Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,将涤纶长丝捻合成股线,再经过阻燃、抗紫外整理液以及树脂粘合剂同浴处理,于高温下在股线表面粘合形成一层透明软性胶膜,从而制成阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线。本发明采用涤纶长丝制作外邦迪线,具有强度高、不起毛、不断线、不散股、耐高温、不脱色、防水、防霉等特性。本发明利用柔软剂处理涤纶外邦迪线,赋予外邦迪线柔软的手感,胶液配方合理、配置方便,从阻燃、抗紫外两个方面对邦迪线进行性能改善,实现了集阻燃、抗紫外、抗老化、高强力为一体的目标,制备工艺简单、简化了加工流程,对涤纶股线采用整理、过胶同浴处理,具有省水节能、环保高效的优势。
Description
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种阻燃、抗紫外整理与过胶粘合相结合的涤纶外邦迪线加工方法。
背景技术
随着一般缝纫线过针眼的受到面料挤压,易起股退捻,造成散股断线。而邦迪线不易散股、强度高、不易断线。外邦迪线是采用单线牵伸过胶,从外部将股线粘合,外邦迪线制作成本低,工艺简单。
涤纶外邦迪线除了普通邦迪线的优点以外,还具有耐高温、不伸缩、不脱色、不起毛等性能,并具有防水,防霉等特性,适用于制鞋、皮具、手袋、箱包、玩具、织带、电线编制、制衣等特种用途。但市场上一些涤纶外邦迪线仍存在缺陷:一,涤纶纤维极限氧指数为22%左右,属于可燃纤维,燃烧时还会发生熔融滴落,引燃其他聚合物材料或烫伤皮肤;二,涤纶邦迪线产生就是顺应市场对于强力的要求,但是在长期阳光照射下,涤纶邦迪线不可避免的会发生老化褪色、强力下降;三,目前在所有涤纶阻燃剂中,卤系阻燃剂效果好,但燃烧时会产生烟雾和腐蚀性卤化氢气体。尤其是在家纺、消防服、军用产品等方面,涤纶外邦迪线的阻燃性和抗老化性能有待提高。因此,开发价格合适、工艺简单的阻燃抗紫外涤纶邦迪线非常重要。同时解决了面料阻燃而采用缝纫线不阻燃导致缝制产品阻燃性下降的问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种节能省水、便捷高效的涤纶外邦迪线阻燃、抗紫外整理加工的方法。
技术方案:一种阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,将涤纶长丝捻合成股线,再经过阻燃、抗紫外整理液以及树脂粘合剂同浴处理,于高温下在股线表面粘合形成一层透明软性胶膜,从而制成阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将涤纶长丝经过捻线机捻成股线,捻向为S捻或者Z捻,所述的涤纶长丝规格为以下其中任意一种:50D、70D、100D、120D、150D、210D、250D、420D;
(2)配置浸胶整理液,各组分按如下重量份数进行配制:氮磷系阻燃剂为19~27份,抗紫外吸收剂为7~10份,聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂为24~32份,热塑性聚氨酯为13-18份,柔软剂为3~5份,聚四氟乙烯粉末为0.5~3份,水为5~33.5份,搅拌均匀,倒入浸胶槽中;
(3)将捻合的涤纶长丝股线牵引至浸胶整理液中进行阻燃、抗紫外以及浸胶同浴处理,浸胶时间为3-6s,然后送入烘箱于80-100℃下烘3-5min;
(4)然后将处理后的涤纶长丝股线送入烘箱,于80-100℃下烘3-5min,再于140-180℃下焙烘30s-120s,即得到阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线。
作为优化:所述的氮磷系阻燃剂为CGN-1,质量占比为:三乙醇胺:磷酸氢二铵:氨基磺酸铵=1:2:2。
作为优化:所述的抗紫外吸收剂为UV-BS,质量占比为:亲水型有机硅抗辐射整理剂:丁基卡必醇(乳化剂)=1:1。
作为优化:所述的柔软剂为GS-270,质量占比为:超支化聚醚嵌端共聚有机硅:十三异构聚氧乙烯醚1305:十三异构聚氧乙烯醚1307=1:4:3。
有益效果:本发明的优势如下:
(1)本发明采用涤纶长丝制作外邦迪线,具有强度高、不起毛、不断线、不散股、耐高温、不脱色、防水、防霉等特性。
(2)本发明的胶液配方合理、配置方便,从阻燃、抗紫外两个方面对邦迪线进行性能改善,实现了集阻燃、抗紫外、抗老化、高强力为一体的目标。
(3)本发明制备工艺简单、简化了加工流程,对涤纶股线采用整理、过胶同浴处理,具有省水节能、环保高效的优势。
(4)本发明利用柔软剂处理涤纶外邦迪线,赋予外邦迪线柔软的手感。
(5)本发明的研究成果,还可以用于对其他缝纫线的阻燃、抗紫外整理,从而丰富缝纫线的特种功能。本发明可应用于热防护要求较高的,且对强力有较高要求的缝纫线,如防火防老化服装的缝纫等。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,将涤纶长丝捻合成股线,再经过阻燃、抗紫外整理液以及树脂粘合剂同浴处理,于高温下在股线表面粘合形成一层透明软性胶膜,从而制成阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将涤纶长丝经过捻线机捻成股线,捻向为S捻或者Z捻,所述的涤纶长丝规格为以下其中任意一种:50D、70D、100D、120D、150D、210D、250D、420D;
(2)配置浸胶整理液,各组分按如下重量份数进行配制:氮磷系阻燃剂为19份,抗紫外吸收剂为7份,聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂为24份,热塑性聚氨酯为13份,柔软剂为3份,聚四氟乙烯粉末为0.5份,水为5份,搅拌均匀,倒入浸胶槽中;
(3)将捻合的涤纶长丝股线牵引至浸胶整理液中进行阻燃、抗紫外以及浸胶同浴处理,浸胶时间为3s,然后送入烘箱于80℃下烘3min;
