The present disclosure provides a multimedia information recommendation method, apparatus, electronic device and computer readable medium, which are intended to solve the above technical problems in the prior art.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present disclosure and how to solve the above technical problems in specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The multimedia information recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, a server 101 obtains content identifiers of multimedia information shown on a terminal of a user terminal 102; the server 101 acquires a search keyword corresponding to the multimedia information content identifier, and acquires at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword; when monitoring that the terminal interface returns to the information flow recommendation page, the server 101 sends the recommended multimedia information to the terminal 102, so that the recommended multimedia information is displayed on the information flow recommendation page.
The user terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices; the server 101 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In other embodiments, the multimedia information recommendation method of the present application may also be applied to a terminal.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a multimedia information recommendation method, which is described in terms of being applied to a server shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S201, acquiring the content identification of the multimedia information displayed on the terminal interface.
The content identifier of the multimedia information may be a multimedia information title, a keyword corresponding to the multimedia information, a storage path of the multimedia information, or a unique number corresponding to the multimedia information, so as to identify the multimedia information.
Specifically, if the multimedia information is being displayed on the terminal interface, the user is likely to be browsing the multimedia information.
Step S202, determining a search keyword corresponding to the content identification, and acquiring at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword.
The search keywords are obtained through data statistics, and words which are likely to be searched again when the user is interested in information related to the multimedia information after the user finishes watching the multimedia information can be also called post-watching search words.
Specifically, a keyword database may be preset, the keyword database is provided with a plurality of multimedia information content identifiers, each multimedia information content identifier is provided with at least one corresponding search keyword, the keyword database is queried for the search keyword corresponding to the multimedia information content identifier, and then the recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword is obtained.
In other implementation processes, content identifiers corresponding to a plurality of multimedia information and at least one search keyword corresponding to the content identifier of each multimedia information can be obtained from multimedia information browsing records and search records of a plurality of sample users, a preset neural network is trained according to the plurality of content identifiers and the at least one search keyword corresponding to each multimedia information content identifier to obtain a trained neural network, and then the multimedia information content identifiers showing the multimedia information on the current interface are input to the trained neural network to obtain at least one search keyword corresponding to the multimedia information content identifiers.
The specific process of obtaining the search keyword and recommending the multimedia information will be described in detail below.
Step S203, monitoring that the terminal interface returns to an information flow recommendation page, and displaying the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page.
Specifically, the obtained access link of the at least one piece of recommended multimedia information may be sent to a terminal interface of the user terminal, so that the user terminal displays the access link of the at least one piece of recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page; the access link is used to access the recommended multimedia information.
The access link can be displayed in the form of the title of the recommended multimedia information, so that the user can more intuitively see the corresponding title of the recommended multimedia information, and the recommended multimedia information which the user wants to see is selected.
Specifically, the user terminal can display at least one access link of recommended multimedia information at the bottom of the multimedia information of the current display interface, so that after the user finishes browsing the multimedia information, the user can directly access the corresponding recommended multimedia information through the access link; a movable or fixed window may also be displayed on the current presentation interface, at least one access link for recommending multimedia information is displayed in the window, and the user may also close the window at any time, specifically, the presentation manner of the access link is not limited herein.
In the above embodiment, when the user browses the multimedia information through the terminal interface, the server obtains the content identifier and obtains the search keyword corresponding to the content identifier of the multimedia information, where the search keyword is likely to be a word that is searched again when the user browses the multimedia information and is interested in information related to the multimedia information, obtains at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword, and displays the obtained at least one piece of recommended multimedia information on the terminal interface and returns to the information stream recommendation page, so that the user can access the corresponding recommended multimedia information, and does not need to input the search keyword for searching after finishing, and the operation is simple and convenient, and can meet the personalized requirements of the user.
The process of obtaining the search keyword will be further described in detail with reference to the embodiments.
A possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the obtaining of the search keyword corresponding to the multimedia information content identifier in step S202 may include:
searching a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier from a preset keyword database; the keyword database is pre-stored with a plurality of content identifiers, and each content identifier is provided with at least one corresponding search keyword.
