Fig. 1 illustrates a flowchart of a search-based recommendation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The method in fig. 1 may be applied to, for example, but not limited to, electronic devices such as mobile phones, smart phones, notebook computers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), desktop computers, wearable devices, robots, internet of things terminals, etc. that may be used for searching.
Referring to fig. 1, in step S101, multimedia search results acquired based on a search request are presented.
Specifically, when a user requests a search according to an input keyword, the searched multimedia search results are output such that the user selects multimedia contents from the search results of the search request to access. For example, when the keyword input by the user is "car", the displayed small video search result includes small videos about honda, baozhen, rear drive, front drive, tire, and the like.
In step S102, at least one recommended content corresponding to the triggered multimedia content is acquired in response to a triggering operation of the user on any one of the multimedia search results. The multimedia content may be, for example, but is not limited to, small video, audio, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the recommended content may include a recommended word and multimedia content corresponding to the recommended word. In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the multimedia content is obtained based on a search result corresponding to the recommended word. The multimedia content may be, for example, but is not limited to, pictures, images, video, small video, audio, and the like.
Specifically, after presenting the searched multimedia search results, the user may select to access any one of the multimedia contents of the searched multimedia search results in a trigger manner such as clicking, touching, etc. from the presented multimedia search results. When a user clicks on a multimedia content in the multimedia search results, the user enters a page corresponding to the multimedia content, which is usually the content of interest to the user. Therefore, the recommended word corresponding to the multimedia content is usually a keyword intended to continue searching and the multimedia content corresponding to the keyword after the page corresponding to the multimedia content of the user returns the search result page. For example, when the user clicks on the small video regarding "honda's field crash test", recommended content corresponding to the small video regarding "honda's field crash test" is acquired, such as, but not limited to, recommended words of "ford's market", "pamphlet x 5 new quote", "gallop's new car", and "pamphlet car test drive", etc. In addition, pictures, images, videos and the like of ' Furt ' market, BMW X5 new quotation ', ' Benz c new car type ', and ' BMW car test driving ' can be obtained. Thus, when the user finishes watching the small video of the Honda collision test, after the search result page is returned, the user can continue watching the recommended content based on the video.
At step S103, the at least one recommended content is presented at a predetermined location of the multimedia search result page.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the at least one recommended content may be displayed in place of the triggered multimedia content or in adjacent positions of the triggered multimedia content when the at least one recommended content is displayed in a predetermined position of the multimedia search result page. In particular, the at least one multimedia content may be output based on a location of the multimedia content accessed by the user in the page.
When the user selects the displayed recommended word or the picture corresponding to the recommended word in a triggering manner such as clicking, touching and the like), a new search request is initiated by taking the recommended word as a keyword.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, keywords of triggered multimedia content may be first determined based on at least one of a name, a tag, summary information, a voice feature, an image feature, etc. of the triggered multimedia content, and then recommended content presented to a user may be determined based on the keywords of the search request, the triggered multimedia content, and the keywords of the triggered multimedia content, thereby improving accuracy of the recommended content.
Fig. 2 shows an example of replacing triggered multimedia content with recommended content for presentation. Fig. 3 shows an example of showing recommended content in a vicinity of triggered multimedia content. In fig. 2, the triggered small video on "honda's field collision test" is replaced with "ford's field marketing", "pamphlet x 5 new quote", "gallop c is a new car" and "pamphlet car test driving" recommended words and corresponding pictures. In fig. 3, below the position in the page of the triggered small video on "honda's field collision test", the "ford field marketing", "pamphlet x 5 new quote", "gallop c is a new car" and "pamphlet car test driving" recommended words and corresponding pictures are shown. It should be understood that recommended words and corresponding pictures may also be output above, in front of, and behind the location in the page of the triggered small video (e.g., name, tag, small video summarized as "honda-si-area collision test") regarding "honda-area collision test", which is not limiting to this disclosure.
Fig. 4 illustrates a flowchart of a search-based recommendation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The method of fig. 4 may be applied to, for example, but not limited to, an electronic device such as a local server, a remote server, a server-enabled device, etc
Referring to fig. 4, in step S401, multimedia contents triggered by a user in a multimedia search result are acquired.
When a user requests searching according to the input keywords, the searched multimedia search results are output, so that the user selects multimedia contents from the search results of the search request to access. After outputting the searched multimedia search results, the user may select any one of the multimedia contents in the searched multimedia search results to be accessed from the presented multimedia search results in a trigger manner such as clicking, touching, etc. When a user clicks on a multimedia content in the multimedia search results, the user enters a page corresponding to the multimedia content, which is usually the content of interest to the user. Therefore, the recommended word corresponding to the multimedia content is generally a keyword that the user wants to search for.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, before acquiring the multimedia content triggered by the user from the multimedia search result of the search request, the first association relationship between the keywords and the second association relationship between the multimedia content and the keywords may also be determined first based on the user history behavior information (for example, but not limited to, user behavior information in a period of 1 month, 2 months, 6 months, etc.), and then an association relationship database may be established according to the first association relationship and the second association relationship. Here, the user history behavior information may include a search request for a past predetermined period of time, a search time of a keyword, a search order of the keyword, trigger information of multimedia contents in a multimedia search result, and the like.
