Abstract
本发明提供了对于5mC、5hmC和6mA具有识别偏好和不同结合特性的RVD,以及包含含有上述RVD的TALE重复结构域的分离的DNA结合多肽、融合蛋白、其编码多核苷酸、包含多核苷酸的载体以及宿主细胞。本发明还提供上述DNA结合多肽、融合蛋白在甲基化依赖的基因激活、高效基因组编辑、检测目标基因靶序列中的甲基化碱基以及靶向结合细胞中目标基因中的应用。
