Example 1
A processing method of a coarse cereal nut nutritional compound paste food comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: weighing 10 parts of high-quality buckwheat, 10 parts of oat, 5 parts of corn, 1 part of polished round-grained rice, 1 part of black bean, 1 part of peanut, 1 part of sunflower seed and 1 part of almond, and washing with water;
(2) ball milling and mixing: adding water, a mixture of butylated hydroxytoluene BHT and butylated hydroxyanisole BHA, sodium diacetate and aspartame into the raw materials cleaned in the step (1), stirring and crushing in a ball mill to prepare coarse cereal nut powder slurry; wherein the sodium diacetate is 0.005 part, the aspartame is 0.1 part, the water is 30 parts, the mixture of the butylated hydroxytoluene BHT and the butylated hydroxyanisole BHA is 0.003 part, and the ratio of the butylated hydroxytoluene BHT to the butylated hydroxyanisole BHA in the mixture is 1: 6;

Example 2
A processing method of a coarse cereal nut nutritional compound paste food comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: selecting high-quality buckwheat 12 parts, oat 12 parts, corn 8 parts, polished round-grained rice 2 parts, black beans 2 parts, peanuts 2 parts, sunflower seeds 2 parts and almonds 2 parts, and washing with water;
(2) ball milling and mixing: adding water, a mixture of butylated hydroxytoluene BHT and butylated hydroxyanisole BHA, sodium diacetate and aspartame into the raw materials cleaned in the step (1), stirring and crushing in a ball mill to prepare coarse cereal nut powder slurry; wherein the sodium diacetate is 0.008 part, the aspartame is 0.15 part, the water is 50 parts, the mixture of the butylated hydroxytoluene BHT and the butylated hydroxyanisole BHA is 0.004 part, and the ratio of the butylated hydroxytoluene BHT to the butylated hydroxyanisole BHA in the mixture is 1: 10;

The coarse cereal rice paste products prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 5 are all subjected to index tests, and the results are as follows:

As can be seen from table 1, the coarse cereal rice paste products prepared in examples 1 to 3 have soft mouthfeel and good taste, and when the coarse cereal rice paste products are eaten after being mixed with water, the rice paste powder has good instant solubility and no caking phenomenon, so that the purchase desire of consumers is improved; the coarse cereal rice paste product prepared in the comparative example 2 changes the drying and granulating mode of the coarse cereal rice paste, so that the prepared coarse cereal rice paste product has wide particle size, poor solubility, easy caking and poor taste; in the rice paste product prepared in comparative example 3, since the addition of the nutritive sweetener was removed, the soluble sugar content in the prepared coarse cereal rice paste product was not changed, but the taste of the coarse cereal rice paste was deteriorated; the rice paste product prepared in the comparison document 4 changes the adding proportion of the peanuts to the almonds in the raw materials, so that the body diuresis rate is slowed down and the edema phenomenon occurs after the old people take the coarse cereal rice paste product for a long time; in the rice paste product prepared in the comparative example 5, as the drying temperature and the hot air temperature used in the spray granulation in the preparation process exceed the temperature range of the linoleic acid, conjugated double bonds in the linoleic acid are destroyed, so that the performance of the coarse cereal rice paste product is reduced, and the characteristics of the coarse cereal nut rice paste can be ensured only by the synergistic effect of the antioxidant, the sunflower seeds and the peanuts and the matching at a proper temperature, so that the food therapy effect is realized; therefore, the composition and the proportion of the formula, the preparation method of the ingredients, the selection and the proportion of the additives, the drying temperature and the hot air temperature in the preparation method of the coarse cereal rice paste in the embodiment of the application are the key points for determining the soluble sugar content, the soluble protein content, the linoleic acid oxidation property, the instant property and the mouthfeel of the coarse cereal rice paste.

(2) ball milling and mixing: adding water, an antioxidant, a preservative and a non-nutritive sweetener into the raw materials cleaned in the step (1), stirring and crushing in a ball mill to prepare coarse cereal nut powder slurry; wherein, 0.005 to 0.01 portion of preservative, 0.1 to 0.2 portion of non-nutritive sweetener, 30 to 60 portions of water and 0.003 to 0.005 portion of antioxidant;

The processing method of the coarse cereal nut nutritional compound paste food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the optimal mixture ratio of the raw materials in the step (1) is as follows: 10 parts of buckwheat, 10 parts of oat, 5 parts of corn, 1 part of polished round-grained rice, 1 part of black bean, 1 part of peanut, 1 part of sunflower seed and 1 part of almond.

The processing method of a coarse cereal nut nutrition compound paste food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant in step (2) is a mixture of butylated hydroxytoluene BHT and butylated hydroxyanisole BHA, and the ratio of butylated hydroxytoluene BHT to butylated hydroxyanisole BHA in the mixture is 1: 6-12.
