Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a drawing and inscription system, in particular to a drawing and inscription system with on-line evaluation and an operation method, wherein the drawing and inscription system can be used for drawing and displaying circuit board images before and after drawing and can be used for conveniently and quickly identifying whether a drawing and inscription image meets required drawing and inscription specifications by an operator.
Background
The marking operation of the circuit board is more and more common, and mainly, some patterns which are not generated in the original manufacturing process, such as two-dimensional bar codes, QR codes, characters or symbols, are marked on the circuit board, so as to facilitate the subsequent transportation, detection or classification of the circuit board.
The conventional marking method is laser engraving or ink jet, but because there may be some small differences in the specifications or quality of each batch of circuit boards, such as solder mask color, thickness, surface treatment status of bonding pads, etc., before regular marking, marking parameters at least including marking position, pattern, size and number, etc., are required to be adjusted and tested to achieve the required visibility and readability, and in addition, the operation parameters of marking equipment such as laser engraving machine and ink jet equipment, such as laser energy, frequency, ink jet amount and speed, etc., must be adjusted relatively.
The common drawing and recording system is a single-functional device for drawing a pattern at a set position on the circuit board, and after the drawing and recording operation, the circuit board is taken down and moved to other auxiliary observation devices (such as a microscope) to confirm whether the requirement specification of a customer is met. If the user does not accord with the preset operation, the user needs to move back to the equipment, the operation parameters are adjusted again, and the drawing operation is carried out again. The main purpose of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a drawing and recording system with on-line evaluation and an operation method thereof, which can perform drawing and evaluation of circuit board graphics in the same device, thereby saving an off-line operation mode, accelerating correction operation and obtaining better drawing and recording quality.
To achieve the above object, an operation method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: obtaining a circuit board image without drawing a mark, and defining the circuit board image as a first circuit board image; setting drawing and marking operation parameters of drawing and marking graphs according to the first circuit board image, wherein the drawing and marking operation parameters at least comprise a drawing and marking position and a corresponding graph; executing the drawing and recording operation according to the drawing and recording position; obtaining a printed circuit board image, defining the printed circuit board image as a second circuit board image, wherein the second circuit board image is internally provided with at least one printed image; and forming the drawing and recording graph on the second circuit board image in a semitransparent overlapping mode by a display unit. Therefore, whether the drawing and memory image meets the standard of setting the drawing and memory image can be quickly known, and whether other operation parameters of the drawing and memory are adjusted or not can be conveniently determined subsequently.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a drawing and recording system equipped with online evaluation, including: the control unit, and a platform carrier unit, an input unit, a drawing unit, an optical image capturing unit and a display unit which are controlled by the control unit to operate, wherein the platform carrier unit comprises an electric transfer platform which carries a circuit board to move horizontally; the input unit inputs a drawing and recording operation parameter for setting a drawing and recording graph, wherein the drawing and recording operation parameter at least comprises a drawing and recording position and a graph corresponding to the drawing and recording position; the drawing and recording unit is arranged above the carrying platform unit and can draw corresponding graphs on the drawing and recording position on the circuit board; the optical image capturing unit is arranged above the carrying platform unit, shoots the circuit board before and after the picture is recorded, and respectively defines the circuit board as a first circuit board image and a second circuit board image; the display unit displays the drawing and recording graph on the second circuit board image in a semi-transparent overlapping graph mode.
In the operation method of the embodiment of the present invention, the circuit board is first placed on the electric transfer platform of the stage unit, the electric transfer platform carries the circuit board to move to the lower side of the optical image capturing unit, and the optical image capturing unit captures the circuit board, and the display unit displays the circuit board image, thereby obtaining the circuit board image before drawing.
In the operation method of the embodiment of the present invention, the drawing operation parameter of the drawing figure is input by the input unit through the control unit according to the user selection content. And then the control unit is used for operating related components. The input unit can be input equipment such as a mouse, a keyboard and the like.
In the operation method of the embodiment of the invention, the drawing unit executes the drawing operation, the electric transfer platform drives the circuit board to move to the position below the drawing unit, the drawing unit draws a corresponding graph at the drawing position, and the drawing unit comprises a laser engraving machine or an ink jet device.
In the operation method according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the circuit board is subjected to the drawing operation, the electric transfer platform moves the circuit board to the lower side of the optical image capturing unit again to capture the circuit board. And the control unit enables the image to be overlaid on the second circuit board image in a semitransparent mode through the display unit.

103, executing the drawing and recording operation according to the drawing and recording position;
step 104, obtaining a printed circuit board image, defining the printed circuit board image as a second circuit board image, wherein the second circuit board image is internally provided with at least one printed image;
and 105, forming the drawing graph on the second circuit board image in a semi-transparent overlapping mode through a display unit.
Through the image displayed by the display unit, an operator can quickly know whether the drawing and inscription image meets the standard of setting the drawing and inscription image, and the operator can conveniently and subsequently determine whether to adjust other operation parameters of the drawing and inscription.

