Abstract
A laundry treating system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a manipulator, clothes drying equipment and a controller; wherein the controller is configured to: receiving a work end signal sent by the washing machine; determining whether the airing condition is met; if the clothes airing condition is met, controlling the manipulator to operate the clothes to the clothes airing equipment according to a first preset path; otherwise, controlling the manipulator to operate to the clothes dryer according to a second preset path; the airing conditions comprise the acquisition of weather condition information from a network or the detection of surrounding environment information through a sensor. The system can automatically control the manipulator to treat clothes according to airing conditions, and the clothes treatment system is intelligent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a clothes treatment system and a clothes treatment control method.
Background
At present, after a washing machine finishes a washing program, the washing machine needs to be aired or dried manually; when the clothes dryer finishes the procedure, people are also required to dry or stack clothes. When the user does not timely treat the laundry in the washing machine or the dryer, the laundry may be left for a long time to generate odor or wrinkles, which is very inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a system capable of automatically processing clothes.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for controlling the clothes treatment system.
A clothes treatment system comprises a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a mechanical arm, clothes drying equipment and a controller; wherein the controller is configured to: receiving a work end signal sent by the washing machine; determining whether the airing condition is met; if the clothes airing condition is met, controlling the manipulator to operate the clothes to the clothes airing equipment according to a first preset path; otherwise, controlling the manipulator to operate to the clothes dryer according to a second preset path; the airing conditions comprise the acquisition of weather condition information from a network or the detection of surrounding environment information through a sensor. The system can automatically control the manipulator to treat clothes according to airing conditions, and the clothes treatment system is intelligent.
In one possible embodiment, the controller is in communication with the washing machine, the dryer, the manipulator and the clothes drying equipment respectively through wireless communication. Thereby realizing the interconnected communication between the controller and each clothes treatment device.
In one possible embodiment the controller is further configured to: when the manipulator moves to the position near the clothes drying equipment, the clothes drying equipment is controlled to open the clothes drying clamp; when the manipulator moves to the vicinity of the clothes dryer, the door of the clothes dryer is controlled to be opened. Thereby realizing the matching work of the control manipulator, the clothes drying equipment and the clothes dryer.
In one possible embodiment, a clothes folding machine is further included; and when the clothes dryer finishes working, the controller controls the mechanical arm to operate the clothes to the clothes folding machine according to a third preset path. Thereby realizing the processing of the intelligent clothes folding function.
In one possible embodiment, a wardrobe is also included; and when the work of the clothes folding machine is finished, the controller controls the manipulator to operate the clothes to the wardrobe according to the fourth preset path. Thereby realizing the function of intelligently storing clothes.
In one possible embodiment, the manipulator is arranged in the vicinity of the washing machine cabinet or the dryer cabinet.
In a possible embodiment, the manipulator is arranged on the side of the washing machine cabinet or on the side of the dryer cabinet.
In one possible embodiment, the washing machine further comprises a storage plate arranged at the bottom of the washing machine or the clothes dryer. Thereby realizing the function of receiving the dropped clothes and avoiding dirtying the dropped clothes.
In one possible embodiment, the shelf is retractable.
A clothes processing control method is applied to the clothes processing system, and when a working end signal of a washing machine is received, whether the current environment meets preset airing conditions or not is judged; and when the airing condition is met, controlling the manipulator to convey the clothes to the clothes airing equipment for airing, or controlling the manipulator to convey the clothes to the clothes drying equipment for drying.
In one possible embodiment, when the manipulator moves to the vicinity of the clothes drying equipment, the clothes drying equipment is controlled to open the clothes drying clamp; when the manipulator moves to the vicinity of the clothes dryer, the door of the clothes dryer is controlled to be opened.
In one possible embodiment, before determining whether the preset airing condition is satisfied, the method includes acquiring the ambient environment information through a network or a sensor.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a laundry treating system 10 includes a washing machine 100, a dryer 101, a robot 102, a clothes drying apparatus 103, and a controller 104; the controller 104 controls the manipulator 102 to perform a laundry process such as drying laundry or drying laundry.
In one embodiment, the washing machine 100 and the dryer 101 may be stacked one on top of the other or placed side by side.
In one embodiment, the laundry drying apparatus 103 is disposed near the washing machine 100 and the dryer 101, for example, the laundry drying apparatus 103 may be disposed above the washing machine 100 and the dryer 101, as shown in fig. 6.
In one embodiment, when the operation of the washing machine 100 is finished, the controller 104 may receive a signal that the washing of the washing machine 100 is finished and determine whether the airing condition is satisfied; if the drying condition is met, controlling the manipulator 102 to operate the clothes to the clothes drying equipment 103 according to a preset path; otherwise, the manipulator 102 is controlled to operate to the dryer 101 according to the preset path. In which the movement path of the robot 102 in different situations can be preset. For example, a movement track of the robot arm 102 to grab the clothes from the washing machine 100 and move to the clothes drying device 103 or a movement track of the robot arm 102 to grab the clothes from the washing machine 100 and move to the clothes dryer 101 is preset.
