本发明属于窗帘技术领域,具体涉及一种生物活性窗帘,尤其是一种具有抗菌净化空气的生物活性窗帘,该窗帘包括上层纺织物层、中间活性炭纤维生物功能层和下层纺织物层,所述的活性炭纤维生物功能层采用经过生物活性发酵液处理的活性炭纤维布料制得。本发明采用具有超强吸附能力的活性炭纤维布料,采用益生菌发酵技术后制得的一个集合了活性炭纤维布的超强的吸附、过滤功能、环保酵素中益生菌的净化抑菌功能的多功能的窗帘。

一种生物活性窗帘
技术领域
本发明属于窗帘技术领域,具体涉及一种生物活性窗帘,尤其是一种具有抗菌净化空气作用的生物活性窗帘。
背景技术
窗帘是人们的心情,是我们点缀格调生活空间不可或缺的选择之一,是主人品位的表现,是生活空间的精灵。现代,由于消费者审美的转变及环保意识的逐渐加强,窗帘除了装饰功能外,窗帘的材质、功能、舒适度也与我们的健康、生活息息相关。因此,隔热保温、防紫外线、抗菌净化空气等功能型窗帘与现代简约风格的窗帘也越来越多,纷纷受到广大消费者和白领们的追捧。但是,现在市场上宣传具有抗菌净化空气的窗帘只是利用活性炭的吸附功能,实际应用效果有效。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种生物活性窗帘,所述的窗帘集合了活性炭纤维的超强吸附功能和环保酵素中微生物益生菌的净化功能,将活性炭纤维布料置于含有酵母菌、乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、放线菌等多个种属80余种微生物及其分泌液的环境中浸泡,将微生物和其分泌液吸附到多孔的活性炭纤维材料上,真正的实现生物活性处理,达到除菌、净化空气的功能。
本发明所述的一种具有抗菌净化空气作用的生物活性窗帘,包括上层纺织物层、中间活性炭纤维生物功能层和下层纺织物层,所述的活性炭纤维生物功能层采用经过生物活性发酵液处理的活性炭纤维材料制得。
所述的生物活性发酵液,以重量百分比计,其原料组成为:糖蜜5-7%,益生菌菌种5-10%,余量为水。
其具体的制作过程为:
1)准备活性炭纤维布料;
2)按比例称取生物活性发酵液各原料,备用;
3)将生物活性发酵液各原料混合,加入到发酵罐中;
4)将活性炭纤维布料加入到发酵罐中,温度控制在35-40℃,密封厌氧发酵24-48h;
5)室温后熟发酵15天或pH值达到3.5时,发酵结束,取出活性炭纤维布料;
6)将步骤5)获得的活性炭纤维布料冷风吹干,用作窗帘的中间活性炭纤维生物功能层;
7)将上层纺织物层、中间活性炭纤维生物功能层和下层纺织物层之间织入加强筋,得最终产品。
本发明中,所述的益生菌菌种为润康源EM原液,购自中日合资临沂益康有机农业科技园有限公司。润康源EM原液含有包含酵母菌、乳酸菌、放线菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、光合细菌等80种微生物种类的复合微生物菌种。
为了在成本较低的情况下保证整个系统中益生菌菌种的养分,本发明糖蜜中有机质的质量分数50-85%。
本发明中,糖蜜的作用是提供微生物生长所需的碳源和部分氮源,益生菌菌种是提供大量的可供繁殖的微生物。发明人经过大量的实验摸索发现,当采用本发明所述的原料组成时,微生物能够在这样的环境中大量的繁殖。
活性炭纤维布料具有比表面积大、细孔发达、吸收性能高、脱附速度快等特点。本发明利用活性炭纤维这个特性,使益生菌吸附到活性炭纤维表微孔中,当空气经过这些微孔中,进行了初步过滤,空隙中的益生菌能够竞争性的结合空气中的微尘团里结构,从中汲取营养,实现自身繁殖,从而保证了其具有长效的生物活性。本发明的益生菌群体是一个广泛的益生菌群,能够适应各种情况,能在极端天气和条件下依然能保持一定的活性。当然,在使用很长时间之后,窗帘中的益生菌群会出现活性降低的现象。一般在使用5-6个月的时候,可以重新用生物活性液浸泡,恢复活性。另外,本发明利用益生菌微生物在新陈代谢过程中需要营养进行生化反应的作用,使空气中的污染物得到分解,将有害物质转化为少害或无害物质。微生物在利用空气污染物的过程中,一部分将其分解转化合成为新的细胞的成分,而另一部分通过分解产生能量,供微生物生长繁殖之用。
相比于现有的技术,本发明能通过活性炭纤维材料超强的吸附力对空气中的PM2.5大颗粒物质、甲醛、苯、甲苯、氨等有害物质、粉尘能发挥吸收、分解、固定的作用,而且吸附在炭纤维空隙中的益生菌可以以大颗粒物为原料进行生长繁殖,降解污染颗粒、甲醛、苯、细菌、病毒等有害物质,起到抗菌除菌、过滤空气,净化空气的作用。本发明采用具有超强吸附能力的活性炭纤维布料,采用益生菌发酵技术后制得的一个集合了活性炭纤维布的超强的吸附、过滤功能、环保酵素中益生菌的净化抑菌功能的多功能的窗帘。而且原料易得,成本较低;操作工艺简单,无需复杂的工艺设备;市场需求量大,市场广阔。