The carrier unit 22 is a working machine, and includes an electric transfer platform 221, and the electric transfer platform 221 is a moving mechanism controlled by an electromechanical device, and can move accurately in the horizontal direction. If the equipment is an ink-jet equipment, the ink-jet drawing mode is adopted for operation. The marking unit 24 has a mechanism for fine adjustment or movement of position according to different devices. The drawing and marking graph comprises at least one of a two-dimensional bar code, a QR code, characters or a mark symbol and the like.
The optical reading unit 25 is disposed above the stage unit 22, and is used for photographing the circuit board 30. The optical reading unit 25 is a digital camera or a digital video camera in the present embodiment. The optical reading unit 25 is connected to the control unit 21 and outputs the captured image. In the present embodiment, the optical reading unit 25 mainly takes pictures of the circuit board before and after the drawing, and is defined as a first circuit board image and a second circuit board image respectively. The relative positions of the stage unit 22, the marking unit 24 and the optical image capturing unit 25 are fixed after being calibrated and positioned, so that the electric transfer platform 221 can accurately move the circuit board 30 to the correct position for photographing and marking.
The display unit 26 is a display in this embodiment, and is used for displaying the circuit board image captured by the optical reading unit 25, and forming a drawing pattern on the second circuit board image in a semitransparent overlapping manner.
Next, the description will be made of the drawing and writing system of the present invention, in conjunction with the operation method of the present invention:
in step 101, an image of the circuit board without the pre-drawing picture is obtained and defined as a first circuit board image; firstly, the circuit board 30 is placed on the electric transfer platform 221 of the stage unit 22, the jig 222 is used to fix the circuit board 30, and then the electric transfer platform 221 carries the circuit board 30 to move to the lower side of the optical image capturing unit 25; the optical image capturing unit 25 captures the circuit board 30, the display unit 26 displays the circuit board image, and the circuit board image is defined as a first circuit board image 40 (as shown in fig. 3), in the embodiment of fig. 3, two first circuit board images 40 are obtained by performing two circuit board 30 drawing operations at a time.

The input unit 23 inputs the related drawing operation parameters such as the drawing position, the drawing pattern, the size and the number according to the selection content of the operator, and as shown in fig. 4, the drawing pattern 52 is set at the drawing position 51 of each of the first circuit board images 40. Since the marking unit 24 is a laser engraving machine, the adjustment of the focal length, energy, frequency, etc. of the laser is also included. The control unit 21 then causes the drawing pattern 52 (shown by a dotted line) to be displayed on the second circuit board image 60 in a semi-transparent overlay manner via the display unit 26 (as shown in fig. 6). In practice, if the setting is correct, the marking pattern 52 will completely overlap the marking image 62, and for illustration, it is assumed that the input setting is wrong, so that the marking pattern 52 is clearly separated from the marking image 62. Thus, the operator can judge whether the drawing standard including the drawing position, the drawing, the size and the like meets the requirement according to the content displayed by the display unit 26, if yes, the operator finishes the work and performs the drawing operation of other circuit boards, and if not, the operator adjusts the drawing operation parameters through the input unit 23 and performs the drawing evaluation operation again to obtain the optimal operation parameters. Although only one drawing pattern is formed on the circuit board 30 in this embodiment, in practice, a plurality of drawing patterns may be formed on the circuit board at a time, each of which is set to a slightly different drawing operation parameter, and an optimum operation parameter is selected according to the result, which is advantageous for shortening the evaluation time.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides a drawing and recording system and an operation method thereof with online evaluation, wherein an operator can perform the drawing and recording operation and evaluate and adjust the parameters of the drawing and recording operation without removing the circuit board from the machine, i.e. the circuit board does not need to be taken down and moved to other observation devices, thereby greatly shortening the time of the drawing and recording evaluation operation.

executing the drawing and marking operation according to the drawing and marking position;
obtaining a printed circuit board image, defining the printed circuit board image as a second circuit board image, wherein the second circuit board image is internally provided with at least one printed image;
and forming the drawing and recording graph on the second circuit board image in a semitransparent overlapping mode by a display unit.

The method of claim 1, wherein the image of the circuit board before the drawing is obtained by placing the circuit board on an electric transfer platform of a platform unit, moving the circuit board to a position under an optical image capturing unit by the electric transfer platform, capturing the circuit board by the optical image capturing unit, and displaying the image of the circuit board by the display unit.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the setting of the parameters of the drawing operation of the drawing figure is performed by inputting the parameters of the drawing operation through the input unit via the control unit according to the user's selection.