According to the scheme, the motion path of the manipulator is controlled according to the airing condition, so that the clothes processing system can automatically select different working paths according to different environmental conditions, the participation of a user is not needed, and the independent processing of airing and drying clothes is achieved.
In one embodiment, the preset path also includes a motion track of the robot 102 for assisting the opening of the door of the washing machine 100 or the door of the dryer 101.
In one embodiment, the laundry treatment system 10 may communicate with a cloud server, in which case the airing conditions may obtain weather condition information from a network.
In one embodiment, the laundry treatment system 10 further includes a sensor, such as a humidity detection sensor or a temperature detection sensor, by which the environmental information can be detected. The sensor may be disposed in an area where the laundry treating system 10 is located, such as a balcony.
In one embodiment, the controller 104 may communicate with the washing machine 100, the dryer 101, the laundry drying apparatus 103, and the robot 102 by way of wireless communication. The wireless communication mode can be wifi, bluetooth, ZigBee, etc.
In one embodiment, the controller 104 may be a main control unit, and is respectively connected to the control units of the washing machine 100, the dryer 101, the clothes drying apparatus 103, and the robot 102. The controller 104 may also be one of the control units of the washing machine 100, the dryer 101, the laundry drying apparatus 103, the robot 102.
In one embodiment, when the controller 104 is provided as an independent main control unit, it may be disposed near a space where the washing machine 100, the dryer 101, the clothes drying apparatus 103, and the robot 102 are located, for example, a balcony.
In one embodiment, the controller 104 may also control the operation of the clothes dryer 101, clothes drying apparatus 103. For example, when the manipulator 102 moves to the vicinity of the clothes drying device 103, the clothes drying device 103 is controlled to work, including controlling the clothes drying device 103 to move to the vicinity of clothes to be dried by sending a control signal, opening a clothes drying clamp, and the like; when the manipulator 102 moves to the vicinity of the dryer 101, the dryer 101 is controlled to operate by sending a control signal, including controlling to open and close the door of the dryer 101, starting a drying program, and the like.
In one embodiment, the robot 102 is disposed near the cabinet of the washing machine 100 or the cabinet of the dryer 101.
As shown in fig. 2 or 3, in one embodiment, the robot 102 may be disposed at a side of the cabinet of the washing machine 100 or a side of the cabinet of the dryer 101, and may be at an upper side, a lower side, left and right sidewalls, etc., as shown at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in fig. 2 or 3.
As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the robot 102 is disposed on one side wall of the washing machine 100. Fig. 4a is a position of the robot arm 102 in operation, and fig. 4b is a state where the robot arm 102 is retracted to the side of the washing machine 100.
In one embodiment, the robot 102 may be connected to the cabinet of the washing machine 100 or the cabinet of the dryer 101 through a movable rail, and the connection structure may be a screw transmission structure or a rack and pinion transmission structure.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the laundry treating system 10 further includes a shelf 106 disposed at the bottom of the washing machine 100 or the dryer 101.
In one embodiment, the shelf 106 is telescopically coupled to the bottom of the cabinet of the washer 100 or dryer 101. When the washing is finished, the shelf 106 may be moved from the storage position at the bottom of the washing machine 100 to the front of the washing machine 100 for protecting the dropped laundry, as shown in fig. 5. The front portion as referred to herein means a direction facing a user when the user generally uses the washing machine 100.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the laundry treating system 10 further includes a clothes folding machine 107; when the operation of the dryer 101 is finished, the controller 104 controls the robot 102 to operate the laundry to the clothes stacker 107 according to a preset path. Also, the preset path may be a movement trajectory of the robot 102 to transfer the laundry from the dryer 101 to the clothes stacker 107. The clothes folding machine 107 may be disposed above or at the side of the washing machine 100 and the dryer 101, as long as it is within the range of the robot 102.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the laundry treatment system 10 further includes a wardrobe 108; when the operation of the clothes folding machine 107 is finished, the controller 104 controls the robot arm 102 to move the clothes to the wardrobe 108 according to a preset path. Also, the preset path may be a work trajectory of the robot arm 102 carrying the laundry from the clothes stacker 107 to the wardrobe 108. The wardrobe 108 may be located near the washing machine 100 and the dryer 101, such as on the side, as long as it is within range of the manipulator 102.
The operation of the laundry treating system 10 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 7.
The user puts laundry to be treated into the washing machine 100 and starts a washing treatment process.
After the operation of the washing machine 100 is completed, a signal is sent to the controller 104. The controller 104 receives the signal and determines whether the current environment meets the airing condition. For example, the weather conditions in the current and future specific time intervals are obtained from the network; or the current air humidity and temperature are acquired through the temperature and humidity sensor. The user can preset the priorities of a plurality of airing conditions.