(4)然后将处理后的涤纶长丝股线送入烘箱,于80℃下烘3min,再于140℃下焙烘30s,即得到阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,将涤纶长丝捻合成股线,再经过阻燃、抗紫外整理液以及树脂粘合剂同浴处理,于高温下在股线表面粘合形成一层透明软性胶膜,从而制成阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将涤纶长丝经过捻线机捻成股线,捻向为S捻或者Z捻,所述的涤纶长丝规格为以下其中任意一种:50D、70D、100D、120D、150D、210D、250D、420D;
(2)配置浸胶整理液,各组分按如下重量份数进行配制:氮磷系阻燃剂为27份,抗紫外吸收剂为10份,聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂为32份,热塑性聚氨酯为18份,柔软剂为5份,聚四氟乙烯粉末为3份,水为33.5份,搅拌均匀,倒入浸胶槽中;
(3)将捻合的涤纶长丝股线牵引至浸胶整理液中进行阻燃、抗紫外以及浸胶同浴处理,浸胶时间为6s,然后送入烘箱于100℃下烘5min;
(4)然后将处理后的涤纶长丝股线送入烘箱,于100℃下烘5min,再于180℃下焙烘120s,即得到阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,将涤纶长丝捻合成股线,再经过阻燃、抗紫外整理液以及树脂粘合剂同浴处理,于高温下在股线表面粘合形成一层透明软性胶膜,从而制成阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将涤纶长丝经过捻线机捻成股线,捻向为S捻或者Z捻,所述的涤纶长丝规格为以下其中任意一种:50D、70D、100D、120D、150D、210D、250D、420D;
(2)配置浸胶整理液,各组分按如下重量份数进行配制:氮磷系阻燃剂为23份,抗紫外吸收剂为8份,聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂为29份,热塑性聚氨酯为16份,柔软剂为4份,聚四氟乙烯粉末为2份,水为24份,搅拌均匀,倒入浸胶槽中;
(3)将捻合的涤纶长丝股线牵引至浸胶整理液中进行阻燃、抗紫外以及浸胶同浴处理,浸胶时间为5s,然后送入烘箱于90℃下烘4min;
(4)然后将处理后的涤纶长丝股线送入烘箱,于90℃下烘4min,再于160℃下焙烘70s,即得到阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线。
实施例4
如图1所示,一种阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,将涤纶长丝捻合成股线,再经过阻燃、抗紫外整理液以及树脂粘合剂同浴处理,于高温下在股线表面粘合形成一层透明软性胶膜,从而制成阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将涤纶长丝经过捻线机捻成股线,捻向为S捻或者Z捻,所述的涤纶长丝规格为以下其中任意一种:50D、70D、100D、120D、150D、210D、250D、420D;
(2)配置浸胶整理液:氮磷系阻燃剂22份,抗紫外吸收剂7份,聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂27份,热塑性聚氨酯13份,柔软剂3份,聚四氟乙烯粉末1份,水27份,搅拌均匀,倒入浸胶槽中。
(3)将捻合的涤纶长丝股线牵引至浸胶整理液中进行阻燃、抗紫外以及浸胶同浴处理,浸胶时间3s,然后送入烘箱于80℃下烘5min,
(4)然后将处理后的涤纶长丝股线送入烘箱,于140℃下焙烘90s,即得到阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线。
上述的实施例1-4中,所述的氮磷系阻燃剂为CGN-1,抗紫外吸收剂为UV-BS,柔软剂为GS-270。
经本发明处理的涤纶外邦迪线平均断裂强力达到1000cN,织成253根/10cm×161根/10cm的织物,极限氧指数LOI可达32%,经纬向损毁长度≤100mm,续燃时间和阴燃时间皆为0s,且无熔滴,紫外线防护系数UPF≥50。
本发明可应用于热防护要求较高的,且对强力有较高要求的缝纫线,如防火防老化服装的缝纫等。

1.一种阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,其特征在于:将涤纶长丝捻合成股线,再经过阻燃、抗紫外整理液以及树脂粘合剂同浴处理,于高温下在股线表面粘合形成一层透明软性胶膜,从而制成阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将涤纶长丝经过捻线机捻成股线,捻向为S捻或者Z捻,所述的涤纶长丝规格为以下其中任意一种:50D、70D、100D、120D、150D、210D、250D、420D;
(2)配置浸胶整理液,各组分按如下重量份数进行配制:氮磷系阻燃剂为19~27份,抗紫外吸收剂为7~10份,聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂为24~32份,热塑性聚氨酯为13-18份,柔软剂为3~5份,聚四氟乙烯粉末为0.5~3份,水为5~33.5份,搅拌均匀,倒入浸胶槽中;
(3)将捻合的涤纶长丝股线牵引至浸胶整理液中进行阻燃、抗紫外以及浸胶同浴处理,浸胶时间为3-6s;
(4)然后将处理后的涤纶长丝股线送入烘箱,于80-100℃下烘3-5min,再于140-180℃下焙烘30s-120s,即得到阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的氮磷系阻燃剂为CGN-1,质量占比为:三乙醇胺:磷酸氢二铵:氨基磺酸铵=1:2:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的抗紫外吸收剂为UV-BS,质量占比为:亲水型有机硅抗辐射整理剂:丁基卡必醇=1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃抗紫外型涤纶外邦迪线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂为GS-270,质量占比为:超支化聚醚嵌端共聚有机硅:十三异构聚氧乙烯醚1305 :十三异构聚氧乙烯醚1307=1:4:3。
