The working principle is as follows: before use, the device is fixed on a horizontal ground and is externally connected with a power supply, the device is debugged through a control display screen 3, the picked hawthorn branches are placed on a hawthorn branch hanging rod 2 after debugging is finished, or the picked hawthorn is placed into a picking and cleaning mechanism 6, the device starts to operate through the control display screen 3, the hawthorn on the branches is picked, then the hawthorn is cleaned, the hawthorn floating on the water surface and going bad is picked out after cleaning is finished, the cleaned and intact hawthorn is conveyed to a kernel removing mechanism 7, kernels of the cleaned hawthorn are sequentially removed, the hawthorn is placed into a slicing and crushing mechanism 8 after kernel removal, the hawthorn is dried firstly, then cut into pieces and then beaten into powder, hawthorn pieces are obtained, hawthorn powder required for extracting ursolic acid is obtained, the device finishes picking the hawthorn from the branches, then cleaning and screening the deteriorated hawthorn, removing kernels, drying and slicing, and finally beating into hawthorn fruit powder.

After the clean and fresh hawthorn fruits are conveyed to the coring mechanism 7, the display screen 3 is controlled to control the motor 701 to start rotating, so that the tenth driving wheel 702, the eleventh driving wheel 703 and the twelfth driving wheel 704 are driven to coaxially rotate, meanwhile, the eleventh driving wheel 703 drives the thirteenth driving wheel 705 to rotate through a belt, the thirteenth driving wheel 705 drives the fifth driving rod 706 to rotate, further, the fifth driving rod 706 drives the sixth driving rod 707 and the seventh driving rod 708 to vertically swing, further, the eighth driving rod 709 and the ninth driving rod 7010 also vertically swing, so that the second sliding block 7011 moves downwards in the fourth sliding rail 7021, the shifting rod 7013 shifts the loading pile 7015 rightwards to enable the conveying belt 7014 to move rightwards, the second sliding block 7011 cuts off the hawthorn fruits on the loading pile 7015 to remove the kernels, then the second sliding block 7011 moves upwards to pull back the shifting rod 7013, and when the shifting rod 7013 moves downwards, the loading pile 7015 can be shifted rightwards, the hawthorn fruit is sequentially subjected to denucleation treatment and then conveyed to the slicing and crushing mechanism 8, meanwhile, the twelfth driving wheel 704 drives the fourteenth driving wheel 7016 to rotate through a belt, and then the fourteenth driving wheel 7016 drives the first bevel gear 7017 to rotate, so that the first bevel gear 7017 drives the second bevel gear 7018 to rotate, the second bevel gear 7018 drives the fifteenth driving wheel 7019 to rotate, the fifteenth driving wheel 7019 provides power for the ninth driving wheel 6036, the fifteenth driving wheel 7019 provides power for the slicing and crushing mechanism 8, and the sixteenth driving wheel 7020 drives the sixteenth driving wheel 7020 to rotate, and the mechanism finishes the denucleation treatment on the hawthorn fruit sequentially, and provides power for the picking and cleaning mechanism 6 and the slicing and crushing mechanism 8.

After the hawthorn fruits are denucleated, the hawthorn fruits are dried on a heating dish 803, then a fourteenth driving wheel 7016 drives a conveyor belt 801 to start rotating through a belt, then the conveyor belt 801 drives a blade 802 to rotate, the dried hawthorn fruits are cut into pieces, then the hawthorn fruits slide to the right to be conveyed by the conveyor belt 801, meanwhile, a fifteenth driving wheel 7019 drives a seventeenth driving wheel 805 to rotate through a belt, then a seventeenth driving wheel 805 drives a first rotating wheel 806 to rotate, so that the first rotating wheel 806 drives a follower wheel 807 to rotate, the follower wheel 807 drives a second rotating wheel 808 to coaxially rotate, further drives a follower 809 to drive a sliding ball 8010 to rotate in a tenth driving rod 8011, so that the tenth driving rod 8011 reciprocates up and down, the tenth driving rod 8011 drives a fan-shaped bevel gear 8012 to swing, so that a third bevel gear 8013 and a fourth bevel gear 8016 continuously reverse and further drives a first swinging rod 8014 and a first grinding hammer 8015 to rotate up, fourth bevel gear 8016 drives second swinging arm 8017 and second grinding hammer 8018 to rotate downwards and hammer into powder to the hawthorn piece, and first grinding hammer 8015 and second grinding hammer 8018 form and beat the hawthorn piece in turn above round roller group 804, and the hawthorn piece is beaten to powder back and is transported to finished product collection chamber 8019 and waits to extract ursolic acid in next step, and this mechanism has accomplished and has dried the hawthorn fruit after denucleating, then cuts the piece, beats the work into required powdered at last.
The top of the right end of the hawthorn branch hanging rod 2 is provided with a claw clamp, so that the hawthorn branch can be fixed, and the branches can not move when the fruit picking claw 6029 picks hawthorn.
Carry thing stake 7015 top both sides and be the arc, can realize holding in the palm the bottom or the top of hawthorn fruit on carrying thing stake 7015, make mechanism 7 that denucleates can be correct and accurate remove the hawthorn seed.
The bottom end of the ram 6020 is arranged to be an inclined plane, so that the hawthorn fruits floating on the water surface and deteriorating can be picked into the defective product collecting cabin 6015.
