Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于膨润土的搅拌装置,包括粉碎单元、搅拌单元和加热单元,所述粉碎单元与搅拌单元的进料口相连,加热单元与搅拌单元的进气口相连。本发明能够保证膨润土充分搅拌,实现一边搅拌一边加热,使用效果好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种用于膨润土的搅拌装置。
背景技术:
膨润土产品为国家钢铁冶炼、铸造、石油开采、催化裂解等行业不可缺少的辅助材料,消耗量很大。由于膨润土本身的特性,其加工过程必须有水的参与,而其产品对含水率的要求又比较严格,因此其产品加工的一个必要的环节就是干燥。
现有的膨润土在搅拌时,直接时间膨润土倒入搅拌机,由于膨润土的湿度较大,因此会有部分膨润土粘接成块,粘接成块的膨润土若不先打碎而直接搅拌,一方面会增加搅拌时间,另一方面也会影响搅拌效果。另外具有湿度的膨润土在搅拌时,若不进行烘干处理,也会影响搅拌效果。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种用于膨润土的搅拌装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种用于膨润土的搅拌装置,包括粉碎单元、搅拌单元和加热单元,所述粉碎单元与搅拌单元的进料口相连,加热单元与搅拌单元的进气口相连;
所述粉碎单元包括送料槽、粉碎辊、粉碎电机、皮带轮和皮带,两所述粉碎辊转动连接在送料槽内,且两粉碎辊之间形成有进料间隙,一皮带轮与一粉碎辊固定连接,一皮带轮与粉碎电机的转轴相连,两所述皮带轮之间通过皮带相联动;
所述搅拌单元包括搅拌桶、搅拌轴和搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机固定于搅拌桶上,搅拌轴置于搅拌桶内,且搅拌轴与搅拌电机固定连接;送料槽与搅拌桶上的进料口相连;
所述加热单元包括保温罩、电加热管和鼓风机,所述电加热管设于保温罩内,鼓风机的出风口与保温罩相连;保温罩与搅拌桶的进气口相连。
进一步地,所述粉碎辊的圆周壁上均布有若干粉碎杆。
进一步地,所述搅拌桶的侧壁上设有出料口,在搅拌桶内设有导料板,该导料板倾斜设置,且导料板的底端伸于出料口内。
进一步地,所述搅拌轴包括轴体、横搅拌杆和竖搅拌杆,若干根横搅拌杆分别固定连接在轴体上,且相邻的两根横搅拌杆交错设置,在每根横搅拌杆上固定两根竖搅拌杆。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明能够保证膨润土充分搅拌,实现一边搅拌一边加热,使用效果好。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本发明一种用于膨润土的搅拌装置,包括粉碎单元1、搅拌单元2和加热单元3,粉碎单元1与搅拌单元2的进料口相连,加热单元3与搅拌单元2的进气口相连。
粉碎单元1包括送料槽11、粉碎辊12、粉碎电机、皮带轮和皮带,两粉碎辊12转动连接在送料槽11内,且两粉碎辊12之间形成有进料间隙。一个皮带轮与一粉碎辊12固定连接,一个皮带轮与粉碎电机的转轴相连,两所述皮带轮之间通过皮带相联动。
为增加粉碎辊12的粉碎效果,在粉碎辊12的圆周壁上均布有若干粉碎杆121。
搅拌单元2包括搅拌桶21、搅拌轴22和搅拌电机23,搅拌电机23固定于搅拌桶21上,搅拌轴22转动连接在搅拌桶21上,且搅拌轴22的下端伸于搅拌桶21内,顶端与搅拌电机23固定连接。送料槽11与搅拌桶21上的进料口相连。
为便于搅拌桶21的排料,在搅拌桶21的侧壁上设有出料口,在搅拌桶21内设有导料板212,该导料板212倾斜设置,且导料板212的底端伸于出料口内。
搅拌轴22包括轴体221、横搅拌杆222和竖搅拌杆223,若干根横搅拌杆222分别固定连接在轴体221上,且相邻的两根横搅拌杆222交错设置,在每根横搅拌杆222上固定两根竖搅拌杆223。
加热单元3包括保温罩31、电加热管32和鼓风机33,电加热管32设于保温罩31内,鼓风机33的出风口与保温罩31相连;保温罩31与搅拌桶21的进气口相连。
在使用时,将膨润土倒入粉碎单元1,粉碎单元1将积聚成块的膨润土打散,打散后的膨润土进入搅拌单元2,在搅拌过程中,加热单元3对搅拌单元2内的膨润土进行加热,实现一边搅拌一边加热。

1.一种用于膨润土的搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括粉碎单元(1)、搅拌单元(2)和加热单元(3),所述粉碎单元(1)与搅拌单元(2)的进料口相连,加热单元(3)与搅拌单元(2)的进气口相连;
所述粉碎单元(1)包括送料槽(11)、粉碎辊(12)、粉碎电机、皮带轮和皮带,两所述粉碎辊(12)转动连接在送料槽(11)内,且两粉碎辊(12)之间形成有进料间隙,一皮带轮与一粉碎辊(12)固定连接,一皮带轮与粉碎电机的转轴相连,两所述皮带轮之间通过皮带相联动;
所述搅拌单元(2)包括搅拌桶(21)、搅拌轴(22)和搅拌电机(23),所述搅拌电机(23)固定于搅拌桶(21)上,搅拌轴(22)置于搅拌桶(21)内,且搅拌轴(22)与搅拌电机(23)固定连接;送料槽(11)与搅拌桶(21)上的进料口相连;
所述加热单元(3)包括保温罩(31)、电加热管(32)和鼓风机(33),所述电加热管(32)设于保温罩(31)内,鼓风机(33)的出风口与保温罩(31)相连;保温罩(31)与搅拌桶(21)的进气口相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于膨润土的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎辊(12)的圆周壁上均布有若干粉碎杆(121)。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于膨润土的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(21)的侧壁上设有出料口,在搅拌桶(21)内设有导料板(212),该导料板(212)倾斜设置,且导料板(212)的底端伸于出料口内。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于膨润土的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴(22)包括轴体(221)、横搅拌杆(222)和竖搅拌杆(223),若干根横搅拌杆(222)分别固定连接在轴体(221)上,且相邻的两根横搅拌杆(222)交错设置,在每根横搅拌杆(222)上固定两根竖搅拌杆(223)。
