According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, obtaining the attention ranking of the room source text information category further includes: and classifying and extracting the user query information, the feedback information or the communication information between the user and the broker according to the house source information category and the classification condition, and determining according to the obtained effective content quantity of each information category.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, among contents of the text information categories other than the highlighted text information category displayed as a column, information contents of the last row are in one common tag content.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the content of the highlighted text information category includes information content related to house source prices.

According to one or more embodiments of the disclosure, the attention ranking module classifies and extracts user query information, feedback information, or user and broker communication information according to the house source information categories and classification conditions, and determines the attention of each category in the house source text information according to the obtained effective content quantity of each information category and ranks the attention.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a terminal including: at least one memory and at least one processor; the memory is used for storing program codes, and the processor is used for calling the program codes stored in the memory to execute the house source information display method.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer storage medium is provided, which stores program codes for executing the above-mentioned room source information presentation method.

Claims (10)

1. A house source information display method is characterized in that the house source information comprises picture information and house source character information, and the house source information display method comprises the following steps:
classifying and counting the room source character information according to the category and the classification condition of the room source information to obtain a plurality of room source character information categories and information contents thereof;
according to the attention ranking of each character information category, selecting one or more of the plurality of house source character information categories with the highest attention ranking as a highlighted character information category;
displaying a house source information list on a terminal, wherein:
pictures in each house source information are displayed as a column;
the content of the character information categories except the highlighted character information category in each house source information is displayed as a column;
the content of the highlighted text information category in each house source information is displayed in at least one separate column.
2. The house source information display method of claim 1, further comprising obtaining a focus ranking of the house source text information category, wherein obtaining the focus ranking of the house source text information category comprises:
and classifying and extracting the user query information, the feedback information or the communication information between the user and the broker according to the house source information category and the classification condition, and determining according to the obtained effective content quantity of each information category.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of the last row of the text information categories other than the highlighted text information category displayed as a column is in a common label content.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of the highlighted text information category includes information content related to house source price.
5. The house source information displaying method of claim 1, wherein a column in which contents of text information categories other than the highlighted text information category are located is located between a column in which the picture is located and a column in which contents of the highlighted text information category are located.
6. A house source information presentation device, the house source information presentation device comprising:
the house source information classification determining module is used for classifying the house source character information and determining the information content in each house source character information category;
the highlighted character determining module is used for selecting one or more of the plurality of room source character information categories with the highest attention ranking as a highlighted character information category according to the attention ranking of each character information category;
the display module is used for displaying the house source information list on the terminal, wherein:
pictures in each house source information are displayed as a column;
the content of the character information categories except the highlighted character information category in each house source information is displayed as a column;
the content of the highlighted text information category in each house source information is displayed in at least one separate column.
7. The house source information presentation device of claim 6, further comprising: and the attention ranking module is used for determining the attention of each category in the house source text information and ranking.

The house source information display device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the attention ranking module classifies and extracts user query information, feedback information, or user and broker communication information according to the house source information categories and classification conditions, and determines the attention of each category in the house source text information according to the obtained effective content quantity of each information category and ranks the attention.
9. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
at least one memory and at least one processor;
wherein the memory is used for storing program codes, and the processor is used for calling the program codes stored in the memory to execute the room source information presentation method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer storage medium characterized in that the computer storage medium stores a program code for executing the room source information presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
