本发明公开了一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法,由三醋酸酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维和绢丝纤维纺织而成。一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法的制作方法,包括以下步骤;步骤一、将三醋酸酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维和绢丝纤维纺通过扯松使原料纤维分散蓬松;步骤二、将三醋酸酯纤维和莫代尔纤维以及竹纤维和绢丝纤维清花通过梳棉、三道并条、粗纱、细纱工序混纺成经纱和纬纱;步骤三、将经纱和纬纱在整理剂中浸泡15‑20min,然后进行二浸二轧;步骤四、将得到的经纱和纬纱进行整经、上浆、穿筘工序处理在针织机上织造得到针织物。本发明制备而成的面料产品瞬间冷感效果较好且长效低温、吸湿透气性良好,手感柔软滑爽、悬垂性好,吸湿速干性好,触感凉爽。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法。
背景技术
针织服饰穿着舒适、贴身合体、无拘紧感、能充分体现人体曲线。现代针织面料更加丰富多彩,已经进入多功能化和高档化的发展阶段,各种肌理效应、不同功能的新型针织面料开发出来,给针织品带来前所未有的感官效果和视觉效果;
目前很多工种都需要在高温环境中进行,工作者的服装不仅需要耐高温,而且需要具有高透气性能及柔软性能,不单单是在高温环境中作业的人需要穿戴高透气性的服装,一些热爱登山、打球或者跑步等户外运动的人,由于面料穿着时大多都比较闷热,导致人体表面出现汗液,不仅穿着不舒适,而且会产生异味,鉴于此,针对上述问题深入研究,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有瞬间凉感、长效低温、清新护肤、抑菌消除异味卫生的多功能的面料及其制作方法,以解决现有背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法,由三醋酸酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维和绢丝纤维纺织而成。
优选的,所述三醋酸酯纤维占面料重量百分比为45-55%、莫代尔纤维占面料重量百分比为20-30%、竹纤维占面料重量百分比为15-20%,其余为绢丝纤维纺。
优选的,所述三醋酸酯纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺为经纱,所述竹纤维和绢丝纤维混合为纬纱。
上述面料的制作方法,包括以下步骤;
步骤一、将三醋酸酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维和绢丝纤维纺通过扯松使原料纤维分散蓬松;
步骤二、将三醋酸酯纤维和莫代尔纤维以及竹纤维和绢丝纤维清花通过梳棉、三道并条、粗纱、细纱工序混纺成经纱和纬纱;
步骤三、将经纱和纬纱在整理剂中浸泡15-20min,然后进行二浸二轧,轧余率在93-98%,然后进行温水洗和冷水洗,最后在初始温度为20-30度的环境下,以每分钟升高2度的速度升温至80-90度将经纱和纬纱的含水量控制在7-10%;
步骤四、将得到的经纱和纬纱进行整经、上浆、穿筘工序处理在针织机上织造得到针织物;
步骤五、将得到的针织物进行染整→焙烘→水洗→蒸汽烘干得到成品面料
优选的,步骤二中,所述经纱的密度为180-190根/10cm,纬纱的密度为160-185/10cm。
优选的,步骤三中,所述整理剂包括以下重量份的原料:亲水柔软整理剂30-45份、活性剂5-10、有机硅消泡剂3-5份和去离子水100-120份。
优选的,所述活性剂为硬脂酸,十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基葡糖苷、脂肪酸甘油酯和脂肪酸山梨坦的任两种或三种混合。
优选的,所述整理剂的制备方法为,将亲水柔软整理剂和去离子水按照上述重量份在初始温度为35-45度的环境下搅拌30-45min,再加入活性剂,以2度/min的升温速率升温至80-90度加入有机硅消泡剂,降温至50-55度进行超声分散处理15-25min得到整理液。
本发明提出的一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法,有益效果在于:本发明通过三醋酸酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维和绢丝纤维纺织制备而成的面料产品瞬间冷感效果较好且长效低温、吸湿透气性良好,手感柔软滑爽、悬垂性好,吸湿速干性好,触感凉爽,还具有多种综合性能,改善了面料舒适弹性、弹性良好、者整体细腻,可贴身穿着、抑菌等特点,保证了针织面料的美观和卫生,可满足现代消费者对服装面料的追求,

