Comparative example 8: the chafing dish companion drink (main component: lactobacillus) sold by a certain company in Suzhou city.
The following tests were carried out on the beverages provided in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 8:
test A: taking 120 mice, weighing 20 soil and 2g, randomly dividing the mice into 12 groups, filling the mice with the beverage (filling distilled water with the same volume as the last group as a blank control group) for 7 days in the same living environment and feeding mode, respectively and continuously filling the beverage for 7 days, filling the beverage twice a day with 1mL for one time, filling each mouse with 0.5mL of 10% activated carbon and 5% Arabic gum suspension after the last administration for 1h, simultaneously dislocating and killing the mice after 20min, opening the abdominal cavity of the mice, separating the mice from the direct cecum at the lower part of the pylorus, shearing the intestines, measuring the total length and the carbon powder propulsion length of the intestines of the mice, and calculating the propulsion rate, wherein the results are shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1 Effect of the drink on the intestinal peristalsis function of mice
Figure BDA0002426255420000141
Figure BDA0002426255420000151
As can be seen from the above table, compared with a blank control group, the charcoal powder propulsion distance and the propulsion rate of the mice treated by the beverages provided in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 8 are significantly increased, which indicates that the charcoal powder propulsion distance and the propulsion rate both have positive effects on the intestinal peristalsis function of the mice, wherein the highest propulsion rate is example 2, and it can be known from example 3 and comparative examples 1 to 8 that the effect is poor due to the absence or substitution of a certain component in the original scheme, and the propulsion rate is greatly reduced due to the absence of the mealyrock in comparative example 1; comparative example 2 replaces gypsum of different cross sections, and the obtained propulsion rate is reduced to a smaller extent; comparative example 3 lacks gypsum, resulting in a smaller reduction in the rate of propulsion; comparative example 4 in the absence of buckwheat pulp, the resulting push rate was reduced; comparative example 5 lacks an enzymatic hydrolysate, and the obtained propulsion rate is reduced to a large extent; comparative example 6 lacks the composite mastic, so that the propulsive rate is reduced to a great extent, and is lower than comparative example 8 and higher than a blank control group; comparative example 7 lacks probiotics, the obtained propulsion rate is greatly reduced; the propulsion rate obtained in comparative example 8 was higher.
And B, killing the broken ends of the mice in the animal experiment A, taking hearts, livers, spleens, lungs, kidneys and brains, fixing the mice by 10% formalin solution, embedding the mice into sections by paraffin, staining the mice by hematoxylin and eosin, and observing the change of tissue morphology by a microscope, wherein the obtained organ sections have no abnormal structures, and the drinks are nontoxic.
Experiment C. 96 general healthy volunteers were divided into 12 groups and were taken together with a hot pot (beef tallow red pan, with the same food material), and 100mL of the above-mentioned beverage (100 mL of the beverage provided in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 8) was taken before/during/after meal (the last group was a blank group without taking the beverage) in each group at random by 3-2-3 people, and the results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 Effect of the drink on eating chafing dish
Figure BDA0002426255420000161
Figure BDA0002426255420000171
As can be seen from table 2, the drinks provided in examples 1 to 3, when taken with a hot pot, produced less and mild discomfort; comparative examples 1-8 all had different levels of people with discomfort, but had better effects than the blank group; the control group had more discomfort and a smaller amount was heavier.
In conclusion, the beverage provided by the invention is non-toxic and harmless, can be used before/during/after eating a hot pot, can well condition the gastrointestinal tract steady state, avoids stimulating oral cavity and gastrointestinal wall mucous membranes due to eating the hot pot, and reduces the occurrence probability of gastrointestinal tract diseases.
