Abstract
本发明公开了一种钢结构除锈方法,其除锈方法包括以下步骤:(1)清除钢结构表面杂质:使用电动钢丝砂轮对钢结构基面杂物进行机械清理;(2)钢结构表面除锈:将钢结构平稳放入除锈池,采用浸泡式除锈,除锈池中除锈液的液位应完全浸没钢结构;(3)在除锈液除锈完成后,用清水冲洗金属产品表面;(4)漂洗工序完成后,将钢结构在烘干设备中进行干燥处理,干燥完成即可进行钢结构的防腐工序;(5)对干燥后的钢结构采用电弧喷涂防腐涂层的方式进行防腐处理。其工艺简单,除锈效果好;除锈废液可倒入下水道,绿色、环保,可由微生物降解。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构除锈领域,尤其涉及一种钢结构除锈方法。
背景技术
钢结构的防腐性能是影响钢结构使用寿命、结构安全性等的主要因素,目前国内钢结构传统的除锈防腐措施主要有抛丸除锈、喷砂除锈和酸洗除锈三种方法,其中抛丸除锈和喷砂除锈的不足之处是除锈有死角并且没有防腐工序,使得钢结构容易除锈后二次锈蚀,酸洗除锈中废液的排放会造成严重的环境污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种钢结构除锈方法,其工艺简单,除锈效果好;除锈废液可倒入下水道,绿色、环保,可由微生物降解。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种钢结构除锈方法,其除锈方法包括以下步骤:
(1)清除钢结构表面杂质:使用电动钢丝砂轮对钢结构基面杂物进行机械清理;
(2)钢结构表面除锈:将钢结构平稳放入除锈池,采用浸泡式除锈,除锈池中除锈液的液位应完全浸没钢结构;
(3)在除锈液除锈完成后,用清水冲洗金属产品表面;
(4)漂洗工序完成后,将钢结构在烘干设备中进行干燥处理,干燥完成即可进行钢结构的防腐工序;
(5)对干燥后的钢结构采用电弧喷涂防腐涂层的方式进行防腐处理。
进一步,所述除锈液由以下质量配比的原料制成:硅酸钠5-15份、磷酸15-25份、十二烷基硫酸钠20-40、次磷酸钙15-35份、四硼酸钾5-25份、钼酸铵4-24份、去离子水50-120份。
进一步,通过电弧喷涂钢结构,由里及外依次是阳极性金属涂层、封闭底漆涂层、中间漆涂层和面漆涂层。
进一步,采用喷涂设备工作电流为200-500A,喷涂工作电压为25-40V,电弧喷涂钢结构涂层厚度为200-300μm。
本发明的有益效果为:
其工艺简单,除锈效果好;除锈废液可倒入下水道,绿色、环保,可由微生物降解;采用浸泡式除锈,使得除锈无死角并且设有防腐工序,使得钢结构除锈后有效避免了二次锈蚀。

一种钢结构除锈方法,其除锈方法包括以下步骤:

(2)钢结构表面除锈:将钢结构平稳放入除锈池,采用浸泡式除锈,除锈池中除锈液的液位应完全浸没钢结构;

(4)漂洗工序完成后,将钢结构在烘干设备中进行干燥处理,干燥完成即可进行钢结构的防腐工序;
(5)对干燥后的钢结构采用电弧喷涂防腐涂层的方式进行防腐处理。

1.一种钢结构除锈方法,其特征在于,其除锈方法包括以下步骤:
(1)清除钢结构表面杂质:使用电动钢丝砂轮对钢结构基面杂物进行机械清理;
(2)钢结构表面除锈:将钢结构平稳放入除锈池,采用浸泡式除锈,除锈池中除锈液的液位应完全浸没钢结构;
(3)在除锈液除锈完成后,用清水冲洗金属产品表面;
(4)漂洗工序完成后,将钢结构在烘干设备中进行干燥处理,干燥完成即可进行钢结构的防腐工序;
(5)对干燥后的钢结构采用电弧喷涂防腐涂层的方式进行防腐处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构除锈方法,其特征在于,所述除锈液由以下质量配比的原料制成:硅酸钠5-15份、磷酸15-25份、十二烷基硫酸钠20-40、次磷酸钙15-35份、四硼酸钾5-25份、钼酸铵4-24份、去离子水50-120份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构除锈方法,其特征在于,通过电弧喷涂钢结构,由里及外依次是阳极性金属涂层、封闭底漆涂层、中间漆涂层和面漆涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢结构除锈方法,其特征在于,采用喷涂设备工作电流为200-500A,喷涂工作电压为25-40V,电弧喷涂钢结构涂层厚度为200-300μm。
