本发明属于纺织品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌阻燃土工布,以重量份计,其原料组成为:间位芳香族聚酰胺50‑80份,聚丙烯腈基炭纤维5‑10份,活性炭纤维5‑10份,阻燃剂10‑15份,抗氧化剂5‑10份;其中所述土工布经过生物活性发酵液处理。采用本发明所述的土工布应用于垃圾填埋场,可以使得垃圾在发酵过程中不产生有害气体,不产生甲烷,避免因甲烷引发的垃圾爆炸和垃圾火灾的发生;益生菌可以将部分垃圾降解,降解速度加快,垃圾减量的速度加快,大大提高了填埋场填埋垃圾的利用率,大大节省了建设投资。

本发明属于纺织品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌阻燃土工布。
背景技术
土工布,又称土工织物,它是由合成纤维通过针刺或编织而成的透水性土工合成材料。土工布是新材料土工合成材料其中的一种,成品为布状,一般宽度为4~6米,长度为50~100米。土工布分为有纺土工布和无纺长丝土工布。目前,土工布被广泛应用于垃圾填埋技术领域,市面上大多用的土工布的抗断裂性和耐磨性都比较好,但是抗菌以及阻燃性能有待进一步提高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种抗菌阻燃土工布,采用本发明获得的土工布具有较好的抗菌以及阻燃性能。
本发明所述的一种抗菌阻燃土工布,以重量份计,其原料组成为:间位芳香族聚酰胺50-80份,聚丙烯腈基炭纤维5-10份,活性炭纤维5-10份,阻燃剂10-15份,抗氧化剂5-10份;其中所述土工布经过生物活性发酵液处理。
所述的生物活性发酵液,以重量百分比计,其原料组成为:糖蜜5-10%,益生菌菌种5-10%,余量为水。
所述的益生菌菌种为润源康EM原液。润康源EM原液含有包含酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合细菌等80种微生物种类的复合微生物菌种。
本发明中,糖蜜的作用是提供微生物生长所需的碳源和部分氮源,益生菌菌种是提供大量的可供繁殖的微生物。发明人经过大量的实验摸索发现,当采用本发明所述的原料组成时,微生物能够在这样的环境中大量的繁殖。
本发明中,间位芳香族聚酰胺本身为线性大分子,呈柔性结构,化学结构稳定。间位芳香族聚酰胺有优异的耐高温性,耐燃性,高温下尺寸稳定,耐磨性,耐弯曲性好,所以其作为土工布使用时能够耐高温,而且不易发生形变。所述间位芳香族聚酰胺选择聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺。
聚丙烯腈基碳纤维,其对一般的有机溶剂,酸,碱都具有良好的耐腐蚀性,超高强力,不溶不胀,密度小质量轻,纤维细而柔软,耐磨耐疲劳,具有润滑性,生物相溶性好。所以其在加工制成的土工布中起着众多优良作用。而且聚丙烯机碳纤维与间位芳香族聚酰胺相作用时能提高间位芳香族聚酰胺的力学性能,使得间位芳香族聚酰胺的柔性,耐弯曲性加强,不易发生褶皱。
本发明所述阻燃剂和抗氧化剂均采用本领域的常用组分。
本发明所述的一种抗菌阻燃土工布的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)按照重量份,称取间位芳香族聚酰胺,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维,低转速加入高混机中混合,然后高速搅拌8-10min;然后高速搅拌条件下向高混机中加入阻燃剂和抗氧化剂;高速搅拌5-10min,混合结束,出料备用;
(2)将混合后的物料通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,挤出机频率为400转/分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)所挤出的物料通过熔体过滤机进行过滤;
(4)将步骤(3)中过滤后的产物进行纺丝;
A、将过滤后的产物经计量泵传送,物料保持熔融状态;
B、步骤A中的熔融状态的物料传递到纺丝组件进行纺丝,得到丝条;
C、丝条经侧吹风装置冷却;
(5)冷却丝条在2000m/s的速度进行气流拉伸;
(6)拉伸后的丝束均匀铺放在成网机网帘上,形成纤网,纤网通过针刺机进行固结,得到毛坯;
(7)将毛坯上喷洒生物活性发酵液,冷风吹干,经张力架调整张力,进入成卷机切边成卷,得到土工布。
所述步骤(7)中,每平米毛坯上喷洒生物活性发酵液500-800ml。
本发明中,活性炭纤维具有比表面积大、细孔发达、吸收性能高、脱附速度快等特点。本发明利用活性炭纤维这个特性,使益生菌吸附到活性炭纤维表微孔中,当空气经过这些微孔中,进行了初步过滤,空隙中的益生菌能够竞争性的结合空气中的微尘团里结构,从中汲取营养,实现自身繁殖,从而保证了其具有长效的生物活性。本发明的益生菌群体是一个广泛的益生菌群,能够适应各种情况,能在极端天气和条件下依然能保持一定的活性。

其具体制备步骤为:
