Step3、利用纺织机械将第一经纱和第一纬纱织造成面料表层,再将第二经纱和第二纬纱织造成面料里层;
Step4、对面料的表层和里层进行整理、检查和修补,确保表层和里层面料完整;
Step5、再利用纺织机械将连接纱线一和连接纱线二织造在表层和里层上;
Step6、对面料上多余的纱线进行修剪;
Step7、将织造好的面料进行检查、测量和修补。
通过采用上述技术方案,将多种纤维进行组合,便于提高面料的质量,对面料进行多次整理,便于面料各层进行连接时,提高面料的连接稳定性,进而提高面料质量,提高产品的良品率。

本申请实施例公开一种纱布。参照图1和图2,包括表层1、里层2和连接层3,表层1和里层2均为平纹编织,表层1通过第一经纱11和第一纬纱12经纬编织而成,里层2通过第二经纱21和第二纬纱22经纬编织而成。连接层3包括从第一经纱11和第一纬纱12的连接点穿到第二经纱21和第二纬纱22的连接点的连接纱线一31和连接纱线二32,连接纱线一31倾斜设置在表层1和里层2上,连接纱线二32与连接纱线一31的倾斜方向相反。

本申请实施例一种纱布的实施原理为:将聚酯纤维41和棉纤维42加捻成复合纱线一4,锦纶纤维51和蚕丝纤维52加捻成复合纱线二5,再将复合纱线一4和复合纱线二5加捻成第一经纱11和第一纬纱12,利用纺织机械,将第一经纱11和第一纬纱12进行经纬编织成表层1。
表层1织造好后,再织造里层2。将粘胶纤维61、大豆纤维62和中空异形涤纶纤维63加捻成复合纱线三6,将若干三角异形涤纶纤维71加捻成复合纱线四7。再将加捻好的复合纱线三6和复合纱线四7进行加捻形成第二经纱21和第二纬纱22,提高第二经纱21和第二纬纱22的结构强度。利用纺织机械,将第二经纱21和第二纬纱22进行加工制造成里层2;再利用连接纱线一31和连接纱线二32将里层2和表层1进行连接,提高面料的稳定性。
本申请实施例还提供一种纱布的织造工艺:Step1、利用纺纱工艺将多种纤维先进行清洗和梳理,再将聚酯纤维41和棉纤维42加捻成复合纱线一4,将锦纶纤维51和蚕丝纤维52加捻成复合纱线二5,再将粘胶纤维61、大豆纤维62、中空异形涤纶纤维63加捻成复合纱线三6,再将若干三角异形涤纶纤维71加捻成复合纱线四7;
Step2、重复纺纱工艺将复合纱线一4和复合纱线二5进行加捻形成第一经纱11和第一纬纱12,提高第一经纱11和第一纬纱12的纱线强度;再将复合纱线三6和复合纱线四7加捻成第二经纱21和第二纬纱22,提高第二经纱21和第二纬纱22的强度;
Step3、利用纺织机械将第一经纱11和第一纬纱12织造成面料表层1,再将第二经纱21和第二纬纱22织造成面料里层2;
Step4、对面料的表层1和里层2进行整理,检查表层1和里层2是否完整,将有问题的面料进行修补,确保表层1和里层2面料完整;
Step5、再利用纺织机械将连接纱线一31和连接纱线二32织造在表层1和里层2上,提高表层1和里层2的稳定性,同时提高第一经纱11、第一纬纱12、第二经纱21和第二纬纱22的结构稳定性,有效提高面料在清洗过程中的稳定性;
Step6、面料纺织好后,将多余的纱线进行修剪;
Step7、将织造好的面料再次进行检查,同时对面料的尺寸等进行测量;对有问题的面料进行修补,提高面料的质量。
