本发明属于汽车尾气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型汽车尾气清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车逐渐成为了每个家庭的必要代步工具,然而,汽车尾气的排放对环境的污染渐渐成为一个重要的环境问题。
目前多数汽车的尾气都是没有经过任何处理直接排放到空气中,由于汽车燃烧不充分等原因,汽车尾气中含有大量的一氧化碳、氮氧化物、烃类化合物、重金属尘埃等物质,这些有害物是空气污染的主要来源之一。
申请号为CN201310671446.2的中国发明专利,公开了一种汽车尾气净化剂,具体包括按重量比的以下成分:甲醇15-30份、280号溶剂油15-25份、C12-C18烷基二乙醇酰胺4-12份、乙醇5-10份、丙酮1-5份、丁酸二辛酯15-30份、正己醇5-10份、三聚氰酸2-10份、氢氧化钠1-5份、硫酸铜1-10份、Pt-Rh合金5-10份。该发明专利中的280号特种溶剂油的作用主要是清洗进气道和燃烧室的油泥、积碳;甲醇、乙醇的作用主要是在发动机燃烧室燃烧时能产生氧离子,而丙酮、C12-C18烷基二乙醇酰胺的作用主要是在发动机燃烧室燃烧时能产生烷基自由基,氧离子和烷基自由基这两者相结合,能更有效地去除三元催化转化器的表面覆盖物,让汽车三元催化转化器恢复原有功能。该发明存在以下缺陷:
(1)Pt-Rh合金为贵金属合金,不利于产品成本控制;(2)该发明中原料种类多,产品不易稳定保存。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种环保型汽车尾气清洗剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保型汽车尾气清洗剂,包括以下重量份数的原料:甲醇30-40份、乙醇10-20份、丙酮5-10份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1-2份、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂0.01-0.05份、异丙醇10-20份。
进一步的,所述环保型汽车尾气清洗剂,包括以下重量分数的原料:甲醇40份、乙醇10份、丙酮10份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯2份、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂0.05份、异丙醇20份。
所述环保型汽车尾气清洗剂的制备方法为:将甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇搅拌混合均匀,再将丙酮加入所得混合溶液中,最后将聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂加入混合溶液中,充分搅拌。
进一步的,所述氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球的制备方法为:将硫酸亚锡分散在蒸馏水中,搅拌,室温下,将过氧化氢缓慢滴入上述浑浊液中,搅拌,将得到的混合物放入马弗炉中煅烧,然后冷却到室温,过滤收集滤饼并烘干;将所得固体加入Ni(Ac)2与Cu(Ac)2混合水溶液中,超声,离心,收集固体,最后将得到的产物放在马弗炉中煅烧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明环保型汽车尾气清洗剂中,由于聚乙二醇月桂酸酯本身的表面活性剂属性,其与乙醇以及丙酮协同作用,可有效清洗汽车发动机燃油系统中因未充分燃烧而产生的油污以及积碳,另一方面,聚乙二醇月桂酸酯具有一定分散作用,可将清洁剂中的原料稳定分散在体系中,因该清洗剂中有少量固体物,而由于聚乙二醇月桂酸酯的分散作用,则使体系整体不存在沉淀现象,本发明的产品在室温下可稳定保存6-12个月;
(2)本申请中的氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂,其中二氧化锡纳米球具有特殊的多孔隙结构,在燃烧过程中,其多孔隙结构可吸附氧离子或者氧分子被吸附进入到二氧化锡中,而二氧化锡孔隙中掺杂的氧化镍和氧化铜与氧的接触量增多,可有效催化油污及积碳中的可燃物燃烧,例如氮氧化物以及一氧化碳等,同时提高燃油的燃烧效率,避免排放有害气体;
(3)本发明可与汽油混溶,由于本发明中有催化剂,能够是油污更加充分燃烧,且该催化剂的原料便宜易得。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,并不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的其他所有实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
S1制备氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂:将2毫摩尔硫酸亚锡分散在20毫升蒸馏水中,搅拌形成微黄色悬浊液,室温下,将5毫升30%的过氧化氢缓慢滴入上述浑浊液中,搅拌,将得到的混合物放入马弗炉中,在180℃保持12小时,然后自然冷却到室温,过滤收集滤饼并烘干;取50毫克加入到5毫升0.2MNi(Ac)2、0.2MCu(Ac)2混合水溶液中,超声20分钟,然后在3000r/min的条件下离心10分钟,收集固体,最后将得到的产物放在马弗炉中600℃煅烧1小时即可;
S2制备环保型汽车尾气清洗剂:将甲醇30份、乙醇10份、异丙醇10份搅拌混合均匀,再将丙酮5份加入所得混合溶液中,最后将聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1份、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂0.01份加入混合溶液中,充分搅拌,静置24h。
实施例2
S1制备氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂:将2毫摩尔硫酸亚锡分散在20毫升蒸馏水中,搅拌形成微黄色悬浊液,室温下,将5毫升30%的过氧化氢缓慢滴入上述浑浊液中,搅拌,将得到的混合物放入马弗炉中,在180℃保持12小时,然后自然冷却到室温,过滤收集滤饼并烘干;取50毫克加入到5毫升0.2MNi(Ac)2、0.2MCu(Ac)2混合水溶液中,超声20分钟,然后在3000r/min的条件下离心10分钟,收集固体,最后将得到的产物放在马弗炉中600℃煅烧1小时即可;
S2制备环保型汽车尾气清洗剂:将甲醇35份、乙醇20份、异丙醇15份搅拌混合均匀,再将丙酮8份加入所得混合溶液中,最后将聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1.5份、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂0.03份加入混合溶液中,充分搅拌,静置24h。
实施例3
S1制备氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂:将2毫摩尔硫酸亚锡分散在20毫升蒸馏水中,搅拌形成微黄色悬浊液,室温下,将5毫升30%的过氧化氢缓慢滴入上述浑浊液中,搅拌,将得到的混合物放入马弗炉中,在180℃保持12小时,然后自然冷却到室温,过滤收集滤饼并烘干;取50毫克加入到5毫升0.2MNi(Ac)2、0.2MCu(Ac)2混合水溶液中,超声20分钟,然后在3000r/min的条件下离心10分钟,收集固体,最后将得到的产物放在马弗炉中600℃煅烧1小时即可;

