也可以是本领域常用的任意其他用量。
实施例中所用的增塑剂为广州市万容材料科技有限公司生产的K-203PE、K-205PE、K-208PE、K-212PE、Na-203PE、Na-205PE、Na-208PE、Na-212PE等中的一种;所使用的高吸水性树脂为德国巴斯夫产POLYMEY-SP306、SP401、SP601、SH-SAP-216;日本住友精化产的AQUA KEEPR SA60S、SA60N TYPEⅡ、台塑台速保NB283FAN、SK273等中的一种;所使用的分散剂为上海桑井化工有限公司生产的EASYTECH ST-5000、EASYTECH ST-5020、EASYTECHST-5100、EASYTECHST-5030、EASYTECH ST-5040及EASYTECH ST-5060中的一种。
实施例中,高吸水性片材复合材料的吸水、保水倍率测试方法:
1、准确取片材样品5×5cm,称取其重量(M),装入尼龙袋;
2、将装有上述片材样品的尼龙袋浸泡于盛有1500ml生理盐水(0.9%)的容器中,60min后将尼龙袋取出,开口向上自然悬挂滴水10min,称取重量(M1);
3、未加入片材样品的尼龙袋按上述方法和步骤进行空白实验,称取尼龙袋的湿重(M2);
4、将完成吸水倍率测试后的装有片材样品的尼龙袋放入离心脱水实验机中,以1600rpm脱水90s后,取出称重(M3);
5、对未加入片材样品的尼龙袋按上述方法和步骤进行空白实验,称取其重量为(M4);
6、吸水倍率与保水倍率计算:
吸水倍率=(M1-M2)/M;保水倍率=(M3-M4)/M
实施例中,高吸水性片材复合材料的机械物理性能测试方法:力学拉伸强度、断裂伸长率按标准ASTM D638进行测试;片材复合材料的热封性能按QB/T 2358-98标准进行测试。
实施例中,高吸水性片材复合材料样品测试前的处理条件:23℃,相对湿度RH45%下放置48小时后进入上述测试。
实施例中,一种高吸水性片材复合材料的制备方法,其制备工艺如图1所示。各组份原料经分别计量后,加入密炼机料仓中,开启密炼机并加热升温,经密炼机共混至聚乙烯醇完全塑化,出料进入单螺杆挤出机经模头挤出成片(粗片),然后经过三辊压延成型,冷却定型,裁边,收卷即为高吸水性复合片材成品。
制备工艺控制条件:密炼温度为120-160℃;单螺杆挤出机温度为6区控温:100/120/140/160/160/150℃;压延三联辊温度分别为:140/150/130℃;定型辊定型温度为25℃。
实施例中,制备的压延复合片材厚度为85-500μm。
实施例1
一种高吸水性片材复合材料,以重量份数计,包括如下组分:
其制备工艺如图1所示,其工艺条件:密炼温度为120℃;单螺杆挤出机温度为6区控温:100/120/140/160/160/150℃;压延三联辊温度分别为:140/150/130℃;定型辊定型温度为25℃。
制备的压延复合片材厚度为85μm。
实施例1制备的高吸水性片材复合材料技术指标如表1所示。

其制备工艺如图1所示,其工艺条件:密炼温度为160℃;单螺杆挤出机温度为6区控温:100/120/140/160/160/150℃;压延三联辊温度分别为:140/150/130℃;定型辊定型温度为25℃。
制备的压延复合片材厚度为500μm。
实施例2制备的高吸水性片材复合材料技术指标如表2所示。

实施例3
一种高吸水性片材复合材料,以重量份数计,至少包括如下组分:
其制备工艺如图1所示,其工艺条件:密炼温度为150℃;单螺杆挤出机温度为6区控温:100/120/140/160/160/150℃;压延三联辊温度分别为:140/150/130℃;定型辊定型温度为25℃。
制备的压延复合片材厚度为300μm。
实施例3制备的高吸水性片材复合材料技术指标如表3所示。

由上述测试数据可知,实施例3制备的高吸水性薄膜复合材料不但具有较高的吸收生理盐水倍率,特别是在保持生理盐水倍率上表现尤为突出。
实施例4
一种高吸水性片材复合材料,以重量份数计,至少包括如下组分:
其制备工艺如图1所示,其工艺条件:密炼温度为155℃;单螺杆挤出机温度为6区控温:100/120/140/160/160/150℃;压延三联辊温度分别为:140/150/130℃;定型辊定型温度为25℃。
制备的压延复合片材厚度为200μm。
实施例4制备的高吸水性片材复合材料技术指标如表4所示。

由上述测试数据可知,实施例4制备的高吸水性片材复合材料不但具有较高的吸收生理盐水倍率,特别是在保持生理盐水倍率上表现尤为突出。

所述的高吸水性树脂为接枝淀粉、羧甲基化淀粉、磷酸酯化淀粉、淀粉黄原酸盐、接枝纤维素、羧甲基化纤维素、羟丙基化纤维素、黄原酸化纤维素、聚丙烯酸盐、聚乙烯醇、聚氧化烷烃、无机聚合物、大豆蛋白、丝蛋白、谷蛋白、果胶、藻酸、壳聚糖、肝素中的至少一种;所述的高吸水性树脂粉体经低温磨粉至细度≥200目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高吸水性片材复合材料,其特征在于:
所述的高吸水性树脂为德国巴斯夫产POLYMEY-SP306、SP401、SP601、SH-SAP-216,日本住友精化产的AQUA KEEPR SA60S、SA60N TYPEⅡ,台塑台速保NB283FAN、SK273中的至少一种;所述的高吸水性树脂粉体经低温磨粉至细度≥200目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高吸水性片材复合材料,其特征在于:
所述的分散剂上海桑井化工有限公司生产的EASYTECH ST-5000、EASYTECH ST-5020、EASYTECH ST-5100、EASYTECHST-5030、EASYTECH ST-5040及EASYTECH ST-5060中的至少一种;
所述的粉体辅助分散剂为粘土、高岭土、硅藻土、硅钙粉、滑石粉、氧化铝、氧化锌、白炭黑、硫酸钡、轻质碳酸钙及重质碳酸钙中的至少一种;所述粉体辅助分散剂的细度≥5000目;
所述的爽滑剂是一种饱和或不饱和脂肪酰胺类物质,优选为硬脂酰胺、油酰胺、芥酸酰胺中的至少一种。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的高吸水性片材复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将各组分原料经分别计量后,加入密炼机料仓中,开启密炼机并加热升温,经密炼机共混至聚乙烯醇完全塑化,出料进入单螺杆挤出机经模头挤出成片,然后经过三辊压延成型,冷却定型,裁边,收卷即为高吸水性复合片材成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的高吸水性片材复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述的开启密炼机并加热升温的温度为120-160℃;
所述的单螺杆挤出机温度为6区控温:100/120/140/160/160/150℃;
所述的压延温度三辊分别为:140/150/130℃;所述的定型辊定型温度为25℃;
所述的压延复合片材厚度为85-500μm。
10.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的高吸水性片材复合材料在卫生护理、农业、林业、园艺、医药卫生、土木建筑、石油化工中的应用,尤其是在制备卫生巾、纸尿裤中的应用。
