纺织行业是我国的支柱行业,每年都有大量的布匹销往全世界各地,随着人们对布匹的款式、性能以及使用场所的不断变化,各种功能的布匹也不断的涌现,如今人们户外运动、休闲旅游次数的增多,对具有特殊功能的布匹、服装更是喜爱有加,由于衣服面料与人体直接接触,所以吸湿性对面料来说是很重要的,而现有的面料吸湿性差,从而影响人们的体验,为此,我们提出一种涤棉吸湿性好的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涤棉吸湿性好的面料,具备吸湿性好的优点,解决了现有的面料吸湿性差,从而影响人们体验的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种涤棉吸湿性好的面料,包括涤棉层,所述涤棉层的顶部通过丙烯酸酯胶粘剂连接有抗菌层,所述抗菌层包括负离子多孔棉纤维层、抗菌纤维层和抗菌防臭纤维层,所述抗菌层的顶部通过丙烯酸酯胶粘剂连接有吸湿层,所述吸湿层包括粘胶纤维层、维纶层和富强纤维层,所述吸湿层的顶部通过丙烯酸酯胶粘剂连接有内层,所述内层包括再生纤维素纤维层、人造毛层和丝纤维层。
优选的,所述再生纤维素纤维层位于内层的顶部,所述再生纤维素纤维层的底部通过丙烯酸酯胶粘剂连接有人造毛层,所述人造毛层的底部通过丙烯酸酯胶粘剂连接有丝纤维层,所述再生纤维素纤维层的厚度为0.041~0.045mm,所述人造毛层的厚度为0.038~0.042mm,所述丝纤维层的厚度为0.035~0.041mm。

1、本发明在抗菌层的顶部通过丙烯酸酯胶粘剂连接有吸湿层,且吸湿层包括粘胶纤维层、维纶层和富强纤维层,从而达到了本面料吸湿性好的目的,解决了现有的面料吸湿性差,从而影响人们体验的问题。
2、本发明在涤棉层的顶部通过丙烯酸酯胶粘剂连接了抗菌层,且抗菌层包括负离子多孔棉纤维层、抗菌纤维层和抗菌防臭纤维层,可有效提高本面料的抗菌效果,在吸湿层的顶部通过丙烯酸酯胶粘剂连接了内层,且内层包括再生纤维素纤维层、人造毛层和丝纤维层,达到内层与人体直接接触、柔软爽肤的目的。
