as shown in fig. 1 and 3-4, the cooling mechanism 22 includes a third motor 21, a driving wheel 22, a conveyor belt 23, a rotating shaft 24, a rotating shaft housing 25, a cooling air box 26, a fan blade 27 and an air inlet pipe 28, the third motor 21 is installed inside the support frame 11, the third motor 21 is installed below the first feeding box 12, one end of the third motor 21 is connected with the driving wheel 22, the rotating shaft 24, the rotating shaft housing 25, the cooling air box 26 and the air inlet pipe 28 are all installed below the discharging pipe 19, the bottom end of the discharging pipe 19 is installed on the upper surface of the air inlet pipe 28, the bottom end of the discharging pipe 19 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 28, the air inlet pipe 28 is installed obliquely, one end of the air inlet pipe 28 is communicated with the cooling air box 26, the bottom end of the cooling air box 26 is provided with a rectangular opening, one side surface of the cooling air box 26 is connected with the air inlet pipe 28, the, one end of the rotating shaft 24 is connected with the fan blades 27, the other end of the rotating shaft 24 is connected with the driving wheel 22 through the conveyor belt 23, the third motor 21 can drive the driving wheel 22 to rotate, the rotating shaft 24 is further driven to rotate through the conveyor belt 23, and the rotating shaft drives the fan blades 27 to rotate in the cold air box 26;
as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the liquid nitrogen mechanism 3 includes a liquid nitrogen box 31, a nitrogen inlet pipe 32, a flow dividing plate 33, a communicating pipe 34, a flow-through cone 35 and a limiting frame 36, the liquid nitrogen box 31 is installed on the supporting frame 11, the cold air box 26 is installed at the middle position between the first feeding box 12 and the liquid nitrogen box 31, the flow dividing plate 33, the communicating pipe 34, the flow-through cone 35 and the limiting frame 36 are all installed inside the liquid nitrogen box 31, the flow dividing plate 33, the communicating pipe 34 and the limiting frame 36 are installed from top to bottom in sequence, a plurality of flow-through cones 35 are vertically fixed on the upper surface of the bottom end inside the liquid nitrogen box 31, the top end of each flow-through cone 35 is connected with the communicating pipe 34, the flow-through cones 35 are communicated with each other, two limiting frames 36 are horizontally installed on the side surface of the flow-through cone 35, the flow dividing plate 33 is installed above the communicating pipe 34, the top end of the communicating pipe, the nitrogen inlet pipe 32 is communicated with the flow distribution plate 33;
as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the crushing mechanism 4 comprises a mixing box 41, a crushing box 42, a fourth motor 43, a crushing rod 44, a crushing cutter head 45, a discharge port 46 and a cold air outlet 47, the mixing box 41 is arranged below the cold air box 26 and the liquid nitrogen box 31, the mixing box 41 is respectively communicated with the cold air box 26 and the liquid nitrogen box 31, the mixing box 41, the fourth motor 43, the crushing box 42 and the discharge port 46 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the top end of the crushing box 42 is connected with the mixing box 41, the lower surface of the bottom end of the crushing box 42 is provided with the discharge port 46, the fourth motor 43 is arranged on the upper surface of the crushing box 42, the crushing rod 44 and the crushing cutter head 45 are arranged inside the crushing box 42, the crushing rod 44 penetrates through the upper surface of the crushing box 42, the top end of the crushing rod 44 is connected with the fourth motor 43, the bottom end of the crushing rod 44 is connected with the crushing cutter head 45, the upper, the fourth motor 43 operates to rotate the crushing rod 44, and further drives the crushing cutter head 45 to rotate, so as to crush the material.
The working process of the medicinal crushing device in the invention is as follows:
firstly, mounting a first feeding box 12, a second feeding box 13, a first motor 14, a second motor 15, a first conveying pipe 16, a second conveying pipe 17 and a discharging pipe 19 on a support frame 11, wherein the first feeding box 12 is fixed at the top end of the support frame 11, the bottom end of the first feeding box 12 is connected with the first conveying pipe 16, and one end of the first conveying pipe 16 is communicated with the first feeding box 12;
secondly, the rotating shaft 24, the rotating shaft shell 25, the cold air box 26 and the air inlet pipe 28 are all arranged below the material discharging pipe 19, the bottom end of the material discharging pipe 19 is arranged on the upper surface of the air inlet pipe 28, the bottom end of the material discharging pipe 19 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 28, one end of the air inlet pipe 28 is communicated with the cold air box 26, and the bottom end of the cold air box 26 is provided with a rectangular opening;
thirdly, adding different crushed traditional Chinese medicines into the first feeding box 12 and the second feeding box 13 respectively, enabling the first motor 14 to rotate to drive the material conveying screw 18 to rotate, further enabling the traditional Chinese medicines to be conveyed upwards from the bottom end of the first feeding box 12, enabling the second motor 15 to drive the material conveying screw 18 to rotate, enabling the traditional Chinese medicines to be conveyed into the first conveying pipe 16 from the bottom end of the second feeding box 13, then downwards discharged through the discharging pipe 19, discharged into the air inlet pipe 28, sliding into the cold air box 26 under the action of gravity, turning on the third motor 21, enabling the third motor 21 to drive the driving wheel 22 to rotate, further driving the rotating shaft 24 to rotate through the conveying belt 23, enabling the rotating shaft to drive the fan blades 27 to rotate in the cold air box 26, and then enabling the fan blades to flow into the mixing box 41;
and fourthly, adding liquid nitrogen from the nitrogen inlet pipe 32, enabling the liquid nitrogen to flow into the mixing box 41 through the flow distribution plate 33, the communication pipe 34 and the circulation cone 35, mixing the liquid nitrogen with the traditional Chinese medicines, falling into the crushing box 42, opening the fourth motor 43, enabling the fourth motor 43 to work to drive the crushing rod 44 to rotate, further driving the crushing cutter head 45 to rotate, crushing the traditional Chinese medicines, enabling the traditional Chinese medicines mixed with the liquid nitrogen to be embrittled and crushed more easily, enabling cold air in the crushing box 42 to enter the cold air box 26 from the cold air outlet 47 and the air inlet pipe 28, achieving cold air circulation, and then discharging from the discharge port 46.

step S1, adding the mixture and the granules into a first feeding box (12) and a second feeding box (13) respectively, driving a material conveying spiral (18) to rotate by a first motor (14) so as to further transport the mixture upwards from the bottom end of the first feeding box (12), driving the material conveying spiral (18) to rotate by a second motor (15), transporting the granules into a first material conveying pipe (16) from the bottom end of the second feeding box (13), then discharging downwards through a discharging pipe (19), discharging the traditional Chinese medicines into an air inlet pipe (28), sliding into a cold air box (26), opening a third motor (21), driving a driving wheel (22) to rotate by the third motor (21), further driving a rotating shaft (24) to rotate through a conveyor belt (23), driving fan blades (27) to rotate in the cold air box (26) by the rotating shaft, and then flowing into a mixing box (41);
step S2, adding liquid nitrogen from a nitrogen inlet pipe (32), enabling the liquid nitrogen to flow into a mixing box (41) through a flow distribution plate (33), a communicating pipe (34) and a flow cone (35), mixing the liquid nitrogen with the mixture, falling into a crushing box (42), turning on a fourth motor (43), enabling the fourth motor (43) to work to drive a crushing rod (44) to rotate, further driving a crushing cutter head (45) to rotate, crushing the mixture again, and then discharging the mixture from a discharge port (46);
and thirdly, mixing the crushed mixture with gelatinized starch, and tabletting to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for improving the human immunity.
