背景技术
在我国大部分北方地区,由于长期处于高寒环境下的引发的中老年病腿等风湿、类风湿性关节炎,是长期深远影响人们健康的因素,因此在偏寒环境下生效且具有一定吸湿能力的地板也就更能被北方市场接受。
众所周知,在我国北方的秋冬季节,深寒期约有四个月,这四个月间乡镇极大数量的人群处于农闲时期,长期居家,通常以暖气、热炕、饮酒等手段抵御严寒,但在此环境下时间过长后,由于缺乏锻炼和长期坐卧或饮酒,人体也更易生成风湿、痛风等疾病隐患,因此从养生角度考虑因适应增加室内运动。而以室内运动作成为主要锻炼手段,其地板本身的强度、柔软度(影响脚感)、耐疲劳性能和隔音性能就是重要考量因素了,同时在有条件的情况下,可以为室内增加一定的吸湿消毒的保健功能在长久看来也是甚为重要的。
因此,市面上急需一种吸湿、自消毒、长期挥发消毒成份、柔软、隔音的耐潮自消毒环保隔音地板及其制造方法。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种吸湿、自消毒、长期挥发消毒成份、柔软、隔音的耐潮自消毒环保隔音地板制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种耐潮自消毒环保隔音地板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备
①原材料准备:按重量份准备慈竹200份-220份、冰醋酸50份-60份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物50份-60份、氧化铝粉末1份-1.2份;
②辅材准备:准备足量生物酶水剂、足量溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液;
2)竹纤维布制造
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的慈竹置于水中煮沸1h-1.5h,然后取出后机械挤压成条,至破碎后的竹条直径1mm-3mm,获得原材慈竹条;
②步骤①获得的原材慈竹条在2MPa-2.5MPa蒸汽压力、130℃-135℃的蒸汽温度环境下焖蒸25min-30min,然后将焖蒸后的竹条完全浸入到生物酶水剂中进行脱胶处理,将脱胶后获得的去除胶质的竹纤维网管机械梳理成丝,获得硬竹丝;
③将步骤②获得的硬竹丝浸入溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液中,持续1.5h-2h,取出已经软化的硬竹丝,获得竹纤维;
④将步骤③获得的竹纤维按布料的四平针法纺织成纤维布,获得所需竹纤维布;
3)填料固化整合
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的冰醋酸加热至20℃-25℃至冰醋酸完全熔化,获得预制熔池;
②将阶段2)步骤④获得的竹纤维布完全浸入步骤①获得的预制熔池中,然后冷却至5℃-10℃至预制熔池完全冷却,获得固体混合物,该固体混合物即为所需固化整合的填料;
4)地板成型加工
①将阶段3)步骤②获得的固化整合的填料机械切割加工为与地板内核设计尺寸相适应的形状和尺寸,获得地板核块;
②以阶段1)步骤①准备的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物为整合封装材料,预留4份-5份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物后,将其它乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物全部热熔后采用热压成型工艺将步骤①获得的地板核块完全包裹并热压成为与地板外形设计尺寸相适应但厚度相较设计尺寸小的形状和尺寸,获得半成型固化地板;
③将步骤②预留的4份-5份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物热熔后与阶段1)步骤①准备的氧化铝粉末完全混合均匀,再将混合熔体均匀刷涂在步骤②获得的半成型固化地板上表面,烘烤冷却后机械加工抛光至达到设计尺寸,即获得所需隔音地板。

