For passenger trains, such as passenger cars, trains, motor cars or high-speed railways, a piece of towel is arranged on each seat, and the towel needs to be replaced regularly. At present, cleaning personnel walk to each seat and place the cleaning personnel manually, and the workload is large, so that a towel placing device for a passenger train is needed to be designed, and the placing efficiency is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem that a cleaning worker needs to manually place a scarf on a saddle in the related technology, and provides the device for placing the scarf on the saddle, which can improve the placing efficiency.

Preferably, the towel placing rod comprises two rod bodies connected through a cross beam, the rod bodies are connected with the cross beam through shafts, the cross beam is fixed on the rotating shaft, and an opening and closing electric push rod is arranged between the rod bodies and the cross beam.

In one embodiment, the towel placing rod 1 comprises two rod bodies 101 connected by a cross beam 103, wherein 2 or 3 plastic rings are sleeved on the rod bodies 101 for limiting the placing position of each towel, namely, 2 or 3 towels are placed on each rod body 101 according to the number of seats so as to complete the placing of a whole row of seat towels; the rod body 101 is connected with the cross beam 103 through the shaft 102, that is, the rod body 101 is rotationally connected to the shaft 102, the cross beam 103 is fixed to the rotating shaft 2, the opening and closing electric push rod 104 is arranged between the two rod bodies 101 and the cross beam 103, the opening and closing electric push rod 104 is also powered by a battery, specifically, the opening and closing electric push rod 104 is installed on the cross beam 103 through a push rod support, the push rod end of the opening and closing electric push rod 104 is fixedly connected with the rod body 101, and then the rod body 101 can rotate along the shaft 102 under the driving of the opening and closing electric.
In one embodiment, in order to make the operation faster, a PLC controller may be installed inside the cart 10, and the PLC controller is respectively connected to the side-out electric push rod 6, the side-pushing electric push rod 5, the lifting electric push rod 4, and the opening and closing electric push rod 104, and is used for controlling the operations of the opening and closing electric push rod 104, the lifting electric push rod 4, the side-pushing electric push rod 5, the side-out electric push rod 6, and the horizontal-pushing electric push rod 7.
The working process is as follows: the cleaning personnel pushes the trolley 10 into the carriage, at the moment, the two rod bodies 101 are in a parallel state, a towel is placed on the rod bodies 101, the position of the towel is marked by a plastic ring on the rod bodies 101, the side-out electric push rods 6 are started, the left side-out electric push rods 6 and the right side-out electric push rods 6 extend out, the cleaning personnel pushes the trolley 10 and simultaneously supports against the chair backs of the left side seat and the right side seat, the side-push electric push rods 5 are started and extend out to support against one side of the seats, and at the moment, the position of the trolley; the lifting electric push rod 4 is started and drives the platform 3 to rise to the highest position, the horizontal pushing electric push rod 7 is started to push the double-sided rack 8, and therefore the two gears 9 are driven to rotate simultaneously, and the towel placing rod 1 rotates to the position right above the chair backs of the left side and the right side.
Starting the lifting electric push rod 4, driving the platform 3 to fall down by the lifting electric push rod 4, enabling the towel placing rod 1 to fall down, enabling the towel to naturally fall down to the head of the chair back, enabling the lifting electric push rod 4 to continue to fall down, and enabling the towel placing rod 1 to continue to fall down until the towel placing rod 1 is separated from the towel; the opening and closing electric push rod 104 is started, so that the two rod bodies 101 are opened, the lifting electric push rod 4 is lifted to the highest position, the opening and closing electric push rod 104 is closed, and the two rod bodies 101 are closed and are recovered to be parallel.
