Abstract

本发明公开了一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,属于手套技术领域,其中,所述劳保手套首先采用复合纤维经捻合形成丝线后,分别将其针织成具有疏水性的内衬层Ⅰ、亲水性的内衬层Ⅱ以及疏水性的内衬层Ⅲ,随后将内衬层Ⅰ内衬层Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ平铺依次叠加复合以形成复合层,对复合层加工后形成手套内衬,其中内衬层Ⅰ位于内侧,内衬层Ⅱ位于夹层,内衬层Ⅲ位于外侧,接着将手套内衬的外表面涂覆改性丁腈乳胶层,最后再在改性丁腈乳胶层表面涂覆PVC粒子层。本发明采用复合的方式来生产丁腈、PVC手套,使得生产出的手套表面具有高强度,内部具有良好的柔韧性、柔软性等等。

一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于手套技术领域,尤其涉及一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法。
背景技术
手套是人们日常生活中常用的劳保用品,为人们的生活和生产加工带来了极大地方便,同时,其制品广泛应用于当今生活的各个领域。
丁腈劳保手套以其优异的耐油性能、耐磨优异、穿戴舒适,原料来源广泛,价格适中等优势,近年来使用量呈现越来越大的趋势。随着丁腈劳保手套因上述优点而使用量变得越来越大,各种品类针织内胆浸涂丁腈涂层的劳保手套,被开发出来应用于各个领域;
PVC劳保手套是以聚氯乙烯为主原料的手套产品,具有具有防静电性能强、耐磨性好以及抗撕裂性能强等特点,主要通过手套衬里浸渍溶剂型PVC胶料制得;
上述两种劳保手套各有各的优缺点,对于PVC手套而言较弱,丁腈手套的强度相对较弱,容易撕裂;对于丁腈手套而言,PVC手套的柔韧性以及柔软性相对较弱,穿戴时舒适度价差,而且穿戴时间长后,手套的袖口容易被拉松动;还有劳保手套的衬里一般是采用纤维针织而成,不具有防潮、吸水的性能,在工人长时间使用后,手臂上产生的汗水无法被手套衬里所吸收,进而总是出现潮湿的情况,导致手套内容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对于上述存在的技术问题,提供一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,该制作方法生产出的复合手套具有丁腈橡胶材料的柔软性,又有PVC材料的高强度,而且因手套的衬里为复合衬里,具有良好的吸水、防潮的效果,进而可起到抑菌的作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其中,
所述劳保手套首先采用复合纤维经捻合形成丝线后,分别将其针织成具有疏水性的内衬层Ⅰ、亲水性的内衬层Ⅱ以及疏水性的内衬层Ⅲ,随后将内衬层Ⅰ内衬层Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ平铺依次叠加复合以形成复合层,对复合层加工后形成手套内衬,其中内衬层Ⅰ位于内侧,内衬层Ⅱ位于夹层,内衬层Ⅲ位于外侧,接着将手套内衬的外表面涂覆改性丁腈乳胶层,最后再在改性丁腈乳胶层表面涂覆PVC粒子层。
具体方法如下,
a.手套模具的清洗:将手套模具进行酸洗、第一次水洗、碱洗、第二次水洗,最后烘干;
b.淋浆:将手套内衬套设于手套模具上,随后将已配置好的改性丁腈胶乳乳液在手套内衬上进行淋浆以形成第一层凝固的丁腈乳胶层,其中,整个手套内衬表面均要附着有浆液,且淋浆温度为10℃-40℃;
c.烘干:将手套模具上的手套内衬在温度为80-90℃条件下烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟;
d.浸浆:将步骤c中已烘干的手套模具以及手套内衬浸入到步骤b中的改性丁腈乳胶浆液中,时间为20~25S,使手套内衬表面形成第二层凝固的丁腈乳胶层;
e.烘干:在温度为80-90℃条件下将手套内衬烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟;对烘干后的手套模具上的手套内衬进行硫化,硫化温度为100-130℃,硫化时间为5-30分钟;
f.粒子层浸浆:将步骤e中已烘干、硫化的手套模具上的手套内衬浸入到已配置好的PVC粒子胶液中,时间为20~25S,使手套内衬表面形成一层凝固的PVC粒子层;
g:烘干:在温度为80-90℃条件下将手套内衬烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟;对烘干后的手套模具上的手套内衬进行硫化,硫化温度为100-130℃,硫化时间为5-30分钟,从而形成劳保手套;
h:脱模:将劳保手套从手套模具上冷却脱模,随后进行切边、打包以及装箱入库。
上述改性丁腈胶乳乳液为将丁腈橡胶、硫、二氧化钛、氢氧化钾以及氧化锌进行按一定质量分数进行配比,其中,改性丁腈胶乳乳液中的乳胶固体含量按重量百分比计为14%~20%;其中,改性丁腈橡胶由丙烯腈、羧酸以及丁二烯组成,按重量百分比计丙烯腈含量为15%~42%、羧酸含量为1%~10%、其余部分是丁二烯。
进一步的,按重量份计所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液中丁腈橡胶100份、硫2~3份、二氧化钛0.5~1份、氢氧化钾1份以及氧化锌0.5-1份。