与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明采用的填料为竹纤维和冰醋酸,其中冰醋酸具有较强的吸湿性,能在较高湿度的地区提供有效防护,同时,挥发的醋酸分子能有效杀灭空气中的有毒气体或部分有害微生物,能起到一定的保健作用。(2)本发明具有自吸热能力,作为功能填料的冰醋酸一方面可以在固体状态下作为空穴形成的因素存在于地板整体中,一方面在温度超过16.5℃后其中的水合物熔化吸热,维持温度的稳定,熔化后作为液态存在,自身就具有了良好的隔音阻音效果,更兼之秋冬季的北方室内多有暖气,室内温度在有人居家时长期处于20℃左右,与本发明特殊填料的最佳使用区间相重合,更增加了本发明的适性。(3)本发明不是传统的整竹纤维直接热压应用,而是在除去了纤维质之外的部分后将纤维按布料的整合方式重新编织后完成现填充具有保健功能的冰醋酸,再经乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物固化成型,因此没有受热会因原竹质材质问题开裂或变形。(4)本发明的隔音地板,其耐火性能为B1级,燃烧碳化后无毒、臭烟气产生;弹性模量不低于28GPa,静曲强度不低于275MPa,高于一般竹地板;其隔音性能分为两个区间,在16.5℃以下时,冰醋酸主要以固态颗粒的形式存在,吸声系数范围NRC=0.6-0.65,隔音量可以达到22dB-28dB,在16.5℃以上时,冰醋酸主要以液态的形式存在,吸声系数范围NRC=0.7-0.75,隔音量可以达到20dB-25dB,两种不同的消声隔声机理共同作用,使本发明能适应更广的范围场景。(5)本发明整体结构材料为丝线化的竹纤维和乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物,因此整体呈现极好的柔韧性,一是进一步提升本发明的隔音性能、降噪隔音,二是能承受更多频次的踩踏且脚感舒适。因此,本发明具有吸湿、自消毒、长期挥发消毒成份、柔软、隔音的特性。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
制备一种耐潮自消毒环保隔音地板,包括以下步骤:
①原材料准备:按重量份准备慈竹212kg、冰醋酸56kg、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物53kg、氧化铝粉末1.1kg、足量生物酶水剂、足量溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液;
②将慈竹置于水中煮沸1h-1.5h,然后取出后机械挤压成条,至破碎后的竹条直径1mm-3mm,获得原材慈竹条;将原材慈竹条在2MPa-2.5MPa蒸汽压力、130℃-135℃的蒸汽温度环境下焖蒸25min-30min,然后将焖蒸后的竹条完全浸入到生物酶水剂中进行脱胶处理,将脱胶后获得的去除胶质的竹纤维网管机械梳理成丝,获得硬竹丝;将硬竹丝浸入溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液中,持续1.5h-2h,取出已经软化的硬竹丝,获得竹纤维;将竹纤维按布料的四平针法纺织成纤维布,获得所需竹纤维布;
③将冰醋酸加热至20℃-25℃至冰醋酸完全熔化,获得预制熔池;将竹纤维布完全浸入预制熔池中,然后冷却至5℃-10℃至预制熔池完全冷却,获得固体混合物,该固体混合物即为所需固化整合的填料;
④将固化整合的填料机械切割加工为与地板内核设计尺寸相适应的形状和尺寸,获得地板核块;以乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物为整合封装材料,预留4kg-5kg的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物后,将其它乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物全部热熔后采用热压成型工艺将地板核块完全包裹并热压成为与地板外形设计尺寸相适应但厚度相较设计尺寸小的形状和尺寸,获得半成型固化地板;将预留的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物热熔后与氧化铝粉末完全混合均匀,再将混合熔体均匀刷涂在半成型固化地板上表面,烘烤冷却后机械加工抛光至达到设计尺寸,即获得所需隔音地板。
根据本实施例制造的隔音涂料,其耐火性能为B1级,燃烧碳化后无毒、臭烟气产生;弹性模量不低于28GPa,静曲强度不低于275MPa,高于一般竹地板;其隔音性能分为两个区间,在16.5℃以下时,冰醋酸主要以固态颗粒的形式存在,吸声系数范围NRC=0.6-0.65,隔音量可以达到22dB-28dB,在16.5℃以上时,冰醋酸主要以液态的形式存在,吸声系数范围NRC=0.7-0.75,隔音量可以达到20dB-25dB;下同。
实施例2:
整体与实施例1一致,差异之处在于:
①原材料准备:按重量份准备慈竹200kg、冰醋酸60kg、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物60kg、氧化铝粉末1.2kg;
实施例3:
整体与实施例1一致,差异之处在于:
①原材料准备:按重量份准备慈竹220kg、冰醋酸50kg、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物50kg、氧化铝粉末1kg;

Claims (2)

1.一种耐潮自消毒环保隔音地板,其特征在于:该隔音涂料由封装材料、功能填料及表面耐磨层三部分组成,其中封装材料为以按重量份计45份-56份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物为原材料制备的有机物基体,功能填料为以按重量份计慈竹200份-220份、冰醋酸50份-60份为原材料制备的竹纤维复合材料,表面耐磨层为以按重量份计4份-5份、氧化铝粉末1份-1.2份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物为原材料制备的耐磨复合材料。
2.一种耐潮自消毒环保隔音地板的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备
①原材料准备:按重量份准备慈竹200份-220份、冰醋酸50份-60份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物50份-60份、氧化铝粉末1份-1.2份;
②辅材准备:准备足量生物酶水剂、足量溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液;
2)竹纤维布制造
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的慈竹置于水中煮沸1h-1.5h,然后取出后机械挤压成条,至破碎后的竹条直径1mm-3mm,获得原材慈竹条;
②步骤①获得的原材慈竹条在2MPa-2.5MPa蒸汽压力、130℃-135℃的蒸汽温度环境下焖蒸25min-30min,然后将焖蒸后的竹条完全浸入到生物酶水剂中进行脱胶处理,将脱胶后获得的去除胶质的竹纤维网管机械梳理成丝,获得硬竹丝;
③将步骤②获得的硬竹丝浸入溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液中,持续1.5h-2h,取出已经软化的硬竹丝,获得竹纤维;
④将步骤③获得的竹纤维按布料的四平针法纺织成纤维布,获得所需竹纤维布;
3)填料固化整合
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的冰醋酸加热至20℃-25℃至冰醋酸完全熔化,获得预制熔池;
②将阶段2)步骤④获得的竹纤维布完全浸入步骤①获得的预制熔池中,然后冷却至5℃-10℃至预制熔池完全冷却,获得固体混合物,该固体混合物即为所需固化整合的填料;
4)地板成型加工
①将阶段3)步骤②获得的固化整合的填料机械切割加工为与地板内核设计尺寸相适应的形状和尺寸,获得地板核块;
②以阶段1)步骤①准备的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物为整合封装材料,预留4份-5份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物后,将其它乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物全部热熔后采用热压成型工艺将步骤①获得的地板核块完全包裹并热压成为与地板外形设计尺寸相适应但厚度相较设计尺寸小的形状和尺寸,获得半成型固化地板;
③将步骤②预留的4份-5份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物热熔后与阶段1)步骤①准备的氧化铝粉末完全混合均匀,再将混合熔体均匀刷涂在步骤②获得的半成型固化地板上表面,烘烤冷却后机械加工抛光至达到设计尺寸,即获得所需隔音地板。
