本发明公开了一种艾灸条及其使用方法，按质量比的原料包括有：艾叶2000‑2500份，桂枝100‑150份，广藿香30‑60份广藿香，降香150‑200份，香附30‑60份，白芷50‑120份，陈皮20‑70份，丹参30‑80份，生川乌50‑100份组成，通过将艾叶碾成艾绒，将剩下桂枝，广藿香，降香，香附，白芷，陈皮，丹参，生川乌碾碎成细粉，并过筛、混匀，并将上述粉末卷紧成条，粘合封闭，该种艾灸条制备简单方便，具有行气血，逐寒湿，用于风寒湿痹，肌肉酸麻，关节四肢疼痛，脘腹冷痛的功效，达到良好的养生保健效果。

本发明涉及重要制备技术领域，具体为一种艾灸条及其使用方法。
背景技术
灸法又名灸疗，在我国已有二千多年的历史，其治疗效果已为无数临床实践所证实，它使用艾绒或其他药物放置体表的穴位或疼痛处烧灼、温熨，借灸火的温和热力及药物作用，通过经络的传导，以温通经脉、调和气血、协调阴阳、扶正祛邪，达到治疗疾病、防病保健、养生美容之功效，《医学入门》说：“药之不及，针之不到，必须灸之。”可见灸法很早就被人们所重视，由于其安全性高、无毒副作用、养生保健，因此流传很广。
传统的艾灸条主要是利用艾叶进行疾病治疗，药物成分单一，因此治疗功效有限，病人往往需要另外配合使用替他药物，增加病人治疗成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为克服现有技术的缺陷，该种艾灸条制备简单方便，具有良好的养生保健功效。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种艾灸条及其使用方法，按质量比的原料包括有：艾叶2000-2500份，桂枝100-150份，广藿香30-60份广藿香，降香150-200份，香附30-60份，白芷50-120份，陈皮20-70份，丹参30-80份，生川乌50-100份组成。
优选的，按质量比，所述艾灸条由艾叶2400份，桂枝125份，广藿香50份广藿香，降香175份，香附50份，白芷100份，陈皮50份，丹参50份，生川乌75份组成。
优选的，所述艾灸条的制备方法为，将艾叶碾成艾绒，将剩下桂枝，广藿香，降香，香附，白芷，陈皮，丹参，生川乌碾碎成细粉，并过筛、混匀，先取由艾叶碾成的艾绒20g，均匀平铺在一张长28cm、宽15cm的白棉纸上，再均匀散布上述粉末8g，将棉纸两端折叠约6cm，卷紧成条，粘合封闭，低温干燥，即得。

（1）将生姜切成薄片，上锅蒸热、蒸软后待用；
（2）取6-8根艾灸条，用胶带将艾条捆成一排，点燃；
（3）将蒸好的姜片贴在后背上，点燃成排艾灸条，保持离姜片半寸到一寸的距离，上下慢慢移动。熏20-30min；
（4）在小腹及肚脐的周围贴上姜片，上下熏20-40min；
（5）在双小腿的外侧、内侧，从脚踝至膝部上下、来回各熏10-20下；
（6）在双手臂外侧，外关穴的上下来回熏10-20下。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明放于对老人脐腹冷痛、妇女寒性痛经和寒湿引起腰膝疼痛疗效显著，对风湿引起的头疼、头重有良好的辅助效果，同时还对治疗脚气、足癣、冻疮的具有一定效果，具有行气血，逐寒湿，用于治疗风寒湿痹，肌肉酸麻，关节四肢疼痛，脘腹冷痛。
具体实施方式
实施列1，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种艾灸条，按质量比的原料包括有：艾叶2200份，桂枝100份，广藿香30份广藿香，降香150份，香附30份，白芷50份，陈皮20份，丹参30份，生川乌50份组成。
所述艾灸条的制备方法为，将艾叶碾成艾绒，将剩下桂枝，广藿香，降香，香附，白芷，陈皮，丹参，生川乌碾碎成细粉，并过筛、混匀，先取由艾叶碾成的艾绒20g，均匀平铺在一张长28cm、宽15cm的白棉纸上，再均匀散布上述粉末8g，将棉纸两端折叠约6cm，卷紧成条，粘合封闭，低温干燥，即得。
