Abstract
本发明公开了一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,包括涤棉层,所述涤棉层的底部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有抗菌层,所述涤棉层的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有防静电层,所述防静电层的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有抗油污层,所述抗油污层的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有耐高温层,所述防静电层包括炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层,所述炭黑系导电纤维层为经纱,所述金属系导电纤维层为纬纱,所述炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层相互交织而成。本发明通过防静电层、炭黑系导电纤维层、金属系导电纤维层、抗油污层、竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层的配合使用,解决了现有的涤棉布由于防静电抗油污效果差,不方便使用的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种防静电抗油污涤棉布。
背景技术
涤棉是指涤纶与棉的混纺织物的统称,采用百分之六十五至百分之六十七的涤纶和百分之三十三至百分之三十五的棉花混纱线织成的纺织品,涤棉既突出了涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定、缩水率小、具有挺括、不易褶皱、易洗、快干的特点,现有的涤棉布由于防静电抗油污效果差,不方便使用,为此,我们提出一种防静电抗油污涤棉布。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,具备防静电抗油污效果好的优点,解决了现有的涤棉布由于防静电抗油污效果差,不方便使用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,包括涤棉层,所述涤棉层的底部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有抗菌层,所述涤棉层的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有防静电层,所述防静电层的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有抗油污层,所述抗油污层的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有耐高温层。
优选的,所述防静电层包括炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层,所述炭黑系导电纤维层为经纱,所述金属系导电纤维层为纬纱,所述炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层相互交织而成。
优选的,所述抗油污层包括竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层,所述竹纤维层为经纱,所述纳米二氧化硅纤维层为纬纱,所述竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层相互交织而成。
优选的,所述抗菌层为麻纤维层。
优选的,所述耐高温层为聚酰亚胺纤维层。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过防静电层、炭黑系导电纤维层、金属系导电纤维层、抗油污层、竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层的配合使用,通过防静电层、炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层的配合,可将人体内的静电传导至外侧并释放,达到防静电的效果,使得涤棉布具有良好的防静电效果,通过抗油污层、竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层的配合,使得涤棉布具有自清洁抗油污的作用,并且具有良好的透气性能,进一步提升整块涤棉布的易清洁效果,通过抗菌层的配合,使得涤棉布具有良好的抗菌效果,避免了涤棉布容易滋生细菌,造成涤棉布使用不方便的现象,解决了现有的涤棉布由于防静电抗油污效果差,不方便使用的问题。
2、本发明通过设置防静电层、炭黑系导电纤维层和金属系导电纤维层,可将人体内的静电传导至外侧并释放,达到防静电的效果,使得涤棉布具有良好的防静电效果,通过设置抗油污层、竹纤维层和纳米二氧化硅纤维层,使得涤棉布具有自清洁抗油污的作用,并且具有良好的透气性能,进一步提升整块涤棉布的易清洁效果,通过设置抗菌层,使得涤棉布具有良好的抗菌效果,避免了涤棉布容易滋生细菌,造成涤棉布使用不方便的现象。

请参阅图1-3,一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,包括涤棉层1,涤棉层1的底部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有抗菌层2,抗菌层2为麻纤维层,通过设置抗菌层2,使得涤棉布具有良好的抗菌效果,避免了涤棉布容易滋生细菌,造成涤棉布使用不方便的现象,涤棉层1的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有防静电层3,防静电层3包括炭黑系导电纤维层301和金属系导电纤维层302,炭黑系导电纤维层301为经纱,金属系导电纤维层302为纬纱,炭黑系导电纤维层301和金属系导电纤维层302相互交织而成,通过设置防静电层3、炭黑系导电纤维层301和金属系导电纤维层302,可将人体内的静电传导至外侧并释放,达到防静电的效果,使得涤棉布具有良好的防静电效果,防静电层3的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有抗油污层4,抗油污层4包括竹纤维层401和纳米二氧化硅纤维层402,竹纤维层401为经纱,纳米二氧化硅纤维层402为纬纱,竹纤维层401和纳米二氧化硅纤维层402相互交织而成,通过设置抗油污层4、竹纤维层401和纳米二氧化硅纤维层402,使得涤棉布具有自清洁抗油污的作用,并且具有良好的透气性能,进一步提升整块涤棉布的易清洁效果,抗油污层4的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有耐高温层5,耐高温层5为聚酰亚胺纤维层。
在使用时,通过防静电层3、炭黑系导电纤维层301和金属系导电纤维层302的配合,可将人体内的静电传导至外侧并释放,达到防静电的效果,使得涤棉布具有良好的防静电效果,通过抗油污层4、竹纤维层401和纳米二氧化硅纤维层402的配合,使得涤棉布具有自清洁抗油污的作用,并且具有良好的透气性能,进一步提升整块涤棉布的易清洁效果,通过抗菌层2的配合,使得涤棉布具有良好的抗菌效果,避免了涤棉布容易滋生细菌,造成涤棉布使用不方便的现象,解决了现有的涤棉布由于防静电抗油污效果差,不方便使用的问题。尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,包括涤棉层(1),其特征在于:所述涤棉层(1)的底部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有抗菌层(2),所述涤棉层(1)的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有防静电层(3),所述防静电层(3)的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有抗油污层(4),所述抗油污层(4)的顶部通过水性聚氨酯粘接有耐高温层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于:所述防静电层(3)包括炭黑系导电纤维层(301)和金属系导电纤维层(302),所述炭黑系导电纤维层(301)为经纱,所述金属系导电纤维层(302)为纬纱,所述炭黑系导电纤维层(301)和金属系导电纤维层(302)相互交织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于:所述抗油污层(4)包括竹纤维层(401)和纳米二氧化硅纤维层(402),所述竹纤维层(401)为经纱,所述纳米二氧化硅纤维层(402)为纬纱,所述竹纤维层(401)和纳米二氧化硅纤维层(402)相互交织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(2)为麻纤维层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电抗油污涤棉布,其特征在于:所述耐高温层(5)为聚酰亚胺纤维层。
