Abstract

本发明提供了一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法，它配制以五味甘露方为主药、青稞为辅料的藏药发酵原料，主药和辅料的质量比为3：1。药液发酵经浸泡、煮制、发酵、收集4个过程，本发明以藏医传统药浴液发酵方法为基础，进行藏药浴液发酵工艺的改进和优化，通过合理选择发酵参数明显缩短药液制备周期，有利于藏药浴的发展及推广。

一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及以藏药为原料的药浴药液发酵工艺领域，特别是涉及一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法。
背景技术
藏药浴是藏医外治疗法的重要手段，对脑卒中后遗症、风湿类疾病等多种慢性疑难疾病疗效显著。当药液作用于皮肤或患处时，产生的温热刺激可以刺激皮肤神经末梢感受器，扩张血管，促进血液与淋巴循环，加快新陈代谢，改善组织供养条件，对多种疾病产生积极的治疗作用。
藏药浴以“五味甘露”为主方，随证增减其它药物开展药水浴。其主要技术流程包括诊断、处方、药液制备、药浴施治与护理等环节，其中尤以药液制备技术最为关键，是影响藏药浴临床疗效的核心环节。
传统药液发酵主要采用室温自然发酵法，发酵时间长（3~5天），且过程繁琐、耗时，无法适应现代临床快速、简便、安全的应用需求。近年来，随着藏药浴疗法的广泛推广，出现了3种改良的藏药浴药液制备方法：

直接煎煮法：通过直接煎煮五味甘露藏药，获取所需药液；

直接煎煮联合乙醇法：在直接煎煮基础上加入适当比例的白酒；

溶解法：将五味甘露藏药制成颗粒剂、膏剂等剂型，使用时加水溶解。虽然这些方法能大大缩短藏药浴药液的制备时间，但其药液质量与传统发酵法仍有较大差距，是直接影响药液疗效的关键因素。此外，传统藏药浴药液发酵基本依赖经验完成，没有形成统一的标准，导致不同批次药液质量存在较大差异。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案旨在提供一种藏药浴药液发酵工艺，它以藏药和青稞等辅料为原料，特别涉及一种藏药浴药液新型制备方法。
本发明提供了一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法，它包含下列步骤：
（1）药与青稞配比：3:1（质量比）；（2）浸泡加水量：1：3（体积比1/3）；（3）浸泡温度：37 ˚C（25 ˚C更优）；（4）浸泡时间：4 h；（5）煎煮（待水面降至刚好没过藏药时停火）；（6）冷却温度：31˚C；（7）加菌种类：酒曲（8 g/每kg 药+青稞干重）；（8）发酵温度：31 ˚C；（9）发酵时间：24 h；（10）药液提取：将发酵好的药液取出，加入纯净水（药/水体积比1：3），共提取3次。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明以藏医传统药浴液发酵方法为基础，进行藏药浴液发酵工艺的改进和优化，通过合理选择发酵参数明显缩短药液制备周期，有利于藏药浴的发展及推广。

下面结合附图对本发明专利作进一步详细说明。
以下通过实施例形式的具体实施方式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1：用以下比例配制的原料制成的药液：
如附图1 流程图所示：藏药五味甘露方以《四部医典·后续部》、《藏医十八支》、《千万舍利》、《蓝琉璃》等传统典籍记载的藏药浴验方、用法和注意事项为基础，配制完成五味甘露方主药。五味甘露方主药由藏麻黄、水柏枝、大籽蒿、刺柏、黄花杜鹃构成。5种藏药的质量百分比均为20%，每次发酵制备时的五味甘露方主药为50 g。具体制备方法与流程包括：
① 配制以五味甘露方为主药、青稞为辅料的藏药发酵原料；②主药和辅料的质量比为3：1。药液发酵经浸泡、煮制、发酵、收集4个过程；③藏药浸泡：在药剂中加入纯净水，藏药与水的体积比为1：3，温度设置为37°；④藏药煎煮：将浸泡好的藏药煮沸，待水面降至刚好没过藏药表面时停火。将温度冷却至31℃，每kg 药+青稞干重加8 g酒曲,；⑤发酵：将煎煮好的藏药自然冷却至发酵温度31℃，并维持该温度直至发酵24h结束；⑥药液提取：将发酵好的药液取出，加入纯净水水（药水体积比1:3），共提取3次；⑦药液收集：将发酵好的药液集中收集，便于使用。
通过对藏药原料的选择应用、藏药用量比例的选择应用，可通过发酵制成不同品种和规格的藏药浴药液。
显然，根据本发明的上述内容，按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段，在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下，还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法，其特征在于，包含下列步骤,药液发酵经浸泡、煮制、发酵、收集4个过程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法，其特征在于所述主药和辅料的质量比为3：1，所述藏药浸泡：在药剂中加入纯净水，藏药与水的体积比为1：3，温度设置为37°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法，其特征在于所述藏药煎煮：将浸泡好的藏药煮沸，待水面降至刚好没过藏药表面时停火；将温度冷却至31℃，每kg药+青稞干重加8 g酒曲。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法，其特征在于所述发酵：将煎煮好的藏药自然冷却至发酵温度31℃，并维持该温度直至发酵24h结束后进行药液提取：将发酵好的药液取出，加入纯净水水（药水体积比1:3），共提取3次。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型藏药浴药液发酵制备方法，其特征在于所述药液收集：将发酵好的药液集中收集，便于使用。