进一步的,按重量份计所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括1.0份的2-巯基苯并噻唑。
进一步的,按重量份计所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括0.5份的2,2`-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)。
进一步的,按重量份计所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括1份的二正丁基硫代氨基甲酸锌。
上述手套内衬的生产方法如下,
按棉纶短纤:涤纶短纤:纳米氧化铜:羧甲基纤维素钠=(10-40):(60-80):(3-5):(2-5)的质量比的原料采用熔融纺丝法经挤出机熔化后,由喷丝板形成溶体细流,再经中心环吹风冷却成型为初生纤维Ⅰ,随后在初生纤维Ⅰ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅰ,其中,改性纤维Ⅰ的含油率需达到0.15%-0.25%,最后再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅰ针织成内衬层Ⅰ;
按棉纶短纤:涤纶短纤:纳米氧化铜:羧甲基纤维素钠=(60-80):(10-40):(3-5):(2-5)的质量比的原料采用熔融纺丝法经挤出机熔化后,由喷丝板形成溶体细流,再经中心环吹风冷却成型为初生纤维Ⅱ,随后在初生纤维Ⅱ表面添加具有亲水性的表面处理剂以形成改性纤维Ⅱ,最后再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅱ针织成内衬层Ⅱ;

随后将内衬层Ⅰ、内衬Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ经过热定型后,再进行热压,随后长丝绗缝,最后将其加工成手套内衬。
进一步的,上述热定型的温度为150℃-180℃,时间为30-50s;上述热压温度为40℃-50℃,时间为15-30s。
本发明的有益效果为:1、采用复合的方式来生产丁腈、PVC手套,使得生产出的手套表面具有高强度,内部具有良好的柔韧性、柔软性等等;2、通过一种改进型丁腈橡胶配方制造工艺来解决传统丁腈橡胶手套的缺陷,使生产出的产品具有独特物理特性的高弹性、柔性薄橡胶手套,该手套体积更小,更柔韧,佩戴更舒适,与传统的丁腈橡胶手套相比,更能节约生产成本,与普通手套相比,由于材料更薄,佩戴者的手部和指尖的触觉也更敏锐;3、通过选用不同配比的棉纶纤维和涤纶纤维进行混纺,然后再进行热压复合,从而使生产出的手套内衬具有透气、高强、耐磨、抗撕裂、吸湿快干、抗菌的效果。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述:
一种抑菌防潮劳保手套,其中,劳保手套首先采用复合纤维经捻合形成丝线后,分别将其针织成具有疏水性的内衬层Ⅰ、亲水性的内衬层Ⅱ以及疏水性的内衬层Ⅲ,随后将内衬层Ⅰ内衬层Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ平铺依次叠加复合以形成复合层,对复合层加工后形成手套内衬,其中内衬层Ⅰ位于内侧,内衬层Ⅱ位于夹层,内衬层Ⅲ位于外侧,接着将手套内衬的外表面涂覆改性丁腈乳胶层,最后再在改性丁腈乳胶层表面涂覆PVC粒子层。
上述劳保手套的生产方法如下,
a.手套模具的清洗:将手套模具进行酸洗、第一次水洗、碱洗、第二次水洗,最后烘干。
采用步骤a中所述的方法对手套模具进行清洗,能够有效的去除手套模具表面的杂质(油污、灰尘以及残留的溶剂等等),以避免手套内衬套在手套模具后,造成手套内衬的污染。
b.淋浆:将手套内衬套设于手套模具上,随后将已配置好的改性丁腈胶乳乳液在手套内衬上进行淋浆以形成第一层凝固的丁腈乳胶层,其中,整个手套内衬表面均要附着有浆液,且淋浆温度为10℃-40℃。
为避免手套内衬直接浸入到改性丁腈胶乳乳液中,导致部分乳液渗入到手套内衬内侧,对此先通过淋浆的方式在手套内衬表面涂覆一层改性丁腈乳胶层,以形成一层“保护层”,该“保护层”不仅可起到防渗透的功能,而且还能够提高涂覆在手套内衬表面上的改性丁腈乳胶层的厚度,进而提高了其抗撕裂强度。
手套内衬的生产方法如下,
按棉纶短纤:涤纶短纤:纳米氧化铜:羧甲基纤维素钠=(10-40):(60-80):(3-5):(2-5)的质量比的原料采用熔融纺丝法经挤出机熔化后,由喷丝板形成溶体细流,再经中心环吹风冷却成型为初生纤维Ⅰ,随后在初生纤维Ⅰ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅰ,其中,改性纤维Ⅰ的含油率需达到0.15%-0.25%,最后再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅰ针织成内衬层Ⅰ;

随后将内衬层Ⅰ、内衬Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ经过热定型后,再进行热压,随后长丝绗缝,最后将其加工成手套内衬。
优化的,上述热定型的温度为150℃-180℃,时间为30-50s;上述热压温度为40℃-50℃,时间为15-30s。