三醋酸酯纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺为经纱,所述竹纤维和绢丝纤维混合为纬纱,三醋酸酯纤维占面料重量百分比为50%、莫代尔纤维占面料重量百分比为25%、竹纤维占面料重量百分比为15%,其余为绢丝纤维纺;还公开一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法的制作方法,包括以下步骤;
步骤一、将三醋酸酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维和绢丝纤维纺通过扯松使原料纤维分散蓬松;
步骤二、将三醋酸酯纤维和莫代尔纤维以及竹纤维和绢丝纤维清花通过梳棉、三道并条、粗纱、细纱工序混纺成经纱和纬纱,经纱的密度为185根/10cm,纬纱的密度为17010cm;
步骤三、将经纱和纬纱在整理剂中浸泡18min,然后进行二浸二轧,轧余率在95%,然后进行温水洗和冷水洗,最后在初始温度为25度的环境下,以每分钟升高2度的速度升温至85度将经纱和纬纱的含水量控制在9%;
整理剂包括以下重量份的原料:亲水柔软整理剂42份、活性剂8、有机硅消泡剂5份和去离子水115份;活性剂为硬脂酸,十二烷基苯磺酸钠和烷基葡糖苷的三种混合;
整理剂的制备方法为,将亲水柔软整理剂和去离子水按照上述重量份在初始温度为42度的环境下搅拌 42min,再加入活性剂,以2度/min的升温速率升温至88度加入有机硅消泡剂,降温至52度进行超声分散处理23min得到整理液;
步骤四、将得到的经纱和纬纱进行整经、上浆、穿筘工序处理在针织机上织造得到针织物;
步骤五、将得到的针织物进行染整→焙烘→水洗→蒸汽烘干得到成品面料。
实施例2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法,由三醋酸酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维和绢丝纤维纺织而成。
三醋酸酯纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺为经纱,所述竹纤维和绢丝纤维混合为纬纱;
三醋酸酯纤维占面料重量百分比为55%、莫代尔纤维占面料重量百分比为20%、竹纤维占面料重量百分比为20%,其余为绢丝纤维纺;
还公开一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法的制作方法,包括以下步骤;
步骤一、将三醋酸酯纤维、莫代尔纤维、竹纤维和绢丝纤维纺通过扯松使原料纤维分散蓬松;
步骤二、将三醋酸酯纤维和莫代尔纤维以及竹纤维和绢丝纤维清花通过梳棉、三道并条、粗纱、细纱工序混纺成经纱和纬纱,经纱的密度为182根/10cm,纬纱的密度为165/10cm;
步骤三、将经纱和纬纱在整理剂中浸泡18min,然后进行二浸二轧,轧余率在98%,然后进行温水洗和冷水洗,最后在初始温度为20度的环境下,以每分钟升高2度的速度升温至90度将经纱和纬纱的含水量控制在10%;
整理剂包括以下重量份的原料:亲水柔软整理剂50份、活性剂5、有机硅消泡剂5份和去离子水120份;活性剂为脂肪酸甘油酯和脂肪酸山梨坦的两种混合;
整理剂的制备方法为,将亲水柔软整理剂和去离子水按照上述重量份在初始温度为45度的环境下搅拌 35min,再加入活性剂,以2度/min的升温速率升温至80度加入有机硅消泡剂,降温至55度进行超声分散处理25min得到整理液;
步骤四、将得到的经纱和纬纱进行整经、上浆、穿筘工序处理在针织机上织造得到针织物;
步骤五、将得到的针织物进行染整→焙烘→水洗→蒸汽烘干得到成品面料。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯长丝仿棉面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述三醋酸酯纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺为经纱,所述竹纤维和绢丝纤维混合为纬纱。

步骤三、将经纱和纬纱在整理剂中浸泡15-20min,然后进行二浸二轧,轧余率在93-98%,然后进行温水洗和冷水洗,最后在初始温度为20-30度的环境下,以每分钟升高2度的速度升温至80-90度将经纱和纬纱的含水量控制在7-10%;
步骤四、将得到的经纱和纬纱进行整经、上浆、穿筘工序处理在针织机上织造得到针织物;
