Background
For passenger trains, such as passenger cars, trains, motor cars or high-speed railways, a piece of towel is arranged on each seat, and the towel needs to be replaced regularly. At present, cleaning personnel walk to each seat and manually take down the seat, so that the workload is large, and therefore, a device for taking down the scarf of a passenger train needs to be designed, and the efficiency of taking down the scarf of a vehicle seat is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem that a cleaning worker needs to manually take down the scarf on the saddle in the related technology, and provides the device for taking down the scarf on the saddle, which can simultaneously take down the scarf on a row of seats, thereby improving the efficiency of taking down the scarf.

In one embodiment, in order to make the operation faster, a PLC controller may be installed inside the cart 12, and the PLC controller is respectively connected to the air pump, the air cylinder 3, and the electric push rod 10 to control the operation of the air pump, the air cylinder 3, and the electric push rod 10.

before use, the long air pipe 1 is detached, a cleaning person pushes the trolley 12 into a carriage, the long air pipe 1 and the soft air pipe 4 are connected, and then the long air pipe 1 is fixed on the rotating rod 2.
The cleaning personnel processing trolley 12 is pushed to a proper position, so that the rotating direction of the rotating rod 2 is in the middle of the back of the chair, the air cylinder 3 is started, the rotating rod 2 and the long air pipe 1 are placed horizontally, the air suction pump sucks air, all the lap towels of a row of the back of the chair are sucked, and the air cylinder 3 erects the rotating rod 2 and the long air pipe 1; and starting the electric push rod 10, pushing the rack 9 to drive the rotary table 7 to rotate by 90 degrees through the gear 8 and the rotating shaft 13, wherein the stroke of the rack 10 can be controlled by a stroke switch. The cleaning personnel pushes the trolley 12 to the next row of seats, then the electric push rod 10 moves reversely to push the rack 9, so that the rotary table 7 is driven by the gear 8 and the rotating shaft 13 to rotate 90 degrees, the air cylinder 3 is started, the rotating rod 2 and the long air pipe 1 are placed horizontally again, and the actions are repeated.
Of course, in the above operation process, the replacement can be completed by manually controlling the opening and closing of each electric push rod, or by installing a PLC controller to control each electric push rod.
