the data receiving and storing module is used for receiving and storing the drain outlet data request signal, the position data of each river inlet drain outlet, and the water quality and water quantity data and video data collected from each river inlet drain outlet;
the information classification inquiry module is connected with the data receiving and storing module and is used for determining a water quality and water quantity data set according to the drain outlet data request signal; the drain data request signal comprises a drain position to be queried and a time range to be queried; the water quality and water quantity data set comprises water quality and water quantity data of a river sewage inlet determined according to the position of the sewage outlet to be queried in the time range to be queried;
the information statistics and early warning module is connected with the information classification inquiry module and is used for:
the water quality and water quantity data set is statistically displayed in a chart form to obtain a query data table;
for any water quality and water quantity data in the water quality and water quantity data set, generating a first warning signal when the water quality and water quantity data meets a preset water pollution condition;
the information visualization module is connected with the data receiving and storing module and is used for displaying water quality and water volume data and video data corresponding to each river sewage inlet on a preset map in real time according to the position data of each river sewage inlet;
the terminal output module is respectively connected with the information statistics and early warning module and the mobile client and is used for transmitting the corresponding query data table and the first warning signal to the mobile client after receiving the drain outlet data request signal sent by the mobile client.
2. The intelligent management system of a river sewage outlet according to claim 1, wherein the information visualization module specifically comprises:
the map embedding sub-module is used for importing an electronic map or a satellite map of the river drain area;
the triggering sub-module is used for determining to mark the river sewage inlet according to the clicking operation when the electronic map of the river sewage inlet area or the satellite map receives the clicking operation; the marked river entering drain outlet is any one of a plurality of river entering drain outlets;
and the visualization sub-module is connected with the data receiving and storing module and is used for displaying the water quality and water volume data and video data corresponding to the marked river sewage outlet on the river sewage outlet area electronic map or the satellite map.
3. The intelligent management system for a river sewage outlet according to claim 2, wherein the system further comprises:
the navigation module is respectively connected with the information visualization module and the data receiving and storing module and is used for collecting the position data of the marked river-entering drain outlet and the position data sent by the drain outlet data request signal, and then determining a driving route according to the position data of the marked river-entering drain outlet and the position data sent by the drain outlet data request signal.
4. The intelligent management system of a river sewage outlet according to claim 1, wherein the position data of the river sewage outlet comprises a drainage type of the river sewage outlet, a drainage name, a drainage water body type, a street name of a county and a preset drainage number;
the water quality and quantity data collected at the river sewage outlet comprise the pH value, the temperature value, the conductivity, the turbidity value, the dissolved oxygen value, the permanganate index value, the ammonia nitrogen concentration value, the total phosphorus concentration value, the heavy metal concentration value and the flow of the water body at the river sewage outlet.
5. The intelligent management system for a river sewage outlet according to claim 1, wherein the system further comprises:
the face recognition module is connected with the data receiving and storing module and is used for:
carrying out face recognition processing on video data collected from each river sewage outlet so as to obtain a face recognition result;
and when the face exists in the face recognition result and is inconsistent with the preset face, generating a second warning signal.

The intelligent management system of a river sewage outlet according to claim 1, wherein the system further comprises an editing module; the editing module is connected with the data receiving and storing module and is used for supplementing or deleting the position data of each river sewage inlet and outlet.
7. The intelligent management system for a river sewage outlet of claim 6, further comprising:
the platform user management module is used for setting different access rights for the editing module and/or the information classification inquiry module aiming at different user groups;
and the remote control module is used for remotely starting the water quality and water quantity data acquisition equipment when the water quality and water quantity data acquisition equipment fails.

The intelligent management system for a river sewage outlet according to claim 1, wherein the sewage outlet data request signal is obtained by scanning a preset two-dimensional code for the mobile client; the preset two-dimensional code is associated with position data of any river sewage outlet.