The construction process of the keyword database will be explained below: before the obtaining of the search keyword corresponding to the content identifier in step S202, the method may further include:
(1) Acquiring multimedia information browsing records and searching records of a plurality of sample users;
(2) For any multimedia information in the multimedia information browsing record of each sample user, acquiring a search word input by the user corresponding to the multimedia information from the search record of the user;
the searching time of the searching word is after the browsing time of the multimedia information, and the time interval between the searching time of the searching word and the browsing time of the multimedia information is not larger than a preset time threshold value;
(3) For each piece of multimedia information, screening at least one search keyword from search words input by a plurality of sample users;
(4) And constructing the keyword database based on the association relationship between the content identification of each multimedia information and at least one corresponding search keyword in a plurality of multimedia information.
Specifically, for each sample user, obtaining a search word searched after the sample user browses a multimedia message; for each piece of multimedia information, after a plurality of sample users browse the multimedia information, inputting the search terms respectively, then screening out at least one search keyword corresponding to the multimedia information from the search terms, and finally constructing a keyword database based on the incidence relation between the at least one search keyword corresponding to each piece of multimedia information.
Specifically, the user may have finished viewing one multimedia message, i.e., searching for the search keyword associated with the multimedia message, or may have finished viewing at least two associated multimedia messages, and then search for the search keyword associated with both of the at least two associated multimedia messages.
In another embodiment, before acquiring the search keyword corresponding to the content identifier in step S202, the method may further include:
acquiring multimedia information browsing records and searching records of a plurality of sample users;
(1) For any sample user, clustering the multimedia information in the multimedia information browsing records of the sample user to obtain a plurality of groups of multimedia information; wherein each set of multimedia information comprises at least two associated multimedia information;
(2) For each group of multimedia information, acquiring search words input by the user corresponding to the group of multimedia information from the search record of the user; the searching time of the searching word is behind the browsing time of the group of multimedia information, and the time interval between the searching time of the searching word and the browsing time of the group of multimedia information is not greater than a preset time threshold;
(3) For each group of multimedia information, screening at least one search keyword from search words input by a plurality of sample users;
(4) And aiming at each multimedia information in the multi-group multimedia information, constructing the keyword database based on the association relationship between the content identification of the multimedia information and the corresponding at least one search keyword.
Specifically, for each sample user, obtaining a search term searched after the sample user browses a group of associated multimedia information; and for each group of associated multimedia information, after a plurality of sample users browse the group of multimedia information, inputting search terms respectively, then screening out at least one search keyword corresponding to the group of multimedia information from the plurality of search terms, and finally constructing a keyword database based on the association relationship between the at least one search keyword corresponding to each group of multimedia information.
In one implementation, the screening of the search terms input by the plurality of sample users for at least one search keyword may include:
and taking the search terms with the highest frequency of occurrence in the preset number of the search terms input by the plurality of sample users as the screened search keywords.
Specifically, for each multimedia message, a plurality of sample users input a plurality of search terms, and a final search keyword may be determined according to the frequency of occurrence of each search term in all sample users.
For the search word with higher frequency of occurrence, the search word and the multimedia information are more associated, and the preset number of search words with the highest frequency of occurrence can be used as the screened search keyword.
In the implementation process, the preset number of search terms with the highest occurrence frequency in the search terms input by the plurality of sample users are used as the screened search keywords, so that irrelevant search terms which are input by individual users randomly and are not searched by association after the users browse the multimedia information can be eliminated, and the accuracy of recommending the multimedia information is improved.
In another implementation, for each multimedia message, the screening of at least one search keyword from the search terms input by the plurality of sample users may include:
a. extracting semantic information of each multimedia information or each group of multimedia information;
b. for each search word aiming at the multimedia information or the group of multimedia information input by a plurality of sample users, obtaining semantic relevancy between the search word and the semantic information of the multimedia information or the group of multimedia information;
c. taking the search word with the semantic relevance larger than a preset relevance threshold as a relevant search word;
d. and taking the related search words with the highest occurrence frequency in the preset number as the screened search keywords aiming at the multimedia information or the group of multimedia information.
