As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the flow 400 of the method for pushing information in this embodiment highlights steps of expanding the method for obtaining the house source selection condition corresponding to the user, obtaining the house source preference feature information of the user, and selecting the candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set as the pushing information. Therefore, the scheme described in the embodiment can realize diversified information processing, and can make the push information in the push information set more conform to the preference of the user.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of an apparatus for pushing information, which corresponds to the method embodiment shown in fig. 2, and which is particularly applicable to various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 for pushing information of the present embodiment may include: the first obtaining unit 501 is configured to obtain a house source selection condition corresponding to a user; the first generating unit 502 is configured to select house source information meeting the house source selection condition from a preset house source information set as candidate house source information, and generate a candidate house source information set, wherein the house source information corresponds to house source characteristic information; the second obtaining unit 503 is configured to obtain the property information of the house source preference of the user; the second generating unit 504 is configured to select candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set as push information based on a matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set, and generate a push information set; the push unit 505 is configured to push the set of push information to the terminal device used by the user.
In the present embodiment, in the apparatus 500 for pushing information: for specific processing of the first obtaining unit 501, the first generating unit 502, the second obtaining unit 503, the second generating unit 504 and the pushing unit 505 and technical effects brought by the processing, reference may be made to the related descriptions of step 201, step 202, step 203, step 204 and step 205 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and details are not repeated here.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the first obtaining unit 501 may be further configured to: analyzing a first house source information group formed by house source information displayed to a user, and determining an attribute value corresponding to a house source attribute in a preset house source attribute group; and generating a house source selection condition corresponding to the user based on the determined attribute value.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the second obtaining unit 503 may be further configured to: and analyzing a second house source information group formed by the house source information triggered by the user to determine the house source preference characteristic information.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the second generating unit 504 may include: a removal subunit (not shown in the figure) configured to remove the candidate house source information included in the second house source information group from the candidate house source information set; and the selecting subunit (not shown in the figure) is configured to select the candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set after the removing operation as the information to be pushed based on the matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set after the removing operation.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the selecting subunit may be further configured to: inputting the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set after the removing operation into a target prediction model to obtain a prediction result, wherein the target prediction model is used for predicting the matching degree between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information; and selecting the candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set after the removing operation as the pushing information based on the prediction result.
According to the device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the house source selection condition corresponding to the user is obtained, then the house source information meeting the house source selection condition is selected from the preset house source information set to serve as the candidate house source information, the candidate house source information set is generated, then the house source preference characteristic information of the user is obtained, then the candidate house source information is selected from the candidate house source information set to serve as the pushing information based on the matching relation between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set, the pushing information set is generated, and finally the pushing information set is pushed to the terminal equipment used by the user, so that the targeted information pushing is achieved, and the house source information interested by the user can be pushed to the user. In addition, according to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the interested house source information is actively pushed to the user, so that the search cost of the user can be saved, and the time spent by the user in searching on the network is reduced.
Referring now to FIG. 6, a schematic diagram of an electronic device (e.g., server 105 of FIG. 1) 600 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a fixed terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, electronic device 600 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 601 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage means 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 are also stored. The processing device 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 605: input devices 606 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; output devices 607 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; a storage device 608 including, for example, a hard disk; and a communication device 609. The communication means 609 may allow the electronic device 600 to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 6 illustrates an electronic device 600 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided. Each block shown in fig. 6 may represent one device or may represent multiple devices as desired.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 609, or may be installed from the storage means 608, or may be installed from the ROM 602. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 601, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In embodiments of the disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In embodiments of the present disclosure, however, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to: acquiring a house source selection condition corresponding to a user; selecting house source information meeting the house source selection condition from a preset house source information set as candidate house source information, and generating a candidate house source information set, wherein the house source information corresponds to house source characteristic information; acquiring the house source preference characteristic information of a user; based on the matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set, selecting the candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set as push information to generate a push information set; and pushing the push information set to the terminal equipment used by the user.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. Here, the name of the unit does not constitute a limitation to the unit itself in some cases, and for example, the acquiring unit may also be described as a "unit that acquires a house source selection condition corresponding to the user".

Claims (12)

1. A method for pushing information, comprising:
acquiring a house source selection condition corresponding to a user;
selecting house source information meeting the house source selection condition from a preset house source information set as candidate house source information, and generating a candidate house source information set, wherein the house source information corresponds to house source characteristic information;
acquiring the house source preference characteristic information of the user;
based on the matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set, selecting the candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set as push information to generate a push information set;
and pushing the push information set to the terminal equipment used by the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the house source selection condition corresponding to the user comprises:
analyzing a first house source information group formed by the house source information displayed to the user, and determining an attribute value corresponding to the house source attribute in a preset house source attribute group;
and generating a house source selection condition corresponding to the user based on the determined attribute value.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the property information of the user's house source preference comprises:
and analyzing a second house source information group formed by the house source information triggered by the user, and determining the house source preference characteristic information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the selecting, from the candidate house source information set, the candidate house source information as the push information based on the matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set comprises:
removing candidate house source information contained in the second house source information group from the candidate house source information set;
and selecting candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set after the removal operation as information to be pushed based on the matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set after the removal operation.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the selecting, based on the matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the removed candidate house source information set, the candidate house source information from the removed candidate house source information set as the information to be pushed comprises:
inputting the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the removed candidate house source information set into a target prediction model to obtain a prediction result, wherein the target prediction model is used for predicting the matching degree between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information;
and selecting candidate house source information from the removed candidate house source information set as push information based on the prediction result.
6. An apparatus for pushing information, comprising:
a first acquisition unit configured to acquire a house source selection condition corresponding to a user;
the first generation unit is configured to select house source information meeting the house source selection condition from a preset house source information set to serve as candidate house source information, and generate a candidate house source information set, wherein the house source information corresponds to the house source characteristic information;
a second obtaining unit configured to obtain the property information of the house source preference of the user;
a second generation unit, configured to select candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set as push information based on a matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set, and generate a push information set;
a pushing unit configured to push the pushed information set to a terminal device used by the user.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first obtaining unit is further configured to:
analyzing a first house source information group formed by the house source information displayed to the user, and determining an attribute value corresponding to the house source attribute in a preset house source attribute group;
and generating a house source selection condition corresponding to the user based on the determined attribute value.
8. The apparatus of claim 6 or 7, wherein the second obtaining unit is further configured to:
and analyzing a second house source information group formed by the house source information triggered by the user, and determining the house source preference characteristic information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the second generating unit comprises:
a removal subunit configured to remove the candidate house source information included in the second house source information group from the candidate house source information set;
and the selecting subunit is configured to select the candidate house source information from the candidate house source information set after the removing operation as the information to be pushed based on the matching relationship between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the candidate house source information set after the removing operation.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the selecting subunit is further configured to:
inputting the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information corresponding to the candidate house source information in the removed candidate house source information set into a target prediction model to obtain a prediction result, wherein the target prediction model is used for predicting the matching degree between the house source preference characteristic information and the house source characteristic information;
and selecting candidate house source information from the removed candidate house source information set as push information based on the prediction result.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-5.
12. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1-5.
