本发明公开了一种双锥回转真空干燥机,包括支架,支架上安装有转动轴,转动轴上安装有干燥壳体,其特征在于:所述干燥壳体的两端分别设有入口和出口,在入口处安装有盖板,盖板上安装有电动粉碎机,电动粉碎机的端部安装有粉碎装置。本发明的双锥回转真空干燥机,通过在干燥壳体的入口设置粉碎装置,能够在物料干燥混合的过程中同步进行搅拌粉碎作业,从而避免物料结块,影响干燥效果;通过将粉碎装置铰接在电动粉碎机的旋转轴上,可以保证快速完成连杆的安装及拆卸,支撑杆铰接在连杆上,当电机旋转时,可以充分与物料接触,对腔体内部的物料进行混合、搅拌以及粉碎作业,从而提高设备的干燥效率,避免出现结块现象。

本发明涉及一种双锥回转真空干燥机,属于干燥机领域。
背景技术
目前真空干燥机在热敏物质的干燥方面具有相当突出的优势。但存在问题,在干燥过程中,粉末状的物料会结块,结块内部的水分不易挥发,影响干燥效果,降低设备干燥效率。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种双锥回转真空干燥机,通过在干燥腔体内设有电动粉碎机,将结块的物料粉碎,从而提高干燥的效率。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明的双锥回转真空干燥机,包括支架,支架上安装有转动轴,转动轴上安装有干燥壳体,其特征在于:所述干燥壳体的两端分别设有入口和出口,在入口处安装有盖板,盖板上安装有电动粉碎机,电动粉碎机的端部安装有粉碎装置。
作为优选,所述粉碎装置为粉碎刀。
作为优选,所述粉碎装置包含转动杆、连杆和粉碎刀,所述连杆铰接在电动粉碎机的旋转轴上,在连杆的端部设有锁紧孔,锁紧孔内插入螺栓,通过螺栓将连杆和旋转轴固定,粉碎刀安装在连杆上。
作为优选,所述连杆上安装有若干个支撑杆,粉碎刀通过支撑杆安装在连杆上。
作为优选,所述支撑杆端部固定有重力球。
作为优选,所述粉碎刀周向分布在支撑杆上。
有益效果:本发明的双锥回转真空干燥机,通过在干燥壳体的入口设置粉碎装置,能够在物料干燥混合的过程中同步进行搅拌粉碎作业,从而避免物料结块,影响干燥效率;通过将粉碎装置设置铰接在电动粉碎机的旋转轴上,可以保证快速完成连杆的安装及拆卸,支撑杆铰接在连杆上,当电机旋转时,可以充分与物料接触,对腔体内部的物料进行混合、搅拌以及粉碎作业,从而提高设备的干燥效率,避免出现结块现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1至图3所示,一种双锥回转真空干燥机,包括支架,支架上安装有转动轴10,转动轴10上安装有干燥壳体,所述干燥壳体的两端分别设有入口和出口4,在入口处安装有盖板3,盖板3上安装有电动粉碎机1,电动粉碎机1的端部安装有粉碎装置2。
在本发明中,所述粉碎装置2为粉碎刀8。通过粉碎刀8,可以粉碎结块。但是粉碎刀8可能粉碎效果不是很好,当结块远离粉碎刀8时,结块不能很好的粉碎。
作为改进的结构,所述粉碎装置2包含转动杆、连杆7和粉碎刀8,所述连杆7通过铰轴6铰接在电动粉碎机1的旋转轴上,在连杆7的端部设有锁紧孔,锁紧孔内插入螺栓5,通过螺栓5将连杆7和旋转轴固定,粉碎刀8安装在连杆7上。所述连杆7上安装有若干个支撑杆9,粉碎刀8通过支撑杆9安装在连杆7上,支撑杆9铰接在连杆7上。所述支撑杆9端部固定有重力球。所述粉碎刀8周向分布在支撑杆9上。
干燥壳体的入口由于此处直径较小,导致在打开盖板3时,电机轴可能碰触到壳体内壁,导致盖板3打不开,如果电机轴过短,粉碎刀与物料不能充分接触,达不到良好的粉碎效果。通过上述设置的结构,可以保证粉碎刀8伸入到壳体内,充分与物料接触,且不干涉盖板3打开与闭合。

3.根据权利要求1所述的双锥回转真空干燥机,其特征在于:所述粉碎装置包含转动杆、连杆和粉碎刀,所述连杆铰接在电动粉碎机的旋转轴上,在连杆的端部设有锁紧孔,锁紧孔内插入螺栓,通过螺栓将连杆和旋转轴固定,粉碎刀安装在连杆上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双锥回转真空干燥机,其特征在于:所述连杆上安装有若干个支撑杆,粉碎刀通过支撑杆安装在连杆上,支撑杆铰接在连杆上。
