Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin itch and extract and preparation thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin itch as well as an extract and a preparation thereof.
Background
Pruritus is a dermatological condition in which there is only itching of the skin and no primary skin lesions. Generally, the skin itch is classified into general and limited types according to the extent and location of the skin itch. Among them, general pruritus is often found in adults, and pruritus usually begins at one place and gradually spreads to the whole body. It is often paroxysmal, especially at night, and persistent pruritus with paroxysmal aggravation in severe cases, and the onset and aggravation of pruritus can be promoted by drinking, coffee, tea, mood changes, pungent and pungent food stimulation, mechanical scratching, warm bedding and even some kind of suggestion. Scratch, blood crust, pigmentation, eczema, lichenification, pyoderma, lymphadenitis and lymphadenitis are often secondary to the disease.
Skin pruritus is a common disease and a common disease of skin diseases. The clinical manifestations are mainly the subjective symptoms of skin pruritus or pruritus, or accompanied by rash spots, blisters, desquamation and redness of skin, even desquamation and ulceration, and the part can be in a certain part or a larger range of the whole body. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, skin itch is caused by the invasion of pathogenic factors such as wind, dampness, heat, worms and the like on the skin surface, and qi and blood in the surface are not harmonized. It is also caused by blood deficiency, wind dryness and malnutrition of the skin. The syndrome differentiation includes deficiency and excess, while excess involves wind-prevailing, damp-prevailing, heat-prevailing and parasites-prevailing; the blood deficiency is the main reason for deficiency. Wind, dampness, heat, parasites and blood deficiency may occur singly or in combination. In treatment, oral administration and external washing are combined, and the patients with mild symptoms are taken orally, while the patients with severe symptoms or stubborn symptoms and difficult healing are treated by external washing. Wind, dampness, heat, insect and blood deficiency are common pathogenesis of skin pruritus, but the common pathogenesis of the skin pruritus is wind. Skin pruritus is usually chronic disease, difficult to rapidly solve and easy to recur.
