技术领域
本发明属于噻虫胺检测领域,具体涉及一种测试噻虫胺的时间分辨荧光免疫层析试纸卡。
背景技术
噻虫胺是高效安全的新型杀虫剂,具有触杀、胃毒和内吸活性,噻虫胺主要用于农作物上防治半翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目和某些鳞翅目类害虫,具有优异的内吸和渗透作用,比传统烟碱类杀虫剂优异;随着人们对健康问题的逐渐重视,农药残留的检测也日益成为热点,传统的噻虫胺多采用色谱法进行检测,但此类检测方法,虽然检测准确,但由于前处理复杂,导致检测成本高、时间长,不能满足大量快速检测的需求。
鉴于现有技术的不足,现需要一种测试噻虫胺的时间分辨荧光免疫层析试纸卡,在保证检测灵敏度的前提下,提高样品的检测效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种测试噻虫胺的时间分辨荧光免疫层析试纸卡,提高样品的吸收速度和扩散速度,提高检测灵敏度和检测效率。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种测试噻虫胺的时间分辨荧光免疫层析试纸卡,包括底板,所述底板上依次设有样品垫、结合垫、NC膜和吸收垫;所述结合垫上包括检测微球和质控微球,所述检测微球为表面包被有噻虫胺单抗的荧光微球,所述质控微球为表面包被有兔抗标记蛋白的荧光微球;所述NC膜上设有检测线和质控线,所述检测线和所述质控线的长度均与所述NC膜的宽度相同,所述检测线上包被有噻虫胺抗原,所述质控线上包被有抗兔抗体;所述样品垫一端设有第一卡持部;所述结合垫两端分别设有第二卡持部和第三卡持部;所述NC膜一端设有第四卡持部,所述NC膜另一端与所述吸收垫衔接;且所述第一卡持部、第二卡持部、第三卡持部和第四卡持部均为半弧形结构;所述第一卡持部与所述第二卡持部相互贴合,所述第三卡持部与所述第四卡持部相互贴合;弧形的结构可第一卡持部、第二卡持部、第三卡持部和第四卡持部之间更好,更便捷准确的衔接;第一卡持部与第二卡持部相互贴合,第三卡持部与第四卡持部相互贴合;通过半弧状的卡持部提高样品垫与结合垫之间的结合面积,以及结合垫和NC膜的结合面积,可大大提高样品的扩散速度,进而可有效提高检测的效率和灵敏度,通过半弧状卡持部的相互卡合,可提高试纸的结构稳定性,确保产品质量的可靠性;
优选的,所述样品垫另一端上侧面设有若干凹槽状结构,参见附图1,如此可大大提高样品的扩散接触面积,加快样品的扩散速度,进而提高吸收的速度,利于提高检测效率和灵敏度;
优选的,所述第一卡持部与所述样品垫;所述第二卡持部、第三卡持部与结合垫;第四卡持部与所述NC膜均为一体成型结构,一体成型结构牢靠,且结合稳定;
优选的,所述底板上设有半弧形的第一支撑部和第二支撑部;所述第一支撑部位于第二卡持部下侧;第二支撑部位于第三卡持部下侧,通过支撑部的支撑作用,可提高卡持部的稳定性;
优选的,所述NC膜与所述吸收垫的衔接处呈波浪形,即所述NC膜的端面上呈凹凸相间的结构;所述吸收垫的端面上呈凹凸相间的结构;所述NC膜与所述吸收垫相互嵌入卡合;如此结构可大大提高样品的扩散速度,进而可有效提高检测的效率和灵敏度,通过半弧状卡持部的相互卡合,可提高试纸的结构稳定性,确保产品质量的可靠性;

优选的,所述第二卡持部的上侧面设有凸起,所述凸起的宽度小于所述第二卡持部宽度,如此可确保卡合的稳定和增大接触面积;所述第一卡持部下侧面设有条形的凹槽;所述凸起嵌入所述凹槽内,可提高样品的接触面积,进而提高吸收的速度,可大大提高样品的扩散速度。

本发明通过提高样品垫与结合垫之间的结合面积,以及结合垫和NC膜的结合面积,可大大提高样品的扩散速度,进而可有效提高检测的效率和灵敏度,通过卡持部的结构可提高试纸的结构稳定性,确保产品质量的可靠性。