本发明所述的活性炭纤维布料和普通纺织物布料均为市场上直接购得,其中可分别选自:
活性炭纤维布料:日本东丽株式会社生产的炭纤维布料
纺织物布料:苏州市乾和纺织有限公司生产的涤纶布料;
实施例1
一种具有抗菌净化空气作用的生物活性窗帘,该窗帘包括上层纺织物层、中间活性炭纤维生物功能层和下层纺织物层,所述的活性炭纤维生物功能层采用经过生物活性发酵液处理的活性炭纤维布料制得。
所述的生物活性发酵液,以重量百分比计,其原料组成为:糖蜜7%,益生菌菌种5%,余量为水。
所述的益生菌菌种为润康源EM原液。
所述糖蜜中有机质的质量分数80%。
其具体的制作过程为:

效果验证:
1.发明人室内空气中从常规致病菌中挑选了几个具有代表性的菌株进行试验,选择的为金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌,具体的检测标准和检测方法依据GB4789.10-2010中执行,结果发现本实施例所提供窗帘对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌具有明显的抑制效果,抑制率达到65%;
2、室内空气的甲醛气体抽样检测,结果显示使用本窗帘的房间内甲醛量降低45%左右。
实施例2
一种具有抗菌净化空气作用的生物活性窗帘,该窗帘包括上层纺织物层、中间活性炭纤维生物功能层和下层纺织物层,所述的活性炭纤维生物功能层采用经过生物活性发酵液处理的活性炭纤维布料制得。
所述的生物活性发酵液,以重量百分比计,其原料组成为:糖蜜6%,益生菌菌种8%,余量为水。

7)将上层纺织物层、中间活性炭纤维生物功能层和下层纺织物层之间织入加强筋,得最终产品。

1.发明人室内空气中从常规致病菌中挑选了几个具有代表性的菌株进行试验,选择的为金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌,具体的检测标准和检测方法依据GB4789.10-2010中执行,结果发现本实施例所提供窗帘对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌具有明显的抑制效果,抑制率达到59%;
2、室内空气的甲醛气体抽样检测,结果显示使用本窗帘的房间内甲醛量降低45%左右。
实施例3
一种具有抗菌净化空气作用的生物活性窗帘,该窗帘包括上层纺织物层、中间活性炭纤维生物功能层和下层纺织物层,所述的活性炭纤维生物功能层采用经过生物活性发酵液处理的活性炭纤维布料制得。
所述的生物活性发酵液,以重量百分比计,其原料组成为:糖蜜7%,益生菌菌种10%,余量为水。