Specifically, after the user finishes watching the multimedia information, the user may randomly input a search word to perform a search, and therefore, the information randomly input by the user needs to be excluded.
For example, information such as a multimedia information title and a text can be extracted, segmentation of search core words can be performed, segmentation is a mature search technology, for example, "zhou jilun", "2018", "hold", "global", and "concert" are extracted from multimedia information "zhou jilun 2018 will hold a global concert", a specific keyword is generated according to the weight and part-of-speech tagging of each core word, the generated specific keyword is semantically matched with the search word, and a related search word is obtained from the search word.
In the implementation process, for each search word aiming at the multimedia information input by a plurality of sample users, the semantic correlation degree between the search word and the semantic information of the multimedia information is obtained, the search word with the semantic correlation degree larger than a preset correlation threshold value is used as a related search word, and then the related search words with the highest occurrence frequency in a preset number are used as the screened search keywords aiming at the multimedia information from the related search words, so that irrelevant search words which are input by the users randomly and are not associated with the multimedia information for searching after browsing can be eliminated, and the accuracy of recommending the multimedia information is improved.
A possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the displaying the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page in step S203 may include:
(1) Acquiring the searching frequency of the searching keyword corresponding to each recommended multimedia information from the searching record;
(2) And sending the search frequency of the search keyword corresponding to each piece of recommended multimedia information and the access link of at least one piece of recommended multimedia information to the terminal interface, so that the terminal interface displays the corresponding access link of the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page according to the sequence that the search frequency is reduced in sequence.
Specifically, the higher the search frequency of the search keyword is, the higher the possibility that the search keyword is searched after the multimedia information is viewed is, the server may send the search frequency of the search keyword and the recommended multimedia information corresponding to each piece of recommended multimedia information to the user terminal, and the user terminal displays the access links of the corresponding pieces of recommended multimedia information on the current display interface according to the sequence that the search frequency is sequentially reduced, so that the user experience may be further improved.
For example, the access link of the recommended multimedia information corresponding to the search keyword with high frequency is placed at a position closer to the top in the current presentation page, and the access link of the recommended multimedia information corresponding to the search keyword with low frequency is placed at a position closer to the bottom in the current presentation page.
As shown in fig. 3, an access link of recommended multimedia information is displayed in a preset area 301 at the bottom of the multimedia information being browsed by a user on a current display page 300, the frequency of a search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information 1 is highest, the access link 1 of the recommended multimedia information 1 is disposed at the top of the preset area 301, the frequency of the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information 2 is slightly less, the access link 2 of the recommended multimedia information 2 is disposed below the access link of the recommended multimedia information 1, the frequency of the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information 3 is lowest, and the access link 3 of the recommended multimedia information 3 is disposed at the bottom of the preset area 301.
A possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the acquiring of the at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword in step S202 may include:
(1) Acquiring multimedia information of a title or an abstract comprising search keywords from a multimedia information database to obtain a plurality of related multimedia information;
(2) And taking the relevant multimedia information with the browsed times larger than the preset times as recommended multimedia information.
Specifically, a plurality of pieces of multimedia information are prestored in the multimedia information database, and the multimedia information of which the titles or abstracts comprise search keywords can be obtained from the plurality of pieces of multimedia information and is taken as the related multimedia information; and acquiring the browsed times of each piece of relevant multimedia information, wherein if the browsed times are greater than the preset times, the relevant multimedia information can be used as recommended multimedia information.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, and the multimedia information recommendation method may further include:
(1) If an access request of a user for an access link of any recommended multimedia information through a terminal interface is received, acquiring a search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information which the user requests to access;
(2) And updating the content identification of the multimedia information and the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information which is requested to be accessed by the user into the keyword database.
