Description

Production process of bionic short-plush fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabric production, in particular to a production process of a bionic short-plush velvet fabric with short velvet and long velvet.
Background
With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, textile fabrics, particularly velvet fabrics, are more and more colorful; velvet is attractive due to the luxury and the graceful appearance; new products are continuously appeared, particularly, the new products are gradually changed after the equipment is updated, such as the replacement of a weaving machine, the brushing of after-finishing, the embossing and the like, and the new velvet products are colorful and untidy.
However, in the field of medium-short plush velvet, a velvet fabric which imitates animal hair, has short velvet and long velvet, and the short velvet and the long velvet can be arranged at intervals and are inclined is not seen. The bionic short velvet with animal pattern printed is not more vivid and beautiful? The bionic short plush is laid down, is used as wall cloth, has down fluff and is less prone to being stained with ash. When the garment touches the water drop, the water drop can drop off as soon as the garment is shaken; moreover, the bionic short-hair velvet is not solved by temporary simulation of after-finishing embossing, brushing and the like, and has certain market and competitive power.

And entering the next round of circular weaving after the twelve-shuttle one-cycle weaving is finished.
The fourth step: after-finishing of cut pile
And finally, cutting off the velvet connected with the upper-layer base cloth and the lower-layer base cloth by adopting a velvet cutting knife between the upper-layer base cloth and the lower-layer base cloth, and performing conventional after-treatment to obtain the fabric. The post-finishing comprises waterproof treatment.
In the present embodiment, since the arrangement of the tight warp yarns and the loose warp yarns is adopted, and the tight warp yarns have a larger tension than the loose warp yarns, the weft yarns are divided by the tight warp yarns into the inside of the tight warp yarns and the outside of the tight warp yarns, specifically, the ratio of the number of the weft yarns in the inside of the tight warp yarns to the number of the weft yarns in the outside of the tight warp yarns is 2: 1. the weft yarns are woven in this order so that the pile, whether long or short, is inclined in one direction. For example, the upper first weft yarn, the upper fourth weft yarn, the upper seventh weft yarn and the upper tenth weft yarn are positioned on the outer side of the upper tight warp yarn, and the rest of the upper weft yarns are positioned on the inner side of the upper tight warp yarn. The first weft yarn, the fourth weft yarn, the seventh weft yarn and the tenth weft yarn are positioned on the outer side of the lower layer tight warp yarn, and the rest of the lower layer weft yarns are positioned on the inner side of the lower layer tight warp yarn. The weft yarns on the outside of the warp hold-down yarns exert a compressive force on the weft yarns on the inside of the warp hold-down yarns.
For example, taking the third pile warp in the second reed dent as an example, after W-set weaving with the lower first weft, the lower second weft, and the lower third weft is performed in the lower base fabric, W-set weaving is performed with the upper fourth weft, the upper fifth weft, and the upper sixth weft in the upper layer. When the third pile warp is cut, the generated short pile warps tilt to the lower fourth weft because the lower fourth weft positioned outside the lower tight warp extrudes the lower third weft positioned inside the lower tight warp, and the third pile warp returns to the upper fourth weft from the lower third weft.
After the third weft yarn on the lower layer returns to the fourth weft yarn on the upper layer, the fourth weft yarn on the upper layer positioned on the outer side of the tight warp yarn on the upper layer is extruded by the third weft yarn on the upper layer positioned on the inner side of the tight warp yarn on the upper layer, so that the short fluff generated by the third pile warp which returns from the third weft yarn on the lower layer to the fourth weft yarn on the upper layer is extruded to incline to the fourth weft yarn on the upper layer after the pile is cut.
And analyzing the third pile warp, namely returning the third pile warp to the lower base fabric to be fixedly woven by the lower first weft yarn, the lower second weft yarn and the lower third weft yarn W of the next cycle after the third pile warp is fixedly woven by the upper fourth weft yarn, the upper fifth weft yarn and the upper sixth weft yarn W. When the third pile warp is positioned at the lower-layer first weft yarn circulating downwards from the upper-layer sixth weft yarn, the upper-layer seventh weft yarn positioned at the outer side of the upper-layer tight warp yarn in the upper-layer base fabric extrudes the upper-layer sixth weft yarn at the inner side of the upper-layer tight warp yarn, so that the long pile hair generated after pile cutting of the third pile warp is tilted to the upper-layer eighth weft yarn when the third pile warp is positioned at the lower-layer first weft yarn circulating downwards from the upper-layer sixth weft yarn. And the third fluff crosses over the lower layer first weft yarn from the upper layer sixth weft yarn to the next cycle, the number of the weft yarns is larger than that of the weft yarns from the lower layer third weft yarn to the upper layer fourth weft yarn, so the generated fluff is long fluff.
And when the third velvet passes through the upper-layer sixth weft yarns and reaches the next-circulation lower-layer first weft yarns, the lower-layer first weft yarns positioned on the outer side of the lower-layer tight warp yarns in the lower-layer base fabric are extruded by the lower-layer twelfth warp yarns positioned on the inner side of the lower-layer tight warp yarns in the current circulation, so that when the third velvet warp yarns pass through the upper-layer sixth weft yarns and reach the next-circulation lower-layer first weft yarns, the long velvet hairs generated by velvet cutting incline to the direction of the next-circulation lower-layer second weft yarns.
According to the analysis, the pile head generated by the first pile warp, the second pile warp and the fourth pile warp can be analyzed to incline towards the same direction by the process, so that the long pile and the short pile of the velvet fabric incline towards the same direction, and the bionic effect that animal hair can fall down close to the skin is generated.
In the production process related to this embodiment, two reed dents are used as a unit, and the upper layer base fabric and the lower layer base fabric are woven by a weaving method in which the reed dents are symmetrically crossed. For example, the yarn interlacing rule in the lower base fabric of the second dents is mirror-symmetric to the yarn interlacing rule in the upper base fabric within the first dents. The yarn interweaving rule in the upper layer base cloth of the second reed dent is mirror-symmetrical to the yarn interweaving rule in the lower layer base cloth in the first reed dent. The long pile and the short pile between the first reed dents are arranged at intervals, the short pile and the long pile between the second reed dents are also arranged at intervals, and the long pile and the short pile in the first reed dents and the long pile and the short pile in the second reed dents are also separately arranged at intervals. The velvet fabric formed after velvet cutting is characterized in that long velvet heads and short velvet heads are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, and the bionic effect of the interval between the long velvet heads and the short velvet heads is achieved.
Due to the adoption of the weave structure, the pile back is flat, each weft yarn outside the tight warp yarn is only wrapped by one ground warp yarn or one pile warp yarn, and no overlapped double warp yarns are wrapped, so that the weaving is facilitated. If the condition of double overlapped packages exists, the tension of the warp yarns in the condition of single package is uneven, the cloth surface is not smooth, and the weaving is not facilitated.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
