The system for automatically monitoring regional water quality as claimed in claim 1, wherein the data management platform further comprises a site management module and an inquiry and statistics module, wherein the site management module is used for checking basic information and system setting functions of a corresponding site according to the equipment state, the region to which the site belongs and the equipment type attribute of the site; the query statistic module comprises a single index query unit, a regional daily average query unit, an abnormal condition query unit, an equipment query unit, an intelligent query analysis unit and a comparison analysis unit.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the data management platform further comprises a data reporting module and a data transaction module, wherein the data reporting module comprises a time reporting unit, a monitoring index reporting unit, a regional reporting unit, a water quality monitoring special reporting unit and an alarm and fault condition unit; the data transaction module comprises a data transaction management unit which is used for checking data with severe abnormal change in the region and analyzing the data to obtain the overproof rate.

The system for automatically monitoring the regional water quality according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the data management platform further comprises a video monitoring module and a remote quality control module, wherein the video monitoring module comprises a video monitoring management unit; the remote quality control module comprises a remote quality control management unit; the video monitoring module is used for calling and operating the video monitoring point pictures; the remote quality control module is used for remotely controlling the quality of the station, displaying the system state and the equipment state of the station and the entrance guard state in real time and reversely controlling the equipment of the station in real time.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the data management platform further comprises a quality evaluation module, and the quality evaluation module comprises a quality evaluation management unit.

The system of claim 5, wherein the data management platform further comprises a system management module, and the system management module comprises an organization and personnel management unit, a role authority management unit, a water station plant station setting unit, a data classification unit and a basic data coding setting unit.

The system for automatically monitoring the regional water quality as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a mobile terminal publishing platform, wherein the mobile terminal publishing platform is compatible with a GIS information technology using ArcGIS, GoogleMap and Baidu Map; meanwhile, the space information of the monitoring point can be displayed on a map by combining the GPS technology, and meanwhile, the GPS data uploaded by other equipment can be received and displayed on the map.

The system according to claim 7, wherein the mobile terminal release platform comprises a GIS presentation module, a data query module, a statistical analysis module, a data evaluation module and a system setting module; the GIS display module comprises a site position unit and a site state unit; the data query module comprises a real-time data unit and a historical data unit; the statistical analysis module comprises a trend analysis unit and a same-proportion ring ratio unit; the data evaluation module comprises a data volume reporting unit, and the system setting module comprises a message pushing unit and a version updating unit.
