Abstract

The invention provides a wheel frame drilling and milling machine, which comprises a base unit, an upright post unit, a head unit, a saddle unit, a workbench unit and a fixed seat unit, wherein the upright post unit is arranged on the base unit; the fixing seat unit comprises a base and four clamping seats, wherein the base is provided with a first radial direction and a second radial direction which are perpendicular to each other, the four clamping seats are respectively two first clamping seats which can move along the first radial direction and are connected to the base and are respectively positioned at the opposite ends of the first radial direction, and two second clamping seats which can move along the second radial direction and are connected to the base and are respectively positioned at the opposite ends of the second radial direction. The four clamping seats of the fixing seat unit can be respectively clamped at the quartering positions of the wheel frame, and the relative position of each clamping seat can be adjusted along with the size of the wheel frame.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a drilling and milling machine for machining wheel frames, and more particularly to a wheel frame drilling and milling machine having four clamping seats, each of which is clamped at a quartering point of a wheel frame.
Background
Referring to fig. 11, a conventional drilling and milling machine mainly includes a base unit 91, a column unit 92, a head unit 93 and a saddle unit 94; the base unit 91 is provided with a first guide rail unit 911; the upright unit 92 is fixed to the base unit 91 and extends upward, and includes an upright guide unit 921; the head unit 93 is connected to the vertical rail unit 921 so as to be vertically linearly movable; the saddle unit 94 includes a saddle 941 and a table 942, the saddle 941 is movably connected to the first rail unit 911, and the table 942 is connected to the saddle 941 and moves relative to the saddle 941 in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the first rail unit 911.
When the drilling and milling machine processes the wheel frame 80, the clamp 95 installed on the worktable 942 is mainly used to clamp the wheel frame 80, and the processing position of the wheel frame 80 can be changed by the relative movement between the worktable 942 and the saddle 941 and the relative movement between the saddle 941 and the first guide rail unit 911; however, the clamp 95 of the conventional drilling and milling machine can only be clamped to the opposite sides of the wheel frame 80 in the radial direction along the length direction of the working platform 942, and the clamping stability is poor and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problem that the conventional drilling and milling machine can only clamp the two opposite sides of the wheel frame and has poor clamping stability, the main object of the present invention is to provide a wheel frame drilling and milling machine, which has four clamping seats respectively clamped at the quartering points of the wheel frame, thereby effectively improving the clamping stability of the wheel frame drilling and milling process.
In order to achieve the above object, the wheel frame drilling and milling machine of the present invention comprises:
a base unit;
the upright post unit is arranged on the base unit, extends upwards from the top end of the base unit and comprises an upright guide rail unit;
a head unit connected to the vertical guide unit so as to be vertically linearly movable;
a saddle unit connected to the base unit in a horizontally linearly movable manner;
the workbench unit can be horizontally and linearly movably connected with the saddle unit, and the moving direction of the workbench unit is vertical to that of the saddle unit; and
a fixing base unit, fixed in the top of this workstation, it contains:
a base connected with the worktable unit and including a first radial direction and a second radial direction, wherein the first radial direction and the second radial direction are perpendicular to each other; and
four clamping seats which are respectively defined as two first clamping seats and two second clamping seats, wherein the two first clamping seats can be movably connected with the base along the first radial direction and are respectively positioned at two opposite ends of the base in the first radial direction; the two second clamping seats can be movably connected to the base along the second radial direction and are respectively positioned at the two opposite ends of the base in the second radial direction.
In the wheel rim drilling and milling machine, the fixing base unit further includes a linkage unit, the linkage unit includes a linkage base and four connecting rods, and the linkage base is rotatably connected to the base; each connecting rod is connected with the linkage seat and is correspondingly connected with a clamping seat respectively.
In an embodiment of the wheel frame drilling and milling machine, the fixing base unit further includes a displacement driving unit, opposite ends of the displacement driving unit are respectively connected to the two first clamping bases, and the displacement driving unit can extend and retract along the first radial direction.
The technical means of the invention can obtain the following effect gains:

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the wheel frame drilling and milling machine of the present invention includes a first axis X, a second axis Y, a third axis Z, a base unit 10, a column unit 20, a head unit 30, a saddle unit 40, a worktable unit 50, and a fixing base unit 60; the first axis X, the second axis Y and the third axis Z are perpendicular to each other, and the third axis Z is a vertical direction perpendicular to a horizontal plane.
The upright unit 20 is fixedly disposed on the base unit 10, extends upward from the top surface of the base unit 10, and includes an upright guide unit 21, and the upright guide unit 21 extends along the Z direction of the third axis; the head unit 30 is connected to the vertical rail unit 21 in a vertically movable manner, the head unit 30 is provided with a connecting portion 31, a tool driving unit 32 and a drilling and milling tool 33, the connecting portion 31 is connected to the vertical rail unit 21 in a vertically movable manner, and the tool driving unit 32 is used for driving the drilling and milling tool 33 to perform drilling and milling processing.

Each clamping seat comprises a claw part 631, and each claw part 631 is in a hook shape; referring to fig. 9 and 10, in use, the claws 631 of the two first clamping seats 63A are clamped to the two opposite ends of the wheel frame 70 along the first radial direction, and the claws 631 of the two second clamping seats 63B are clamped to the two opposite ends of the wheel frame along the second radial direction B, so that the claws 631 are respectively clamped to the quartering points of the wheel frame 70, thereby increasing the clamping force and stability for clamping the wheel frame 70.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, preferably, the fixing base unit 60 further includes a displacement driving unit 65 and a linking unit 67; the linkage unit 67 includes a linkage seat 671 and four links 673, the linkage seat 671 is rotatably connected to the base 61, the four links 673 are respectively connected to a clamping seat, and each link 673 is connected to the linkage seat 671. The displacement driving unit 65 can extend along the first radial direction, and can be a cylinder device, and two ends of the displacement driving unit 65 are respectively connected to the two first clamping seats 63A, and can drive the two first clamping seats 63A to relatively displace along the first radial direction.
