Background
The flammulina velutipes is the edible fungus variety with the highest industrial degree, and the industrial cultivation of the flammulina velutipes has strong competition due to early start, advanced technology and mature management. In recent years, the capacity of industrial needle mushroom cultivation bottles has been expanding to 1100cc, 1200cc, and the capacity has been increased to 1500 cc. The small-capacity needle mushroom cultivation bottles are easy to sterilize thoroughly under the high-pressure sterilization program, but the large-capacity needle mushroom cultivation bottles are easy to have the problem of insufficient effective sterilization time. Therefore, the improvement of the sterilization procedure to achieve the effective sterilization time is an important link in the production of the flammulina velutipes.

step three, confirming the temperature in the sterilization pot to be 105 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, and keeping the temperature at 116 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 45 minutes;
and step four, automatically operating a sterilization program, raising the temperature to 123 ℃, requiring the pressure to be 0.120MPa, sterilizing, keeping the temperature for 90 minutes, and stewing for 20 minutes.

The specific material temperature change is shown in figure 1, and the analysis of figure 1 shows that the effective sterilization time for keeping the temperature in the culture medium above 120 ℃ is 71 minutes, so that the effective sterilization can be achieved.

And fifthly, discharging, taking out the temperature recorder, and analyzing the temperature change condition of the material.
Comparative example
A1500 CC needle mushroom cultivation bottle sterilization program comprises the following steps:
step one, starting an automatic sterilization program, vacuumizing for three times, controlling the pressure in the sterilization pot to be-0.055 MPa after vacuumizing, and confirming the temperature rise condition in the sterilization pot after the vacuumizing is finished;
step two, confirming the temperature in the sterilization pot to be 100 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 60 minutes;
step three, automatically operating a sterilization program, raising the temperature to 121 ℃, requiring the pressure to be 0.120-0.140 MPa, preserving the heat for 70 minutes, and stewing for 20 minutes; the specific material temperature change is shown in figure 2, and the analysis of figure 2 shows that the effective sterilization time for maintaining the temperature of above 120 ℃ in the culture medium is 53 minutes, and the effective sterilization time is insufficient.
Therefore, the sterilization method can achieve effective sterilization time and improve the stability of industrial cultivation.