Specifically, in a constructed keyword database, each piece of multimedia information is provided with at least one search keyword for searching after the user views the multimedia information, then at least one piece of corresponding recommended multimedia information can be obtained through each search keyword, the user may not input the search keyword after browsing the multimedia information on the current display interface, but directly requests to access a certain piece of recommended multimedia information, the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information selected by the user can be obtained by reverse deduction, the user is considered to select the search keyword by default, the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information requested to be accessed by the user and the multimedia information content identifier on the current display interface are updated into the keyword database, the prediction accuracy of the search keyword for searching after the user views the multimedia information can be improved, and the accuracy of multimedia information recommendation is further improved.
A possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and a multimedia information recommendation method is provided, which may be applied to a user terminal shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 4, and may include the following steps:
step S401, a content identifier displayed on a terminal interface is sent to a server, so that the server obtains a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier and obtains at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword;
and step S402, receiving the recommended multimedia information returned by the server, and displaying the recommended multimedia information on a terminal interface.
Wherein, the access link of at least one piece of recommended multimedia information can be displayed; the access link is used to access the recommended multimedia information.
In the above embodiment, when the user browses the multimedia information through the terminal interface, the server obtains the content identifier and obtains the search keyword corresponding to the content identifier of the multimedia information, where the search keyword is likely to be a word that is searched again when the user browses the multimedia information and is interested in information related to the multimedia information, obtains at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword, and displays the obtained at least one piece of recommended multimedia information on the terminal interface and returns to the information stream recommendation page, so that the user can access the corresponding recommended multimedia information, and does not need to input the search keyword for searching after finishing, and the operation is simple and convenient, and can meet the personalized requirements of the user.
In order to facilitate a clearer understanding of the multimedia information recommendation method according to the embodiment of the present application, the multimedia information recommendation method provided in the present application will be further described in detail with reference to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 5, in an example, the multimedia information recommendation method provided by the present application may include the following steps:
step S501, a user terminal sends content identification of multimedia information displayed on a current display interface to a server;
step S502, the server obtains a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier;
step S503, the server obtains at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword;
step S504, the server obtains the search frequency of the search keyword corresponding to each piece of recommended multimedia information;
step S505, the server sends the search frequency of the search keyword corresponding to each piece of recommended multimedia information and the access link of at least one piece of recommended multimedia information to the user terminal;
step S506, the user terminal displays the corresponding access links of the recommended multimedia information on the current display interface according to the sequence that the searching frequency is reduced in sequence.
According to the multimedia information recommendation method, when a user browses multimedia information through a terminal interface, the server acquires the content identification and acquires the search keyword corresponding to the content identification of the multimedia information, the search keyword is likely to be a word which is searched when the user browses the multimedia information and is interested in information related to the multimedia information, at least one piece of recommended multimedia information related to the search keyword is acquired, the acquired at least one piece of recommended multimedia information is displayed on the terminal interface and returned to the information flow recommendation page, so that the user can access the corresponding recommended multimedia information, the search keyword is not required to be input for searching after the user finishes watching, the operation is simple and convenient, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met.
Furthermore, the search terms with the highest frequency of occurrence in the preset number of the search terms input by the plurality of sample users are used as the screened search keywords, so that irrelevant search terms which are input by individual users randomly and are not searched by association after the users browse the multimedia information can be eliminated, and the accuracy of recommending the multimedia information is improved.
Furthermore, for each search word aiming at the multimedia information input by a plurality of sample users, the semantic correlation degree between the search word and the semantic information of the multimedia information is obtained, the search word with the semantic correlation degree larger than a preset correlation threshold value is used as a related search word, and then the related search words with the highest occurrence frequency in a preset number are used as the screened search keywords aiming at the multimedia information, so that irrelevant search words which are input by the users randomly and are not associated with the multimedia information for searching after browsing can be eliminated, and the accuracy of recommending the multimedia information is improved.
Furthermore, the higher the search frequency of the search keyword is, the higher the possibility that the search keyword is searched after the multimedia information is viewed is, the server can send the search frequency of the search keyword and the recommended multimedia information corresponding to each piece of recommended multimedia information to the user terminal, and the user terminal displays the access links of the corresponding pieces of recommended multimedia information on the current display interface according to the sequence that the search frequency is reduced in sequence, so that the user experience can be further improved.