棉纶纤维是改性的聚丙烯纤维,通过芯吸效应,使其具有轻柔保暖、导湿干爽、卫生抗菌等优良特性,对此采用棉纶短纤维来作为亲水性材料;涤纶纶纤维具有模量高、强度高、弹性高、良好的保形性以及耐热性等优点,对此采用涤纶短纤维来作为疏水性材料;纳米氧化锌是一种活性的氧化物,其杀菌机理不同于一般的金属(锌)离子析出的杀菌机理,其能够在抗菌材料中发挥出良好的抗菌性、抗菌长效性,并在使用中性能稳定,通过以破坏细菌、病毒中的细胞膜,使细菌质流失、固化病毒蛋白质,在杀毒灭菌的同时,还能分解菌毒残体上释放的有害复合物;羧甲基纤维素钠作为负离子添加剂,使生产的织物具有产生空气离子的作用,且浓度高,功效持久。
其中,上述疏水性油剂为现有的油剂,其主要成分为有机硅,质量份数在63.3%左右,常温下PH值为7.5±0.1,为奶白色的乳液,实验中为保障改性纤维Ⅰ和改性纤维Ⅲ表面的含油率达到0.15%-0.25%,因此疏水性油剂与溶剂(去离子水)的质量比为1:25-40。
上述表面处理剂为水溶性高分子化合物与三聚氰胺衍生物的组合而成。
实施例1:按质量份计将20份的涤纶短纤、80份的棉纶短纤、3份的纳米氧化铜以及2份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅰ;随后在初生纤维Ⅰ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅰ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅰ针织成内衬层Ⅰ;
按质量份计将80份的涤纶短纤、20份的棉纶短纤、3份的纳米氧化铜以及2份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅱ;随后在初生纤维Ⅱ表面添加具有亲水性的表面处理剂以形成改性纤维Ⅱ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅱ针织成内衬层Ⅱ;
按质量份计将20份的涤纶短纤、80份的棉纶短纤、3份的纳米氧化铜以及2份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅲ;随后在初生纤维Ⅲ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅲ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅲ针织成内衬层Ⅲ;
随后将内衬层Ⅰ、内衬Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ在温度为150℃,时间为30s的条件下进行热定型,然后再在温度为40℃,时间为20s的条件下进行热压,随后长丝绗缝,最后将其加工成手套内衬。
实施例2:按质量份计将30份的涤纶短纤、70份的棉纶短纤、4份的纳米氧化铜以及3份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅰ;随后在初生纤维Ⅰ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅰ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅰ针织成内衬层Ⅰ;
按质量份计将70份的涤纶短纤、30份的棉纶短纤、4份的纳米氧化铜以及3份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅱ;随后在初生纤维Ⅱ表面添加具有亲水性的表面处理剂以形成改性纤维Ⅱ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅱ针织成内衬层Ⅱ;
按质量份计将30份的涤纶短纤、70份的棉纶短纤、4份的纳米氧化铜以及3份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅲ;随后在初生纤维Ⅲ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅲ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅲ针织成内衬层Ⅲ;
随后将内衬层Ⅰ、内衬Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ在温度为150℃,时间为30s的条件下进行热定型,然后再在温度为40℃,时间为20s的条件下进行热压,随后长丝绗缝,最后将其加工成手套内衬。
实施例3:按质量份计将40份的涤纶短纤、60份的棉纶短纤、5份的纳米氧化铜以及5份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅰ;随后在初生纤维Ⅰ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅰ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅰ针织成内衬层Ⅰ;
按质量份计将60份的涤纶短纤、40份的棉纶短纤、5份的纳米氧化铜以及5份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅱ;随后在初生纤维Ⅱ表面添加具有亲水性的表面处理剂以形成改性纤维Ⅱ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅱ针织成内衬层Ⅱ;
