The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. An artificial breeding and seedling raising method for pelteobagrus fulvidraco is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) parent screening: selecting pelteobagrus fulvidraco which is about to mature and is large in the same period, wherein the pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the same period is a pelteobagrus fulvidraco which is bred for 5-6 months after birth and has the weight of 80-100g, and female and male fishes are separately bred and fed with the same feed for standby after being completely mature;
(2) hastening parturition before breeding: adding oxytocin into feed for feeding for a period of time, simultaneously increasing white light irradiation, wherein the white light irradiation is 80-120Lx white light irradiation for 1-3h, adding an ovulation promoting agent into the feed of later-stage female fish, the oxytocin is chorionic gonadotropin, the addition amount of the oxytocin is 0.05-0.5% of the mass of the feed, the ovulation promoting agent is added into the feed for feeding after the oxytocin addition is stopped, the ovulation promoting agent is prepared by adding 10-12 parts of semen cuscutae, 6-8 parts of ramie root, 11-13 parts of lotus petiolus and 5-7 parts of folium artemisiae argyi into extract after alcohol extraction, concentrating the extract into luteinizing releasing hormone 0.1-1 part and adding 50-100 parts of corn flour, uniformly mixing, airing and crushing;
(3) fertilization and propagation: mixing and feeding female pelteobagrus fulvidraco and male pelteobagrus fulvidraco, then dividing a water pool into two parts by using a fishing net, dividing all pelteobagrus fulvidraco into one side of a water inlet of the water pool for feeding, adding a spawning agent into water, keeping running water flowing, wherein the temperature of the water in the water pool is 25-28 ℃, the spawning agent is a plant spawning agent, and fermenting through olive leaves, and then diluting a fermentation liquid and pouring the fermentation liquid into the water pool;
(4) hatching management: after the female pelteobagrus fulvidraco and the male pelteobagrus fulvidraco lay eggs, keeping the water temperature and adjusting the pH value in the water, and pumping oxygen into the water pool to wait for fertilization and incubation of fish eggs;
(5) seedling cultivation and screening: the breeding range of the hatched fries is properly widened, then the fry breeding feed is dissolved in water and is guided into the water for breeding, a proper amount of white light irradiation is provided, and the fries with different volumes are screened and separately bred after 10 to 20 days.
2. The artificial breeding and seedling raising method for pelteobagrus fulvidraco according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step (1), the feed is prepared by cooking sweet potatoes, mashing and mixing the cooked sweet potatoes with bananas, adding shrimp shell powder, sweet potato stems and leaves, corn and glucose, completely crushing, mixing, airing and crushing again.
3. The artificial breeding and seedling raising method for pelteobagrus fulvidraco according to claim 2, which is characterized in that: in the step (1), the feed comprises, by weight, 80-120 parts of sweet potatoes, 10-50 parts of bananas, 20-60 parts of shrimp shell powder, 70-100 parts of sweet potato stems and leaves, 30-40 parts of corns and 1-3 parts of glucose.
4. The artificial breeding and seedling raising method for pelteobagrus fulvidraco according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step (4), the water temperature is adjusted to 20-23 ℃, the pH value of the water is adjusted to 6-7, and the fertilized eggs are slowly stirred while pumping oxygen to break membranes and separate as soon as possible.
5. The artificial breeding and seedling raising method for pelteobagrus fulvidraco according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step (5), the white light irradiation is performed for 1 to 3 hours by using white light irradiation of 50 to 80Lx, and the irradiation is continued after the white light irradiation is extinguished for 4 to 8 hours.