When the airing condition is satisfied, the controller 104 controls the robot 102 to operate the laundry from the washing machine 100 to the airing device 103. The robot 102 may assist in performing a clothes drying operation. For example, when the manipulator 102 approaches the clothes-horse, the clamp can be opened by the driving device in cooperation with the manipulator 102 to clamp clothes; alternatively, when the gripper is operated to a position closest to the robot arm 102, the gripper is opened by the driving means in cooperation with the robot arm 102 to grip the laundry.
In the above process, in one embodiment, the control shelf 106 is drawn out from the bottom to the front of the washing machine 100 before the robot 102 grabs the laundry, to protect the dropped laundry.
After the operation of all the clothes in the washing machine 100 is completed, it is determined whether or not there is any clothes dropped on the storage plate 106. If the clothes exist, the manipulator 102 is controlled to operate the clothes to the clothes drying equipment 103; if there is no laundry, the control shelf 106 is retracted to the bottom of the washing machine 100. The visual sensor can be combined to judge whether clothes exist in the washing machine or on the object placing plate.
When the airing condition is not satisfied, the controller 104 controls the robot 102 to operate the laundry from the washing machine 100 to the dryer 101 for drying. Specifically, the manipulator 102 is controlled to extend from the initial retracted state in preparation for grasping the laundry. In this process, the washing machine 100 may open the door through its own motor control system, or the door may be opened with the assistance of the robot 102.
In the above process, in one embodiment, the control shelf 106 is drawn out from the bottom to the front of the washing machine 100 before the robot 102 grabs the laundry, to protect the dropped laundry.
The robot 102 picks up the laundry to the dryer 101. In one embodiment, the robot 102 may assist in opening the door of the dryer 101.
Similarly, after all the clothes in the washing machine 100 are completely operated, it is determined whether there is clothes on the storage plate 106. If there is laundry, controlling the robot 102 to operate the laundry to the dryer 101; if there is no laundry, the control shelf 106 is retracted to the bottom of the washing machine 100. The visual sensor can be combined to judge whether clothes exist in the washing machine or on the object placing plate.
When the clothes on the object placing plate 106 are all operated, the dryer 101 is closed, or is closed with the aid of the manipulator 102. The dryer operates a drying program.
In another case, the laundry may be operated to the dryer 101 in several times, for example, the laundry may be dried according to a preset number of pieces or weight of the laundry.
In one embodiment, after the operation of the clothes dryer 101 is finished, the robot 102 may operate the dried clothes to the clothes stacker 107 or the wardrobe 108, or from the clothes stacker 107 to the wardrobe 108, using the same process as described above.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (12)
1. A laundry processing system, comprising a washing machine (100), a dryer (101), a robot (102), a clothes drying apparatus (103), and a controller (104);
wherein the controller (104) is arranged to:
receiving a work end signal transmitted by the washing machine (100);
determining whether the airing condition is met;
if the drying condition is met, the manipulator (102) is controlled to operate the clothes to the clothes drying equipment (103) according to a first preset path; otherwise, the manipulator (102) is controlled to operate to the clothes dryer (101) according to a second preset path;
the airing conditions comprise the acquisition of weather condition information from a network or the detection of surrounding environment information through a sensor.
2. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the controller (104) communicates with the washing machine (100), the dryer (101), the robot (102), the laundry drying device (103) respectively by means of wireless communication.
3. The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the controller (104) is further configured to: when the manipulator (102) moves to the position near the clothes drying equipment (103), the clothes drying equipment (103) is controlled to open the clothes drying clamp; when the manipulator (102) moves to the vicinity of the dryer (101), the door of the dryer (101) is controlled to be opened.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising a clothes stacker (107); when the operation of the clothes dryer (101) is finished, the controller (104) controls the mechanical arm (102) to operate the clothes to the clothes folding machine (107) according to a third preset path.
5. The system of claim 4, further comprising a wardrobe; when the work of the clothes folding machine (107) is finished, the controller (104) controls the mechanical arm (102) to operate the clothes to the wardrobe according to the fourth preset path.
6. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that said robot (102) is arranged in proximity of the washing machine (100) cabinet or the dryer (101) cabinet.
7. The system according to claim 6, characterized in that said robot (102) is arranged on the side of the washing machine (100) cabinet or on the side of the dryer (101) cabinet.
8. The system of claim 1, further comprising a shelf (106) disposed at a bottom of the washing machine (100) or the dryer (101).
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the shelf (106) is retractable.
10. A laundry treating control method applied to the laundry treating system according to any one of claims 1 to 9,
when a working end signal of the washing machine is received, judging whether the current environment meets preset airing conditions or not;
and when the airing condition is met, controlling the manipulator to convey the clothes to the clothes airing equipment for airing, or controlling the manipulator to convey the clothes to the clothes drying equipment for drying.
11. The method according to claim 10, further comprising controlling the clothes drying apparatus to open the clothes drying clamp when the robot moves to the vicinity of the clothes drying apparatus; when the manipulator moves to the vicinity of the clothes dryer, the door of the clothes dryer is controlled to be opened.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein before determining whether the preset airing condition is satisfied comprises acquiring ambient environment information through a network or a sensor.