按质量份计将40份的涤纶短纤、60份的棉纶短纤、5份的纳米氧化铜以及5份的羧甲基纤维素钠采用熔融纺丝法制备得到初生纤维Ⅲ;随后在初生纤维Ⅲ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅲ,接着再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅲ针织成内衬层Ⅲ;
随后将内衬层Ⅰ、内衬Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ在温度为150℃,时间为30s的条件下进行热定型,然后再在温度为40℃,时间为20s的条件下进行热压,随后长丝绗缝,最后将其加工成手套内衬。
上述的改性丁腈胶乳乳液为将丁腈橡胶、硫、二氧化钛、氢氧化钾以及氧化锌进行按一定质量分数进行复配,其中,改性丁腈胶乳乳液中的乳胶固体含量按重量百分比计为14%~20%;其中,改性丁腈橡胶由丙烯腈、羧酸以及丁二烯组成,按重量百分比计丙烯腈含量为15%~42%、羧酸含量为1%~10%、其余部分是丁二烯。
优化的,按重量份计改性丁腈胶乳乳液中丁腈橡胶100份、硫2~3份、二氧化钛0.5~1份、氢氧化钾1份以及氧化锌0.5-1份。
优化的,按重量份计改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括1.0份的2-巯基苯并噻唑。
优化的,按重量份计改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括0.5份的2,2`-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)。
优化的,按重量份计改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括1份的二正丁基硫代氨基甲酸锌。
虽然物理和化学性质取决于腈-丁二烯橡胶组合物(聚合物中丙烯腈越多,耐油性越高,材料的柔韧性越低),但本发明结合了柔软、灵活的弹性体特性和令人满意的强度水平,根据本发明的腈-丁二烯橡胶组合物优选为丙烯腈、丁二烯和羧酸(如甲基丙烯酸)的随机三元共聚物,按重量百分比(wt.%)计算,其组成包括含量为15%~42%的丙烯腈、含量为1%~10%的羧酸、其余部分是丁二烯(约38%~75%),优选为20~40%的丙烯腈,3~8%的羧酸,40%~67%的丁二烯。
当丁腈聚合物胶乳乳液中的固体含量在15%到18%之间时,在浸渍过程中,丁腈胶乳层的成型时间约为20s或更短。
c.烘干:将手套模具上的手套内衬在温度为80-90℃条件下烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟。
采用步骤c中的方法将手套内衬表面的第一层丁腈乳胶层进行烘干塑化,以为下道工序做准备。
d.浸浆:将步骤c中已烘干的手套模具以及手套内衬浸入到步骤b中的改性丁腈乳胶浆液中,时间为20~25S,使手套内衬表面形成第二层凝固的丁腈乳胶层。
通过在手套内衬表面涂覆双层的丁腈乳胶层以增大丁腈乳胶层的厚度,进而提高其抗撕裂性。
e.烘干:在温度为80-90℃条件下将手套内衬烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟;对烘干后的手套模具上的手套内衬进行硫化,硫化温度为100-130℃,硫化时间为5-30分钟。
f.粒子层浸浆:将步骤e中已烘干、硫化的手套模具上的手套内衬浸入到已配置好的PVC粒子胶液中,时间为20~25S,使手套内衬表面形成一层凝固的PVC粒子层;
在丁腈乳胶层表面又涂覆一层PVC粒子层,从而使生产出的手套综合了丁腈乳胶以及PVC的优点,使其不仅具有高强度、高耐磨的特点,而且质地柔软,柔韧性高的特点。
g:烘干:在温度为80-90℃条件下将手套内衬烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟;对烘干后的手套模具上的手套内衬进行硫化,硫化温度为100-130℃,硫化时间为5-30分钟,从而形成劳保手套;
通过硫化以加强PVC粒子层的拉力、硬度、老化、弹性等性能。
h:脱模:将劳保手套从手套模具上冷却脱模,随后进行切边、打包以及装箱入库。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,而不是全部实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下,基于上述实施例而获得的其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:所述劳保手套首先采用复合纤维经捻合形成丝线后,分别将其针织成具有疏水性的内衬层Ⅰ、亲水性的内衬层Ⅱ以及疏水性的内衬层Ⅲ,随后将内衬层Ⅰ内衬层Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ平铺依次叠加复合以形成复合层,对复合层加工后形成手套内衬,其中内衬层Ⅰ位于内侧,内衬层Ⅱ位于夹层,内衬层Ⅲ位于外侧,接着将手套内衬的外表面涂覆改性丁腈乳胶层,最后再在改性丁腈乳胶层表面涂覆PVC粒子层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:具体方法如下,
