Abstract
本发明涉及一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,从上至下依次叠放抗油污层、防静电层、防水透气层、吸湿速干层、涤棉层和抗菌层。基于上述的一种防静电抗油污涤棉布的制备方法,所述抗油污层、所述防静电层、所述防水透气层、所述吸湿速干层、所述涤棉层和所述抗菌层之间均通过水性聚氨酯粘接。本发明的有益效果是:能够防静电抗油污,制备工艺简单。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种防静电抗油污涤棉布及其制备方法。
背景技术
涤棉是指涤纶与棉的织物的统称,采用65%-67%涤纶和33%-35%的棉花纱线交织而成的纺织品。涤棉既突出了涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定、缩水率小、具有挺括、不易褶皱、易洗、快干的特点。但是涤棉中的涤纶纤维属于疏水性纤维,对油污的亲和力很强,容易吸附油污,而且穿着过程中易产生静电而吸附灰尘,难以进行洗涤。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防静电抗油污涤棉布及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,从上至下依次叠放抗油污层、防静电层、防水透气层、吸湿速干层、涤棉层和抗菌层。
本发明的有益效果是:能够防静电抗油污,制备工艺简单。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述抗油污层包括竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层,所述竹纤维层为经纱,所述纳米二氧化硅纤维层为纬纱,所述竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层相互交织而成。
进一步,所述防静电层包括炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层,所述炭黑系导电纤维层为经纱,所述金属系导电纤维层为纬纱,所述炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层相互交织而成。
进一步,所述防水透气层为PTFE膜。
进一步,所述吸湿速干层由异性涤纶编织而成。
进一步,所述抗菌层采用纳米银纱线纺织而成。
基于上述的一种防静电抗油污涤棉布的制备方法,所述抗油污层、所述防静电层、所述防水透气层、所述吸湿速干层、所述涤棉层和所述抗菌层之间均通过水性聚氨酯粘接。

如图1所示,一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,从上至下依次叠放抗油污层6、防静电层5、防水透气层4、吸湿速干层3、涤棉层1和抗菌层2。
所述抗油污层6包括竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层,所述竹纤维层为经纱,所述纳米二氧化硅纤维层为纬纱,所述竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层相互交织而成。
所述防静电层5包括炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层,所述炭黑系导电纤维层为经纱,所述金属系导电纤维层为纬纱,所述炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层相互交织而成。
所述防水透气层4为PTFE膜。
所述吸湿速干层3由异性涤纶编织而成。
所述抗菌层2采用纳米银纱线纺织而成。
基于上述的一种防静电抗油污涤棉布的制备方法,所述抗油污层6、所述防静电层5、所述防水透气层4、所述吸湿速干层3、所述涤棉层1和所述抗菌层2之间均通过水性聚氨酯粘接。

1.一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于,从上至下依次叠放抗油污层(6)、防静电层(5)、防水透气层(4)、吸湿速干层(3)、涤棉层(1)和抗菌层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于,所述抗油污层(6)包括竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层,所述竹纤维层为经纱,所述纳米二氧化硅纤维层为纬纱,所述竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层相互交织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于,所述防静电层(5)包括炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层,所述炭黑系导电纤维层为经纱,所述金属系导电纤维层为纬纱,所述炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层相互交织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于,所述防水透气层(4)为PTFE膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于,所述吸湿速干层(3)由异性涤纶编织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于,所述抗菌层(2)采用纳米银纱线纺织而成。
7.基于权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种防静电抗油污涤棉布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗油污层(6)、所述防静电层(5)、所述防水透气层(4)、所述吸湿速干层(3)、所述涤棉层(1)和所述抗菌层(2)之间均通过水性聚氨酯粘接。