实施例4

实施例5
S1制备氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂:将2毫摩尔硫酸亚锡分散在20毫升蒸馏水中,搅拌形成微黄色悬浊液,室温下,将5毫升30%的过氧化氢缓慢滴入上述浑浊液中,搅拌,将得到的混合物放入马弗炉中,在180℃保持12小时,然后自然冷却到室温,过滤收集滤饼并烘干;取50毫克加入到5毫升0.2MNi(Ac)2、0.2MCu(Ac)2混合水溶液中,超声20分钟,然后在3000r/min的条件下离心10分钟,收集固体,最后将得到的产物放在马弗炉中600℃煅烧1小时即可;
S2制备环保型汽车尾气清洗剂:将甲醇33份、乙醇13份、异丙醇13份搅拌混合均匀,再将丙酮6份加入所得混合溶液中,最后将聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1.3份、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂0.02份加入混合溶液中,充分搅拌,静置24h。
将实施例1-5所得环保型汽车尾气清洗剂,按照1:5的体积比加入汽油中,检测汽车尾气成分。检测结果如表1所示。从表1的数据可知,本发明可以显著减少汽车尾气中氮氧化物与一氧化碳的排放量。

Claims (4)
1.一种环保型汽车尾气清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:甲醇30-40份、乙醇10-20份、丙酮5-10份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯1-2份、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂0.01-0.05份、异丙醇10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车尾气清洗剂,其特征在于,所述环保型汽车尾气清洗剂,包括以下重量分数的原料:甲醇40份、乙醇10份、丙酮10份、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯2份、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂0.05份、异丙醇20份。
3.一种环保型汽车尾气清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇搅拌混合均匀,再将丙酮加入所得混合溶液中,最后将聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球复合金属催化剂加入混合溶液中,充分搅拌。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种环保型汽车尾气清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氧化镍/氧化铜/二氧化锡纳米球的制备方法为:将硫酸亚锡分散在蒸馏水中,搅拌,室温下,将过氧化氢缓慢滴入上述浑浊液中,搅拌,将得到的混合物放入马弗炉中煅烧,然后冷却到室温,过滤收集滤饼并烘干;将所得固体加入Ni(Ac)2与Cu(Ac)2混合水溶液中,超声,离心,收集固体,最后将得到的产物放在马弗炉中煅烧。