Furthermore, after the user browses the multimedia information on the current display interface, the user may not input a search keyword any more, but directly requests to access a certain recommended multimedia information, the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information selected by the user can be obtained by reverse deduction, the user is considered to select the search keyword by default, the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information requested to be accessed by the user and the multimedia information content identifier on the current display interface are updated into the keyword database, the prediction accuracy of the search keyword which the user may see after viewing the multimedia information can be improved, and the accuracy of multimedia information recommendation is further improved.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a multimedia information recommendation device 60, as shown in fig. 6, the multimedia information recommendation device 60 may include: a first obtaining module 601, a second obtaining module 602, and a sending module 603, wherein,
a first obtaining module 601, configured to obtain a content identifier of multimedia information displayed on a terminal interface;
a second obtaining module 602, configured to determine a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier, and obtain at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword;
the display module 603 is configured to monitor that the terminal interface returns to an information flow recommendation page, and display the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page.
A possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when determining the search keyword corresponding to the content identifier, the second obtaining module 602 is specifically configured to:
searching a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier from a preset keyword database; the keyword database is pre-stored with a plurality of content identifiers, and each multimedia information content identifier is provided with at least one corresponding search keyword.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a possible implementation manner is provided, and the multimedia information recommendation apparatus 60 further includes a first building module, configured to:
acquiring multimedia information browsing records and searching records of a plurality of sample users;
for any multimedia information in the multimedia information browsing record of each sample user, acquiring a search word input by the user corresponding to the multimedia information from the search record of the user; the searching time of the searching word is after the browsing time of the multimedia information, and the time interval between the searching time of the searching word and the browsing time of the multimedia information is not larger than a preset time threshold value;
for each piece of multimedia information, screening at least one search keyword from search words input by a plurality of sample users;
and constructing the keyword database based on the association relationship between the content identification of each multimedia information and at least one corresponding search keyword in a plurality of multimedia information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a possible implementation manner is provided, and the multimedia information recommendation apparatus 60 further includes a second building module, configured to:
acquiring multimedia information browsing records and searching records of a plurality of sample users;
for any sample user, clustering the multimedia information in the multimedia information browsing records of the sample user to obtain a plurality of groups of multimedia information; wherein each set of multimedia information comprises at least two associated multimedia information;
for each group of multimedia information, acquiring search words input by the user corresponding to the group of multimedia information from the search record of the user; the searching time of the searching word is behind the browsing time of the group of multimedia information, and the time interval between the searching time of the searching word and the browsing time of the group of multimedia information is not greater than a preset time threshold;
for each group of multimedia information, screening at least one search keyword from search words input by a plurality of sample users;
and aiming at each multimedia information in the multi-group multimedia information, constructing the keyword database based on the association relationship between the content identification of the multimedia information and the corresponding at least one search keyword.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, where the first building module or the second building module is specifically configured to, when at least one search keyword is screened from search words input by multiple sample users:
and taking the search terms with the highest frequency of occurrence in the preset number of the search terms input by the plurality of sample users as the screened search keywords.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a possible implementation manner, where the first building module or the second building module is specifically configured to, when each piece of multimedia information is obtained by screening at least one search keyword from search words input by a plurality of sample users:
extracting semantic information of each multimedia information or each group of multimedia information;
for each search word aiming at the multimedia information or the group of multimedia information input by a plurality of sample users, obtaining semantic relevancy between the search word and the semantic information of the multimedia information or the group of multimedia information;
taking the search word with the semantic relevance larger than a preset relevance threshold as a relevant search word;
and taking the related search words with the highest occurrence frequency in the preset number as the screened search keywords aiming at the multimedia information or the group of multimedia information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a possible implementation manner is provided, and when the sending module 603 displays the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page, the sending module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the searching frequency of the searching keyword corresponding to each recommended multimedia information from the searching record;
and sending the search frequency of the search keyword corresponding to each piece of recommended multimedia information and the access link of at least one piece of recommended multimedia information to the terminal interface, so that the terminal interface displays the corresponding access link of the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page according to the sequence that the search frequency is reduced in sequence.
