The system of claim 1, wherein the urban integrated signs monitoring and evaluating subsystem is configured to monitor, evaluate and warn operation states of urban major areas, and specifically, the urban integrated signs monitoring and evaluating subsystem is configured to show macro operation states of five areas, namely urban overall and urban infrastructure, economy, traffic, public safety and ecological environment, and to monitor, evaluate and warn the integrated operation evaluation indexes such as socioeconomic index, traffic congestion index, ecological safety index and/or public safety index.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the city focus area specifically comprises: the fields of urban public safety, traffic logistics, energy, hydropower, human living environment, medical health and/or network safety.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the data of each of the city key areas is composed of a primary comprehensive index and a secondary specific index, and the specific indexes are data information, statistical charts and prediction analysis results of various indexes in the area.

The system of claim 1, wherein the administrative index monitoring and analyzing module performs a topical analysis of the municipal administration service level and the administrative performance, and more particularly, the module is configured to monitor and analyze the data of the administrative standard construction index, the administrative model and the process construction index and/or the service handling condition, the data of the administrative capability, and the data of the performance monitoring.

The system of claim 1, wherein the socioeconomic performance monitoring and analysis module is configured to monitor and analyze the economic performance of the plant based on the main monitoring indicators of the economic performance including data monitoring and analysis of economic performance of the whole market, data monitoring and analysis of regional competitive power comparison of the same type, and/or data monitoring and analysis of economic development policy plan simulation and commercial investment performance.

The system of claim 1, wherein the sustainable development indicator monitoring and analyzing module is further configured to perform quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation on the urban sustainable development indicator system, and provide quantitative evaluation results in different time scales of year, quarter, month, and the like according to the indicator category.

The system of claim 1, wherein the sustainable development index monitoring and analyzing module is further configured to provide comparison and analysis between the target city sustainable development evaluation and the evaluation results of typical cities at home and abroad by comparing the indexes with typical cities at home and abroad.

The system of claim 1, wherein the basic information layer situation display subsystem is based on a two-dimensional and three-dimensional map, and realizes on-demand display of various types of basic information of urban management; the basic information is subjected to business classification according to business management rules, layers are established according to related business rules, and the details and the current state of specific components of various types of information can be checked through an electronic map.
10. The system according to claim 9, wherein the basic information layer situation display subsystem specifically includes:
the map display management module is used for realizing configuration management such as display and switching of a two-dimensional map, a three-dimensional map or a satellite map; realizing the searching and displaying of peripheral multi-layer resources of a point line surface; inquiring and displaying data of multiple layers according to jurisdictions; selecting multiple layers by circles, moments and polygons for query display;
the layer configuration management module is used for carrying out self-defined grouping management on the layers according to the service requirements and the attribute query results, the framing results and the jurisdiction self-definition;
the statistical prediction analysis management module is used for counting the currently covered layer basic information according to different time scales such as year, quarter, month and the like, and performing prediction analysis on future development situation based on the existing data and a service rule base;
and the cross-domain data association analysis module is used for carrying out cross-domain data association analysis on each dimension attribute of the city key domain to form comprehensive objective evaluation analysis on the concerned object.
11. The system of claim 1, wherein the city operation prediction and early warning analysis subsystem is configured to perform early warning prediction and problem analysis for social management, economic situation, civil opinion, and/or natural disaster, and further comprises:
and delivering the classified early warning information subjected to the intelligent identification processing of the abnormal state to a basic information layer situation display subsystem for displaying on a map.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the city operation prediction and early warning analysis subsystem specifically comprises:
the abnormal state intelligent identification module is used for analyzing historical data by using different models, predicting the trend of various indexes, and inspecting the actual influence, correlation and the like of main factors so as to identify the abnormal state;
the intelligent studying and judging module is used for qualitatively studying and judging the abnormal state by utilizing models and business rules accumulated in an event library and a knowledge base and giving the property and the importance degree of the abnormal state;
the intelligent plotting module is used for analyzing different indexes through different color identifications and performing drilling up and drilling down on a map according to a preset drilling path; providing an intuitive mode to simulate a business management chain, and highly concentrating the indexes most relevant to management decision on one page to enable a decision layer to quickly master the global condition;
and the early warning issuing management module is used for providing a grading function of the indexes, and when the indexes break through a set threshold value, the system can automatically send out early warning information and timely transmit the early warning information to related managers.

The system of claim 1, wherein the city topic analysis subsystem is configured to provide city operation key sign information and support a user for analyzing decisions, and the city topic analysis subsystem provides city operation key sign information through information correlation analysis and mining research and judgment and provides support for a decision maker to analyze decisions.

The system of claim 13, wherein the city topic analysis subsystem further comprises, before the analysis by information association and mining,: and establishing a data warehouse, establishing a plurality of multi-dimensional data sets according to the analysis subject, and realizing the display of a multi-dimensional report through a BI tool to assist business analysis and data mining.
15. The system of claim 13, wherein the city topic analysis subsystem specifically comprises:
the special topic information management module is used for accessing, classifying, cataloguing and configuring and managing all special topic information;
the special topic analysis management module is used for supporting functions of submitting and approving special topic analysis requirements, customizing special topic analysis rules, importing/exporting special topic analysis templates in batches, subscribing and distributing special topic analysis reports and the like;
and the special page management module is used for realizing the functions of special page display, special page report editing and the like.