a.手套模具的清洗:将手套模具进行酸洗、第一次水洗、碱洗、第二次水洗,最后烘干;
b.淋浆:将手套内衬套设于手套模具上,随后将已配置好的改性丁腈胶乳乳液在手套内衬上进行淋浆以形成第一层凝固的丁腈乳胶层,其中,整个手套内衬表面均要附着有浆液,且淋浆温度为10℃-40℃;
c.烘干:将手套模具上的手套内衬在温度为80-90℃条件下烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟;
d.浸浆:将步骤c中已烘干的手套模具以及手套内衬浸入到步骤b中的改性丁腈乳胶浆液中,时间为20~25S,使手套内衬表面形成第二层凝固的丁腈乳胶层;
e.烘干:在温度为80-90℃条件下将手套内衬烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟;对烘干后的手套模具上的手套内衬进行硫化,硫化温度为100-130℃,硫化时间为5-30分钟;
f.粒子层浸浆:将步骤e中已烘干、硫化的手套模具上的手套内衬浸入到已配置好的PVC粒子胶液中,时间为20~25S,使手套内衬表面形成一层凝固的PVC粒子层;
g:烘干:在温度为80-90℃条件下将手套内衬烘干,其中,烘干时间为20-30分钟;对烘干后的手套模具上的手套内衬进行硫化,硫化温度为100-130℃,硫化时间为5-30分钟,从而形成劳保手套;
h:脱模:将劳保手套从手套模具上冷却脱模,随后进行切边、打包以及装箱入库。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液为将丁腈橡胶、硫、二氧化钛、氢氧化钾以及氧化锌进行按一定质量分数进行配比,其中,改性丁腈胶乳乳液中的乳胶固体含量按重量百分比计为14%~20%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:按重量份计所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液中丁腈橡胶100份、硫2~3份、二氧化钛0.5~1份、氢氧化钾1份以及氧化锌0.5-1份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:按重量份计所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括1.0份的2-巯基苯并噻唑。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:按重量份计所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括0.5份的2,2`-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:按重量份计所述改性丁腈胶乳乳液还包括1份的二正丁基硫代氨基甲酸锌。
8.根据权利要求3-7任一项所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:所述改性丁腈橡胶由丙烯腈、羧酸以及丁二烯组成,按重量百分比计丙烯腈含量为15%~42%、羧酸含量为1%~10%、其余部分是丁二烯。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:所述手套内衬生产方法如下,
按棉纶短纤:涤纶短纤:纳米氧化铜:羧甲基纤维素钠=(10-40):(60-80):(3-5):(2-5)的质量比的原料采用熔融纺丝法经挤出机熔化后,由喷丝板形成溶体细流,再经中心环吹风冷却成型为初生纤维Ⅰ,随后在初生纤维Ⅰ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅰ,其中,改性纤维Ⅰ的含油率需达到0.15%-0.25%,最后再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅰ针织成内衬层Ⅰ;
按棉纶短纤:涤纶短纤:纳米氧化铜:羧甲基纤维素钠=(60-80):(10-40):(3-5):(2-5)的质量比的原料采用熔融纺丝法经挤出机熔化后,由喷丝板形成溶体细流,再经中心环吹风冷却成型为初生纤维Ⅱ,随后在初生纤维Ⅱ表面添加具有亲水性的表面处理剂以形成改性纤维Ⅱ,最后再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅱ针织成内衬层Ⅱ;
按棉纶短纤:涤纶短纤:纳米氧化铜:羧甲基纤维素钠=(10-40):(60-80):(3-5):(2-5)的质量比的原料采用熔融纺丝法经挤出机熔化后,由喷丝板形成溶体细流,再经中心环吹风冷却成型为初生纤维Ⅲ,随后在初生纤维Ⅲ表面添加疏水性油剂以形成改性纤维Ⅲ,其中,改性纤维Ⅲ的含油率需达到0.15%-0.25%,最后再将加捻拉伸后的改性纤维Ⅲ针织成内衬层Ⅲ;
随后将内衬层Ⅰ、内衬Ⅱ以及内衬层Ⅲ经过热定型后,再进行热压,随后长丝绗缝,最后将其加工成手套内衬。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种抑菌防潮劳保手套的制作方法,其特征在于:上述热定型的温度为150℃-180℃,时间为30-50s;上述热压温度为40℃-50℃,时间为15-30s。
