Abstract
The invention discloses a method for removing sludge on the surface of wet colored drawing pottery in ancient ruined soil, which comprises the steps of uniformly stirring aqueous epoxy emulsion and water at room temperature to prepare a film-forming material, uniformly spraying the film-forming material on the surface of the wet colored drawing pottery with a sludge layer on the surface in a mist form, naturally drying the wet colored drawing pottery in a room temperature environment, and taking the film layer and the sludge layer off after the film layer and the sludge layer are raised, so that the surface of the colored drawing pottery can be cleaned. The invention adopts an auxiliary film forming method and borrows stress difference, the cracked film layer and the mud layer are taken down together, the mud layer can be removed, the bottom colored drawing layer is exposed, the damage effect on colored drawing is extremely small, the original appearance of the bottom colored drawing can be kept to the greatest extent, the retention of the cultural relic colored drawing layer is better, the treatment effect of the archaeological unearthed colored drawing ceramic cultural relics is greatly improved, the selected materials and methods are simple, the on-site treatment principle is met, and the minimum intervention principle on the cultural relics is also met.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cultural relic protection, and particularly relates to a method for removing sludge on the surface of a wet colored drawing pottery after ancient examination.
Background
In the civilization history of Chinese nationalities, the appearance of painted pottery pushes the decoration process of pottery making to a brand new height, and the painted pottery becomes a wonderful flower in the civilization history of China. Painted pottery is different from painted pottery in the age of new stone ware and glazed pottery, and various colors are painted on the fired pottery. The colored drawing of the archaeological unearthed colored drawing pottery is prepared by blending animal or vegetable glue and mineral pigment and then directly drawing on the surface of the fired pottery. Because the colored drawing pottery is buried underground for a long time and is influenced by various environmental factors, the natural cement in the colored drawing pigment is aged and loses the effect, the colored drawing layer becomes very fragile, and the whole or local falling of the colored drawing layer is easy to occur in the cleaning process. Meanwhile, the sludge and the colored drawing layer are difficult to separate due to the mutual permeation of the colored drawing layer and the sludge layer, and the sludge layer is usually stripped together with the colored drawing layer when the sludge layer is dried, so that great danger is formed for colored drawing preservation of colored drawing pottery, and the artistic value and the research value of the colored drawing pottery are greatly influenced. Therefore, it is important to select a method to peel the sludge layer from the colored drawing layer as soon as possible after the colored drawing is unearthed.
At present, the clay on the surface of the painted pottery is cleaned mainly by a mechanical method, or the wet painted pottery covered with a mud layer is integrally pre-reinforced and then the clay on the surface is removed by the mechanical method, the method mainly has the problems that the mud layer and the painted pottery can be simultaneously reinforced, the difficulty is still large when the clay is separately removed, and the mud layer and the painted pottery can still be peeled off together if the clay is careless; for dry colored drawing pottery, the method adopted is to drip alcohol solution on the mud layer covering position for local loosening of soil, and then mechanically remove the soil, and the method is required to ensure that the bonding degree of the colored drawing layer and the pottery body is better.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a method which can effectively remove the sludge on the surface of the wet colored drawing pottery from the ancient ruined soil, has small damage effect on a colored drawing layer and can furthest reserve the fragile cultural relic colored drawing.
Aiming at the purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: uniformly stirring water-based epoxy emulsion with solid content of 10-25% and distilled water according to the volume ratio of 1: 4-1: 2 at room temperature to prepare a film-forming material; the film forming material is evenly sprayed on the surface of the wet colored drawing pottery with the silt layer on the surface in a fog shape, the wet colored drawing pottery is naturally dried in a room temperature environment, and after the film layer and the silt layer are raised, the film layer and the silt layer are taken down together in a lifting way, so that the surface of the colored drawing pottery is cleaned.
In the method, the water-based epoxy emulsion with the solid content of 18-20% and distilled water are preferably uniformly stirred at room temperature according to the volume ratio of 1: 3-3: 7 to prepare the film-forming material.
The pH value of the water-based epoxy emulsion is 6-8, and the prepared film forming material can form a film when being sprayed on the surface of a wet mud layer for 24 hours at room temperature.
