氧化锌购自先进化学公司,产品型号为SUNZNO-NAS,防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油的混合物,购自舒美公司,产品型号为Euxyl PE 9010。
实施例1~8和对比例1~2所述粉饼的配方见表1,所述粉饼的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1、把序号为1-10的原料加入打粉机搅拌5分钟;
2、开盖并把盖上以及壁上的粉刷入机器内,并再搅拌5分钟;
3、把序号为11-16混合均匀,再把混合均匀的液体喷入机器内,再搅拌3 分钟;
4、开盖并把盖上以及壁上的粉刷入机器内,并再搅拌1分钟;
5、把搅拌好的粉体过2次气流粉碎机;
6、把气吹好的粉用120目筛网进行过筛,经过静置一段时间后,控制机器的压力、时间、次数,压成粉饼,即得所述粉饼。

实施例9
测试实施例1~8和对比例1~2所述粉饼的PFA值,进行如下测试,测试方法为
1、选取100名10~60岁健康人员,男女均可。
2、试验部位选取后背,受试部位皮肤色泽均一,无色素痣及色斑等。
3、剂量约为2mg/cm2,准确均匀涂抹在受试皮肤。并在受试部位旁做好标记,受试皮肤约为30cm2。
4、发射近日光的UVA区连续光谱2~4小时,使用适当滤光片将波长短于320nm的紫外线和波长大于400nm的可见光、红外线过滤掉。
5、根据上述条件定期检测维护,记录定期检测结果,试验时MPPD (MPPD是指最小持续黑化量:即辐照后2~4小时在整个辐照部位产生轻微黑化所需的最小紫外线辐照量或最短时间)应选择在观察曝光后2~4小时之内的一个固定时间点进行,并使用公式 PFA=MPPDp/MPPDu(式中MPPDp为测试产品保护的MPPD;MPPDu为测试产品未保护的MPPD)计算PFA平均值。
6、根据PFA值与与防晒时间的关系,PFA值小于2防护时间无、PFA值在2~3防护时间约为2~4小时、PFA值4~7防护时间约为4~8小时、 PFA值大于8时防护时间大于8小时。当PFA值大于8时,以抵抗 UVA时间=PFA值*60计算,根据以上信息可大概得出抵抗UVA的防护力时间。
7、试验计算结果如下表2。

4、发射近日光的UVB区连续光谱20±4小时,使用适当滤光片将波长短于280nm的紫外线和波长大于320nm的长波紫外线、可见光、红外线过滤掉。
5、根据上述条件定期检测维护,记录定期检测结果,试验时MED(MED 是指最小红斑量)应选择在观察曝光后24±4小时之内的一个固定时间点进行,并使用公式SPF=MEDp/MEDu(式中MEDp为测试产品保护的MED;MEDu为测试产品未保护的MED)计算SPF平均值。再根据SPF值计算出防护UVB时间。
6、由于个人肤质不一样防护UVB时间也不一样,选取15分钟出现最小红斑量。再根据值进行计算(分钟)=SPF值*15。
7、试验计算结果如下表3。

为了验证本发明的上妆效果,做上妆测试粉饼妆效自然度。选取100名志愿者,年龄在20周岁-30周岁,分为10组,每组10人。由测试人员为志愿者清洁脸部,在同一环境静坐20分钟,再分别使用实施例1~8、对比例1、对比例2、进行上妆试验。再查看上妆的效果,并得出结论是否实用。如下表4。

依据实施例9~11的试验数据,防护UVA、UVB的时间,以防护低值来计算总防护时间,得出以下测试结果,如表5。

从表5可以看出,光感二氧化钛和氧化锌复配的防晒效果比单独使用的效果更佳,光感二氧化钛和氧化锌采用实施例1的配比复配时防晒效果更佳。光感二氧化钛的添加能够使粉饼使用效果更自然,三种化学防晒剂与光感二氧化钛和纳米氧化锌复配,能使粉饼更具防晒效果。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分含量的组分:光感二氧化钛4~16%和纳米氧化锌1~4%;所述光感二氧化钛包含纳米级二氧化钛、氧化铁和氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷。
2.如权利要求1所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述光感防晒粉饼包含以下重量百分含量的组分:光感二氧化钛6~10%和纳米氧化锌1~3%;优选地,所述光感防晒粉饼包含以下重量百分含量的组分:光感二氧化钛8%和纳米氧化锌2%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述光感防晒粉饼还包含以下重量百分含量的组分:甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯0.5~2%、p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯0.5~2%和二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯0.5~2%;优选地,所述光感防晒粉饼还包含以下重量百分含量的组分:甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯1%、p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯1%和二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯1%。
4.如权利要求1所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述光感二氧化钛包含以下重量百分含量的组分:纳米级二氧化钛92.15~96.03%、氧化铁0.97~4.85%和氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷3%。
5.如权利要求3所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述光感防晒粉饼还包含以下重量百分含量的组分:滑石粉30~50%、云母10~45%和硅石2~20%。
6.如权利要求5所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述光感防晒粉饼还包含甘油三(乙基己酸)酯4~16%。
7.如权利要求5所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述光感防晒粉饼还包含生育酚乙酸酯0.02~0.5%。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述光感防晒粉饼还包含着色剂、粘合剂和防腐剂。
9.如权利要求8所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为硬脂酸镁。
10.如权利要求8所述光感防晒粉饼,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油的混合物。
