There are over one hundred countries around the world that produce sugar cane, the largest sugar cane producing countries being brazil, india and china. The sugarcane contains rich sugar and water, also contains various vitamins, fat, protein, organic acid, calcium, iron and other substances which are very beneficial to the metabolism of a human body, is mainly used for preparing sugar, and the epidermis is generally purple and green with two common colors, namely red and brown, but is rare.
The sugarcane breeding requires sexual hybridization, and after sugarcane seeds are obtained through the sexual hybridization, the seeds need to be put in soil to germinate, grow into seedlings, and cultivate grown strong seeds for transplanting at a later stage. The method has the advantages that strict requirements are provided for seed germination and seedling growth, the outdoor environment is difficult to achieve, when the seedlings grow to a certain stage, the seedlings need to be taken out of the sun for hardening, the growth and the firmness of the seedlings are promoted, and the seedlings need to be moved to the outdoor for transplanting in the later stage.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. because the frame foundation has first heat preservation membrane all around to cover, the second heat preservation membrane has been laid to the roof-rack to can provide comparatively warm environment for the sugarcane on the rack, simultaneously under the effect of temperature sensor and fan, when temperature sensor senses the internal high temperature of canopy, the controller can be according to temperature sensor's signal, and the control fan is opened, makes the internal suitable temperature environment that can be in of canopy. Can open the second heat preservation membrane under the effect of roll-up mechanism to when making the seedling grow to certain stage, sunlight can directly penetrate into in the canopy body, in order to realize the hardening of sugarcane seedling. Under the effect of first booster pump, can extract the water in the reservoir for hydroenergy can loop through water pipe, connecting pipe entering first spray tube, and the water in the first spray tube is added water through the sugarcane seedling of orifice in to the standing groove. Under the effect of second booster pump, can extract the fertile liquid in the storage fertilizer pond for water can loop through nutrient solution pipe, connecting pipe entering second spray tube, and the fertile liquid in the second spray tube is fertilized the sugarcane seedling in the standing groove through the orifice. After the sugarcane grows to be suitable for transplanting, the incubator can be taken out from the placing groove, so that the sugarcane seedlings can be transplanted conveniently.
2. Because the sugarcane seed planting batches in the greenhouse body can be different, and the growth conditions of different sugarcane seeds can also be different, if the sugarcane seedlings in the greenhouse body are simultaneously hardened, under strong sunlight irradiation, the young sugarcane seedlings which do not need hardening can be damaged. When sugarcane seedling in a certain artificial containers need to be trained, through the control controller, make the electro-magnet that corresponds in this standing groove get electric, the sticking department that corresponds can wear to establish into the spout, and make the both sides that the actuating lever is located one end in the spout by locating part and sticking department centre gripping, flexible through controller control electric telescopic handle, make the push-and-pull rod slide in the cavity, along with the slip of push-and-pull rod, the contained angle between actuating lever and the push-and-pull rod produces the change, thereby make the actuating lever can carry out push-and-pull control to the carriage, so that the artificial containers that need to correspond can remove outside the standing groove. Because there is not the electro-magnet of going up electricity, under reset spring's effect, the sticking department leaves the spout for the actuating lever can slide in the spout, thereby the contained angle between actuating lever and the push-and-pull rod is relatively fixed, makes the incubator that does not need the hardening operation of seedling fix in the standing groove, and simultaneously under the photomask effect, can shelter from the sugarcane seedling in the standing groove. The damage of strong sun to young sugarcane seedlings after the second heat preservation film is opened is prevented. The seedling hardening is realized flexibly in different incubators, the sugarcane seedlings needing seedling hardening do not need to be moved to the outside of the greenhouse body manually, and the trouble and labor force of workers in carrying back and forth are reduced.
3. Because different growth periods, the required water yield of sugarcane and the fertilizer liquid amount are different, under the effect of blocking piece, divide first spray tube and second spray tube into a plurality of sub-spray tubes that do not communicate, and the sub-spray tube of first spray tube and second spray tube corresponds with a plurality of standing grooves each other, through for the sugarcane seedling of different growth periods at the controller settlement corresponding water application amount and the rate of fertilizer application, the flow valve can obtain the liquid measure signal that the connecting pipe discharged, the controller can obtain the flow valve and obtain the liquid measure numerical value, after the control controller opened first booster pump, second booster pump and flow valve, when the liquid measure numerical value that corresponds the flow valve and obtain equals the setting value of water application amount and the rate of fertilizer application in the controller, the controller can control the closing of this flow valve respectively to realize carrying out accurate water application and fertilizer application to the sugarcane seedling in each incubator. When all flow valves corresponding to the connecting pipes in the first spray pipe are closed, the controller can control the first booster pump to stop; and when all the flow valves corresponding to the connecting pipes in the two spray pipes are closed, the controller can control the second booster pump to stop.