A possible implementation manner is provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the second obtaining module 602 obtains at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with a search keyword, the second obtaining module is specifically configured to:
acquiring multimedia information of a title or an abstract comprising search keywords from a multimedia information database to obtain a plurality of related multimedia information;
and taking the relevant multimedia information with the browsed times larger than the preset times as recommended multimedia information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a possible implementation manner is provided, and the multimedia information recommendation apparatus 60 further includes an update module, configured to:
if an access request of a user for an access link of any recommended multimedia information through the terminal interface is received, acquiring a search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information which the user requests to access;
and updating the content identification of the multimedia information and the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information which is requested to be accessed by the user into the keyword database.
According to the multimedia information recommendation device, when a user browses multimedia information through the terminal interface, the server acquires the content identification and acquires the search keyword corresponding to the content identification of the multimedia information, the search keyword is likely to be a word which is searched when the user browses the multimedia information and is interested in information related to the multimedia information, at least one piece of recommended multimedia information related to the search keyword is acquired, the acquired at least one piece of recommended multimedia information is displayed on the terminal interface and returned to the information flow recommendation page, so that the user can access the corresponding recommended multimedia information, the search keyword is not required to be input for searching after the user finishes watching, the operation is simple and convenient, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met.
Furthermore, the search terms with the highest frequency of occurrence in the preset number of the search terms input by the plurality of sample users are used as the screened search keywords, so that irrelevant search terms which are input by individual users randomly and are not searched by association after the users browse the multimedia information can be eliminated, and the accuracy of recommending the multimedia information is improved.
Furthermore, for each search word aiming at the multimedia information input by a plurality of sample users, the semantic correlation degree between the search word and the semantic information of the multimedia information is obtained, the search word with the semantic correlation degree larger than a preset correlation threshold value is used as a related search word, and then the related search words with the highest occurrence frequency in a preset number are used as the screened search keywords aiming at the multimedia information, so that irrelevant search words which are input by the users randomly and are not associated with the multimedia information for searching after browsing can be eliminated, and the accuracy of recommending the multimedia information is improved.
Furthermore, the higher the search frequency of the search keyword is, the higher the possibility that the search keyword is searched after the multimedia information is viewed is, the server can send the search frequency of the search keyword corresponding to each piece of recommended multimedia information and the piece of recommended multimedia information to the user terminal, and the user terminal displays the access link of the corresponding piece of recommended multimedia information on the current display interface according to the sequence that the search frequency is reduced in sequence, so that the user experience can be further improved.
Furthermore, after the user browses the multimedia information on the current display interface, the user may not input a search keyword any more, but directly requests to access a certain recommended multimedia information, the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information selected by the user can be obtained by reverse deduction, the user is considered to select the search keyword by default, the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information requested to be accessed by the user and the multimedia information content identifier on the current display interface are updated into the keyword database, the prediction accuracy of the search keyword which the user may see after viewing the multimedia information can be improved, and the accuracy of multimedia information recommendation is further improved.
The multimedia information recommendation device of the embodiment of the present disclosure may execute the multimedia information recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the implementation principles thereof are similar, the actions executed by each module in the multimedia information recommendation device of each embodiment of the present disclosure correspond to the steps in the multimedia information recommendation method of each embodiment of the present disclosure, and for the detailed function description of each module of the multimedia information recommendation device, reference may be specifically made to the description in the corresponding multimedia information recommendation method shown in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
Referring now to FIG. 7, shown is a schematic diagram of an electronic device 700 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure. The electronic devices in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but are not limited to, mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., car navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The electronic device includes: a memory and a processor, wherein the processor may be referred to as the processing device 701 hereinafter, and the memory may include at least one of a Read Only Memory (ROM) 702, a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703 and a storage device 708 hereinafter, as shown in detail below:
as shown in fig. 7, electronic device 700 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 701 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 702 or a program loaded from storage 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 700 are also stored. The processing device 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 705: input devices 706 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 707 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 708 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 709. The communication means 709 may allow the electronic device 700 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 7 illustrates an electronic device 700 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program carried on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 709, or may be installed from the storage means 708, or may be installed from the ROM 702. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, either in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some embodiments, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network Protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol), and may interconnect with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communications network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the Internet (e.g., the Internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed network.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to:
acquiring a content identifier of multimedia information displayed on a terminal interface;
determining a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier, and acquiring at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword;
and monitoring that the terminal interface returns to an information flow recommendation page, and displaying the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including but not limited to an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. The name of a module or a unit does not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself, for example, the first obtaining module may also be described as a "module for obtaining recommended multimedia information".
