背景技术

本发明的跌打酒的制备方法：首先将上述每种中药成分按重量比例配制好，并装进一个或多个布袋子里，封好布袋子口，同时在瓦缸里面准备好50°的米酒；之后将准备好的中药材布袋子放进米酒瓦缸内浸泡，封闭好瓦缸口；最后将上述瓦缸原地密封储存一年，即制备完成跌打酒。
本发明的跌打酒的使用方法：把跌打酒直接涂抹于病人的淤肿处，每天三次，当用于旧疾时建议配合适当按摩。当使用一天之后，病人的患处会明显消肿；当使用三天之后，病人的患处将基本消肿去淤。从而达到很好的治疗效果，使用也非常简便。
本发明中，上述各中药材具有如下主要治疗功效：
红花：辛而甘温苦，活血通经，去瘀止痛。
归尾：辛、甘、温，补血、活血破瘀，调经止痛。
生枝子：苦、寒，泻火除烦，清热利湿，凉血解毒。
莪术：辛、苦、温，破血行气，消积止痛，破血消积。
川芎：辛、温，行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛。
大黄：苦、寒，泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经，利湿退黄。
两面针：苦、辛、性平，活血化瘀，行气止痛，祛风通络，解毒消肿。
白芷：祛风湿，活血排脓，生肌止痛。《滇南本草》：“祛皮肤游走之风，止胃冷腹痛寒痛，周身寒湿疼痛。”
黄柏：味苦、性寒，有清热燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮的功效。
宽根藤：性味苦、寒，舒筋活络，祛风止痛。
荆芥：味辛、微苦、性微温，祛风，解表，透疹，止血。
川乌：气微，味辛、麻舌，祛风除湿，温经止痛。
草乌：味辛、苦、性热，祛风除湿，温经止痛。
土鳖：咸、寒，破瘀血，续筋骨。
乳香：本品有较显著的镇痛作用，以乳香为首味药的子宫丸比多种抗菌素有更强烈的抑菌作用，且能有效地杀灭滴虫。《纲目》：“消痈疽诸毒，托里护心，活血定痛，伸筋，治妇人难产，折伤。”
没药：散血去瘀，消肿定痛。
生地：甘、寒，止血、抗凝血作用。
鸡血藤：味苦微甘、性温，补血行血，通经活络。
元胡：味辛、苦、性温，活血散瘀，理气止痛。
田七：味甘、微苦、性温，祛瘀止血，消肿止痛。
灵仙：味辛、咸，性温，祛风湿，通经络。
细辛：辛、温，解表散寒，祛风止痛，通窍，温肺化饮。
独活：镇静、催眠、镇痛、抗炎作用。
姜活：辛、苦、温，解表散寒，祛风胜湿，止痛。
秦九：辛、苦、平，祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛。
防风：味辛、甘，性微温，祛风解表，胜湿止痛，止痉。
三凌：味苦，性平。破血，行气，消积止痛。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果：
1.具有消肿、去淤、止痛、舒筋活络的功效，用于各种跌打损伤；
2.见效快，治疗时间短，且费用较低；
3.副作用小，无需做手术、使用抗生素类药物，能够较大程度地减少患者疼痛；
4.加快受伤韧带和肌肉的恢复，经过长时间临床实践，有效痊愈率可达100%。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例，对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例一：
本发明设计的一种跌打酒，其具体包括：按照重量比例为12:100的中药材以及用于浸泡中药材的米酒。
所述中药材中含有如下重量比例的各成分：红花16份、归尾16份、生枝子12份、莪术12份、川芎8份、大黄12份、两面针8份、白芷8份、黄柏12份、宽根藤8份、薄荷4份、荆芥4份、川乌4份、草乌4份、土鳖5份、乳香7.5份、没药7.5份、生地4份、鸡血藤4份、元胡8份、田七10份、灵仙8份、细辛8份、独活10份、姜活10份、秦九5份、防风5份以及三凌5份。

所述中药材中含有如下重量比例的各成分：红花18份、归尾18份、生枝子13.5份、莪术13.5份、川芎9份、大黄13.5份、两面针9份、白芷9份、黄柏13.5份、宽根藤9份、薄荷4.5份、荆芥4.5份、川乌4.5份、草乌4.5份、土鳖5.5份、乳香8.25份、没药8.25份、生地4.5份、鸡血藤4.5份、元胡9份、田七11.25份、灵仙9份、细辛9份、独活11.25份、姜活11.25份、秦九5.75份、防风5.75份以及三凌5.75份。
本发明的跌打酒的制备方法：首先将上述每种中药成分按重量比例配制好，并装进五个大小相同的布袋子里，封好布袋子口，同时在容积为250升的瓦缸里面准备好50°的米酒；之后将准备好的中药材布袋子放进米酒瓦缸内浸泡，封闭好瓦缸口，中药材与米酒的重量比例为12:100；最后将上述瓦缸原地密封储存一年，即制备完成跌打酒。
本发明的跌打酒的使用方法：把跌打酒直接涂抹于病人的淤肿处，每天三次，当用于旧疾时建议配合适当按摩。当使用一天之后，病人的患处会明显消肿；当使用三天之后，病人的患处将基本消肿去淤。从而达到很好的治疗效果，使用也非常简便。
本发明的跌打酒是在继承祖传配方基础上，修正、完善不足之处，再结合不同方法综合治疗，充分体现了几千年来中医的“整体观念和辩证施治”的特点，在临床治疗中取得了非常理想的治疗效果，特别是对跌打损伤的病人，具有独特的疗效。

1.一种跌打酒，其特征在于，包括：按照重量比例为12:100的中药材以及用于浸泡中药材的米酒，所述中药材中含有如下重量比例的各成分：
红花16～20份、归尾16～20份、生枝子12～15份、莪术12～15份、川芎8～10份、大黄12～15份、两面针8～10份、白芷8～10份、黄柏12～15份、宽根藤8～10份、薄荷4～5份、荆芥4～5份、川乌4～5份、草乌4～5份、土鳖5～6份、乳香7.5～9份、没药7.5～9份、生地4～5份、鸡血藤4～5份、元胡8～10份、田七10～12.5份、灵仙8～10份、细辛8～10份、独活10～12.5份、姜活10～12.5份、秦九5～6.5份、防风5～6.5份以及三凌5～6.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的跌打酒，其特征在于，所述中药材中含有如下重量比例的各成分：红花16份、归尾16份、生枝子12份、莪术12份、川芎8份、大黄12份、两面针8份、白芷8份、黄柏12份、宽根藤8份、薄荷4份、荆芥4份、川乌4份、草乌4份、土鳖5份、乳香7.5份、没药7.5份、生地4份、鸡血藤4份、元胡8份、田七10份、灵仙8份、细辛8份、独活10份、姜活10份、秦九5份、防风5份以及三凌5份。