In the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, at least one of the following steps may be performed in determining the association relationship between the keywords (for clarity of description, the association relationship between the keywords is referred to as a first association relationship): determining that there is an association relationship between a plurality of keywords whose overlap ratio of the search results exceeds a threshold (for example, but not limited to, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, etc.), and determining the association relationship as a first association relationship; determining that an association exists between a plurality of keywords having a search time difference value smaller than a preset time difference value (for example, but not limited to, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc.), and determining the association as a first association; determining that an association relationship exists among a plurality of keywords with search order differences smaller than a preset order difference (such as, but not limited to, 5, 10, 15, etc.), and determining the association relationship as a first association relationship; determining that an incidence relation exists between the key words of the triggered multimedia content recorded in the user history behavior information in a preset time period after the history search request and the key words of the history search request, and determining the incidence relation as a first incidence relation, so that the accuracy of the incidence relation is improved.
Specifically, in determining the first association relationship between the keywords, whether two or more keywords are associated may be determined using one of the following four methods, association relationships may be determined using a plurality of the four methods at the same time, and embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto, and association relationships may be determined using other similar methods.
First, when the search results of the first keyword and the second keyword are the same or overlap ratio exceeds, for example, but not limited to, 50%, then the first keyword and the second keyword are determined to be the two associated keywords.
First, when a large number of users search with the first keyword and then search with the second keyword within, for example, 10 minutes, the first keyword and the second keyword are determined as two keywords associated.
Thirdly, when a large number of users search by using the first keyword and then search by using the second keyword, the third keyword and the fourth keyword, determining that the first keyword has an association relationship with the second keyword, the third keyword and the fourth keyword.
Fourth, keywords of the triggered multimedia content are acquired by performing voice recognition and/or image recognition on the triggered multimedia content.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one of the following steps may be performed in determining an association relationship of multimedia content with a keyword (for clarity of description, the association relationship of multimedia content with the keyword is a second association relationship): when the triggering time of the triggered multimedia content is within a preset time period (such as, but not limited to, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc.) after the historical search request, determining that an association relationship exists between the triggered multimedia content and the keywords of the historical search request, and determining the association relationship as a second association relationship; when the triggering time of the triggered multimedia content is within a preset time period after the historical search request, determining that an association relationship exists between the triggered multimedia content and a keyword which has an association relationship with the keyword of the historical search request, and determining the association relationship as a second association relationship; when the keyword of the triggered multimedia content is acquired through voice recognition and/or image recognition, determining that an association relationship exists between the triggered multimedia content and the acquired keyword, and determining the association relationship as a second association relationship, so that the accuracy of the association relationship is improved.
At step S402, at least one recommended content for presentation is selected from the association database based on the search request and the triggered multimedia content. Here, the association database includes at least a first association between keywords and a second association between the multimedia content and the keywords.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, when at least one recommended content for presentation is selected from an association database based on the search request and the triggered multimedia content, keywords of the search request and keywords of the triggered multimedia content may be first acquired, and then at least one recommended word for presentation is selected from the association database based on the keywords of the search request, the triggered multimedia content, and the keywords of the triggered multimedia content.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, when the keyword of the search request and the keyword of the triggered multimedia content are acquired, the keyword of the triggered multimedia content may be acquired by performing voice recognition and/or image recognition on the triggered multimedia content, and the keyword of the triggered multimedia content may also be acquired from an association database, thereby improving accuracy of recommended content. For example, when the sound of the object a (e.g., a person or a machine that can make a sound) and the image of the object B (e.g., a person or an object) are included in the triggered multimedia content, the object a and the object B may be regarded as keywords of the triggered multimedia content, thereby improving accuracy of the keywords. Then, when at least one recommended word for presentation is selected from the association relation database, the recommended word related to the object a and the object B may be selected, thereby improving accuracy of the recommended word. Here, the object a and the object B may be the same object or may be different objects, which is not limited by the present disclosure. In addition, keywords of the triggered multimedia content can be extracted from attribute information such as names, labels, abstract information and the like of the triggered multimedia content.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, after at least one recommended word for presentation is selected from the association relation database, at least one multimedia content corresponding to the at least one recommended word may also be determined, so that the multimedia content corresponding to the recommended word is presented while the recommended word is presented.
In the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, the association relation database can be updated according to the keyword of the search request, the triggered multimedia content and the triggered recommended content, so that the accuracy of the association relation database is improved, the accuracy of the recommended content is further improved, and the search efficiency is improved.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, keywords of the triggered multimedia content may be first determined based on at least one of a name, a tag, summary information, a voice feature, an image feature, etc. of the triggered multimedia content, and then recommended content presented to a user may be determined based on the keywords of the search request, the triggered multimedia content, and the keywords of the triggered multimedia content, thereby improving accuracy of the recommended content and further improving search efficiency.