The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems on a chip (SOCs), complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), and the like.
In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a multimedia information recommendation method including:
acquiring a content identifier of multimedia information displayed on a terminal interface;
determining a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier, and acquiring at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword;
and monitoring that the terminal interface returns to an information flow recommendation page, and displaying the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, determining a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier includes:
searching a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier from a preset keyword database; the keyword database is pre-stored with a plurality of content identifiers, and each content identifier is provided with at least one corresponding search keyword.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, before the obtaining of the search keyword corresponding to the multimedia information content identifier, the method further includes:
before determining the search keyword corresponding to the content identifier, the method further includes:
acquiring multimedia information browsing records and searching records of a plurality of sample users;
for any multimedia information in the multimedia information browsing record of each sample user, acquiring a search word input by the user corresponding to the multimedia information from the search record of the user; the searching time of the searching word is behind the browsing time of the multimedia information, and the time interval between the searching time of the searching word and the browsing time of the multimedia information is not more than a preset time threshold;
for each piece of multimedia information, screening at least one search keyword from search words input by a plurality of sample users;
and constructing the keyword database based on the incidence relation between the content identification of each multimedia information and at least one corresponding search keyword in a plurality of multimedia information.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, before determining the search keyword corresponding to the content identifier, the method further includes:
acquiring multimedia information browsing records and searching records of a plurality of sample users;
for any sample user, clustering the multimedia information in the multimedia information browsing records of the sample user to obtain a plurality of groups of multimedia information; wherein each set of multimedia information comprises at least two associated multimedia information;
for each group of multimedia information, acquiring search words input by the user corresponding to the group of multimedia information from the search record of the user; the searching time of the searching word is behind the browsing time of the group of multimedia information, and the time interval between the searching time of the searching word and the browsing time of the group of multimedia information is not greater than a preset time threshold;
for each group of multimedia information, screening at least one search keyword from search words input by a plurality of sample users;
and aiming at each multimedia information in the multi-group multimedia information, constructing the keyword database based on the association relationship between the content identification of the multimedia information and the corresponding at least one search keyword.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, at least one search keyword is screened from search terms input by a plurality of sample users, including:

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, at least one search keyword is screened from search terms input by a plurality of sample users, including:
extracting semantic information of each multimedia information or each group of multimedia information;

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, presenting the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page includes:
acquiring the searching frequency of the searching keyword corresponding to each recommended multimedia information from the searching record;
and sending the search frequency of the search keyword corresponding to each piece of recommended multimedia information and the access link of at least one piece of recommended multimedia information to the terminal interface, so that the terminal interface displays the corresponding access link of the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page according to the sequence that the search frequency is reduced in sequence.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, acquiring at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with a search keyword includes:
acquiring at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword, including:
acquiring multimedia information of which the title or the abstract comprise the search keyword from a multimedia information database to obtain a plurality of related multimedia information;
and taking the relevant multimedia information with the browsed times larger than the preset times as the recommended multimedia information.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising:
if an access request of a user for an access link of any recommended multimedia information through the terminal interface is received, acquiring a search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information which the user requests to access;
and updating the content identification of the multimedia information and the search keyword corresponding to the recommended multimedia information which is requested to be accessed by the user into the keyword database.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a multimedia information recommendation apparatus including:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the content identification of the multimedia information displayed on the terminal interface;
the second acquisition module is used for determining a search keyword corresponding to the content identifier and acquiring at least one piece of recommended multimedia information associated with the search keyword;
and the display module is used for monitoring that the terminal interface returns to an information flow recommendation page and displaying the recommended multimedia information on the information flow recommendation page.
