技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽油清洁领域,更具体地说,涉及一种油箱油路清洁液及其制备方法。
背景技术
燃油在贮存、运输过程中,容易发生氧化反应,生成胶状物质。这些胶状物质按汽油的溶解性可分为:可溶胶质和不可溶胶质。不可溶胶质又称为沉积物,它和燃油一起加入汽车油箱后,就会粘附在燃油滤清器上,堵塞过滤介质,使供油量减少,使输油量不足,燃油雾化不良,致使可燃混合气变稀,发动机动力性和经济性下降。
可溶胶质进入燃烧室和汽油一起燃烧后,就会在进气门、活塞顶部、活塞环槽、燃烧室、火花塞等部位形成许多坚硬的积碳,造成气门关闭不严,发动机性能下降,如加速不顺,怠速不稳,失速、抖动、爆震等一系列故障。
发动机工作时,燃油或窜入燃烧室的润滑油也不可能百分之百燃烧,未燃烧的部分油料在高温和氧的催化作用下形成盐酸和树脂状的胶质,粘附在零件表面上,再经过高温作用进一步浓缩成沥青质和油焦质等复杂的混合物,即所谓积碳。
车辆行驶中,因为燃油中的胶质和燃烧后形成的积碳引起故障是比较常见的,毛病虽小但危害极大。
气缸盖部位有了积碳,会降低发动机的冷却效果。使发动机的动力性和经济性都大大降低。活塞顶部积碳,会形成许多炽热面,引起早燃和爆燃,缩短发动机的使用寿命。气门及其座圈工作面上聚有积碳,会引起气门关闭不严而漏气,出现发动机难启动、工作无力以及气门易烧蚀等不良现象。
气门导管和气门杆部积碳结胶,将加速气门杆与气门导管的磨损,甚至会引起气门杆在气门导管内运动发涩而卡死。活塞环槽内积碳,会使活塞环边隙、背隙变小,甚至无间隙造成活塞环胶结失去弹性,甚至折断活塞环而拉缸。
喷油嘴聚有积碳,极易卡死喷油嘴,造成发动机缺缸运行或突然熄火。预燃室启动喷孔聚有积碳,将堵塞喷孔,使发动机启动困难。火花塞积碳过多,在燃油湿润后,相当于火花塞电极间并联分路电阻,造成火花塞漏电不能工作。
要想排除这些故障,就必须清除积碳和汽油中的胶质,但目前许多汽修厂普遍采用的方法还是把发动机拆卸后再进行清洗。这种方法,不但费时费力费钱,而且效果并不理想。更无法对油箱和油箱中的胶质进行清除,同时也不适合当今汽车的发动机。因为当今的汽车发动机是在恒温无尘超静环境下按严格的工艺要求进行装配的。如果拆卸清洗后再重新装配。其动力、密封性能是无法与原始性能相比的。

本发明的目的在于提供一种油箱油路清洁液,可以清除积碳和汽油中的胶质,助力燃油充分燃烧,保护发动机。

一种油箱油路清洁液的制备方法,将2,2,4-三甲基戊烷、甲基叔丁基醚、异构二甲苯、氢氧化钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氧化镍或氧化钙、磷酸钠或硅酸钠、聚醚胺或聚胺混合,在30℃-60℃的温度下以50-200转/分的速度搅拌30-120分钟搅拌,然后再加入生物酶,在50℃-70℃的温度下以100-300转/分的速度搅拌15-45分钟搅拌,然后过滤得到成品。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下优点:
1. 2,2,4-三甲基戊烷、甲基叔丁基醚、异构二甲苯用于作为油箱油路清洁液的基础原料,能给初步起到清洁油箱油路的作用;
2. 氧化镍或氧化钙作为碱性物质,可中和润滑油中的酸性物质,减少对发动机造成酸蚀,并且碱性物质表现的吸水性能,也能降低发动机设备中的水汽,避免对润滑油和发动机的氧化,保持润滑油的质量,提高发动机的使用寿命;
3. 生物酶可以使得燃油的燃烧更加充分,减少胶质和积碳的产生;
4. 氢氧化钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚共同作用,用于清洁燃油在管路上附着的油垢;
5. 磷酸钠、硅酸钠、聚醚胺、聚胺能抑制积碳、抑制胶质的产生;
6. 本发明的复合配方,综合抑制积碳/胶质、去除燃油管路常久堆积的油垢、充分燃烧燃油的性能,从各个维度清除积碳和胶质,保护发动机,综合清洁、养护、调节油品品质的作用。