In the above method, the thickness of the sludge layer is preferably < 2 mm.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention uses the water-based epoxy emulsion as the film forming material, and because the water-based epoxy emulsion is water-based emulsion and does not repel a moist sludge layer, the permeability on the surface of moist and sludge painted pottery is very low, and the epoxy mainly forms a film on the surface of the sludge. After the epoxy resin is sprayed on the surface of the sludge layer, a small part of the epoxy resin gradually permeates into the sludge layer, but most of the epoxy resin particles cannot permeate into the sludge layer, the epoxy resin is only dried on the surface to form a film, and the film layer and the sludge layer are well combined. In the historical relic lasts the drying process, rete, soil layer, colored drawing layer humidity are different, lead to the stress difference for the rete rises to stick up the chap, and rete and mud layer separate with the colored drawing layer together, and at this moment, through simple physical method, take off the rete of checking up and mud layer together and just can expose bottom colored drawing layer, and the destructive action to the colored drawing is minimum.
2. The method adopts an auxiliary film forming method and borrows stress difference to remove the sludge layer, can furthest reserve the original appearance of the bottom colored drawing, has better effect on reserving the cultural relic colored drawing layer, greatly improves the treatment effect of the archaeological unearthed colored drawing pottery cultural relics, has simpler selected materials and methods, accords with the field treatment principle, and also accords with the minimum intervention principle of the cultural relics.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Example 1
250mL of an aqueous epoxy emulsion having a solid content of 20% (pH 7.05, density 1.05(20 ℃)) was added to 750mL of deionized water, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature to obtain a film-forming material. Processing the thickness of the sludge layer on the surface of the wet colored drawing pottery from the archaeological soil to be less than 2mm, then filling the prepared film-forming material into a spray can, uniformly spraying the film-forming material on the sludge layer on the surface of the colored drawing pottery in a mist shape, naturally drying the film-forming material in a room temperature environment, and taking the film-forming material and the sludge layer off together in a tearing way after the film layer and the sludge layer are raised.
In this embodiment, the stained pottery with sludge on the surface is shown in fig. 1, the photo of the lifted membrane layer and the mud layer after the treatment by the above method is shown in fig. 2, and the stained pottery with sludge removed after the lifted membrane layer is lifted is shown in fig. 3. As can be seen from figure 3, the cracked film layer and the mud layer can be taken down together to expose the bottom colored drawing layer, the damage to the colored drawing is extremely small, the original appearance of the bottom colored drawing can be kept to the maximum extent, and the preservation of the cultural relic colored drawing layer is better.
Example 2
200mL of an aqueous epoxy emulsion having a solid content of 20% (pH 7.05 and density 1.05(20 ℃) was added to 800mL of deionized water, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature to obtain a film-forming material. The method comprises the steps of removing the part with silt on the surface of the wet colored drawing pottery by a mechanical method until the thickness of a mud layer is less than 2mm, and then uniformly spraying the prepared film-forming material on the surface of the mud layer, wherein the part without the mud layer is not sprayed as far as possible, so that the colored drawing layer is prevented from peeling together. Naturally drying in room temperature environment, and taking off the film layer and the mud layer by taking off the film layer and the mud layer after the film layer and the mud layer are raised.
In this example, the painted pottery with sludge on the surface is shown in fig. 4, and the painted pottery with the removed soil on the surface and repaired is shown in fig. 5 after the raised layer is removed.
Example 3

In this example, the painted pottery with sludge on the surface is shown in fig. 6, and the painted pottery with the removed soil on the surface and repaired is shown in fig. 7 after the raised layer is removed.
Claims (3)
1. A method for removing sludge on the surface of wet colored drawing pottery in ancient ruined soil is characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly stirring water-based epoxy emulsion with the solid content of 18-20% and distilled water according to the volume ratio of 1: 3-3: 7 at room temperature to prepare a film-forming material; uniformly spraying the film-forming material on the surface of a wet colored drawing pottery with a silt layer on the surface in a fog shape, naturally drying the pottery in a room temperature environment, and taking off the pottery and the film layer in a tearing way after the pottery and the film layer are raised so as to clean the surface of the colored drawing pottery;
the pH value of the water-based epoxy emulsion is 6-8.
2. The method for removing sludge on the surface of the wet ancient painted pottery according to claim 1, wherein: the film-forming material can form a film within 24 hours after being sprayed on the surface of the moist mud layer at room temperature.
3. The method for removing sludge on the surface of the wet ancient painted pottery according to claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the sludge layer is less than 2 mm.
