Abstract
The invention discloses a beverage with functions of maintaining beauty and keeping young. The invention firstly discloses a composition with functions of maintaining beauty and keeping young, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of collagen, 1-5 parts of tremella extract and 0.1-0.7 part of bamboo leaf extract. The invention also discloses a concentrate and a beverage containing the composition. According to the invention, different components with the effects of resisting oxidation and eliminating free radicals are combined, and the composition of components such as collagen, passion fruit powder, assaya powder, a tremella extract, a bamboo leaf extract and concentrated apple juice is screened out from the composition.

Background

The results show that the examples 1-3 have good biological activity of scavenging free radicals, the scavenging rate reaches more than 80%, and the capacity of the compositions 1-4 for scavenging free radicals is obviously lower than that of the example 3, which shows that the combination of the collagen, the tremella extract and the bamboo leaf extract has good effect of scavenging free radicals, and the capacity of the compositions for scavenging free radicals is influenced by replacing the tremella extract and the bamboo leaf extract with other components with similar effects; the compositions or concentrates of examples 4-9 achieved radical scavenging above 85% and compositions 5-8 had significantly lower radical scavenging capacity than example 6, and substitution of either component affected the effect of the overall composition or concentrate. Therefore, the invention determines that the collagen, the passion fruit powder, the assai fruit powder, the tremella extract, the bamboo leaf extract and the apple concentrated juice are combined together to effectively eliminate free radicals and achieve the purpose of delaying senility.
Test example 2
The compositions were obtained by mixing the components in the amounts indicated in Table 2, and the radical scavenging ability of the various compositions was determined by the DPPH method in accordance with test example 1.

As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, when the content of each component is within the range of the invention (as shown in Table 1), the DPPH free radical scavenging ability is stronger, and the scavenging rate reaches more than 80%; when the amounts of the components were outside the range of the present invention or one component was removed (as shown in Table 2), the prepared composition had a significantly reduced ability to scavenge DPPH radicals.
Test example 3 Oxidation resistance test
60 mice of the same age, half of which are male and female, were randomly divided into a blank control group, a negative control group, and examples 1 to 6, and each group had 20 mice.
Control group: gavage to administer the same volume of saline;
example 1 group: gavage administration of 1g/kg/d of the composition prepared in example 1;
example 2 group: gavage administration of 1g/kg/d of the composition prepared in example 2;
example 3 group: gavage administration of 1g/kg/d of the composition prepared in example 3;
example 4 group: the concentrate prepared in example 4 was administered by gavage at 1 g/kg/d;
example 5 group: the concentrate prepared in example 5 was administered by gavage at 1 g/kg/d;
example 6 group: the concentrate prepared in example 6 was administered by gavage at 1 g/kg/d;
example 7 group: gavage the concentrate prepared in example 7 at 1 g/kg/d;
example 8 group: gavage the concentrate prepared in example 8 at 1 g/kg/d;
example 9 group: gavage the concentrate prepared in example 9 at 1 g/kg/d;
example 10 group: the beverage prepared in example 10 was administered by gavage at 10 g/kg/d;
example 11 group: the beverage prepared in example 11 was administered by gavage at 10 g/kg/d;
example 12 group: the beverage prepared in example 12 was administered by gavage at 10 g/kg/d;
after the mice are continuously irrigated with stomach for 30 days, blood is taken out after head breaking, the blood is centrifuged, serum is taken out, and the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) in the serum (chemical colorimetry) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) (colorimetry) are measured. The test results are shown in table 3:

Compared with a control group, the composition, the concentrate or the beverage can effectively improve the activity of SOD in serum, reduce the activity of MDA in serum, obviously eliminate free radicals generated in mice, greatly reduce the harm of the free radicals to the mice, improve the oxidation resistance and achieve the effects of enhancing immunity and delaying senility.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, and it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that other variations or modifications may be made on the basis of the above description, and all embodiments may not be exhaustive, and all obvious variations or modifications may be included within the scope of the present invention.

1. The composition with the functions of maintaining beauty and keeping young is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of collagen, 1-5 parts of tremella extract and 0.1-0.7 part of bamboo leaf extract.

The composition with the functions of maintaining beauty and keeping young is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of collagen, 2-7 parts of passion fruit powder, 2-7 parts of assai fruit powder, 1-5 parts of tremella extract, 0.1-0.7 part of bamboo leaf extract and 40-60 parts of apple concentrated juice.
3. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the collagen is selected from one or more of fish collagen, bovine collagen and porcine collagen.
4. The composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of bamboo leaf flavone in the bamboo leaf extract is not less than 24%.
5. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the tremella polysaccharide content in the tremella extract is not less than 80% by weight.
6. The concentrate with the functions of maintaining beauty and keeping young is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of collagen, 2-7 parts of passion fruit powder, 2-7 parts of assai fruit powder, 1-5 parts of tremella extract, 0.1-0.7 part of bamboo leaf extract, 40-60 parts of apple condensed juice, 50-70 parts of sweetening agent, 1-5 parts of sour agent and 0.1-0.5 part of edible essence.
7. The concentrate of claim 5, wherein the sweetener is selected from the group consisting of erythritol, steviol glycosides, and mixtures of one or more of sucralose.
8. Concentrate according to claim 5, characterized in that the sour agent is selected from one or more of citric acid, sodium citrate, malic acid.
9. The beverage with the functions of maintaining beauty and keeping young is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of collagen, 2-7 parts of passion fruit powder, 2-7 parts of assai fruit powder, 1-5 parts of tremella extract, 0.1-0.7 part of bamboo leaf extract, 40-60 parts of apple condensed juice, 50-70 parts of sweetening agent, 1-5 parts of sour agent, 0.1-0.5 part of edible essence and 500-1000 parts of water.
10. The beverage according to claim 9, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of collagen, 5 parts of passion fruit powder, 5 parts of assai fruit powder, 2.5 parts of tremella extract, 0.4 part of bamboo leaf extract, 50 parts of apple condensed juice, 60 parts of sweetening agent, 3 parts of sour agent, 0.3 part of edible essence and 700 parts of water.
